We appreciate them so much! Our ac went out in the heat of the 105Β° day today. I called and they said they had nothing available today. We expected that. But, to our pleasant surprise, they showed up today within about an hour or so of me calling. David came, was very professional and had it fixed in no time! And a reasonable charge as well. Highly recommend these people! -

Great quality of service! Ive been happy with my service after the sale as well. Generator install was fast and professional (supply delays slowed down the initial install, nothing that could be helped by this business)I regularly recommend them to my friends and family. -

Super friendly staff. They allowed me to purchase a furnace igniter from them on short notice, and then helped me out again when the original one I got from them didnt have the correct pin on the back to connect to my furnace. -

This company is superb. Everyone from the office to the field are very courteous and extremely professional. We pay for the maintenance program and they take no shortcuts and do a thorough job from start to finish. Getting a Generac has been the best investment we ever made. They even are on call 24 hours and will respond in case you have any issue. -

Theyve provided service on our lake generator for decades. The tech cried when learning of my grandfathers passing because theyd known each other so long. You wont find a nicer company to install and service your whole-house generator. -

This is the second time theyve gotten out to check on the problem quickly. Glad I dont wait long for their help. -

Our emergence generator suddenly showed a red light while we were in a storm. I was told men were on other calls but would get someone here as soon as possible. It was less than an h our and one of there men stopped by to see what might be wrong. Turned out the unit had been tripped. He ran a check after resetting the generator. -
