First off Ryan Brown who assisted me in the what it would cost was extremely great on so many levels. He made me feel at ease as a homeowner dealing with this issue and explained everything perfectly. With a start like that knowing employees like Ryan work for HomeServe I knew we were in good shape. The day of the installation we had the pleasure of dealing with Leo and Roy and these guys went to work the second they arrived and never stopped and their goal was to make sure my family had heat that same day and they accomplished that. The second day they showed up bright and early finishing up some work and making sure we understand the new system that was installed and they literally waited to it ran and sound perfect before signing off on it being done. These 3 made me very happy and comfortable on staying and working with HomeServe

Response time is starting to drag a little bit but we understand that winter time is their high season period as all the homeowners and building managers are trying to keep their families and tenants warm. From four hours window time to respond, it could go up to eight hours as we experienced recently. But overall, their service is really great and their technicians are professional.I recommended them to a couple of friends and family.

I highly recommend HomeServe. I had a non-emergency issue with my heat. I put in a claim on Sunday at 3 PM and got a reply within an hour, stating they would be at my house between 8 AM and 12 PM the next day. On Monday, they arrived at 8:15 AM and had the issue fixed within with an hour. They had to replace 4 parts and bleed the system.

Ive had Home Serve for many years and theyve never let me down. Appts are easy to make and their repair people come on time and know their stuff. If theres a delay theyll notify you and give an updated ETA. Once on site theyll go out of their way to answer questions or show you what theyre doing and how its being repaired. Another good thing is they clean up if needed. Theres nothing the customer needs to do except be happy your problem was fixed. Theres also follow-up after the visit. If there are any concerns they will immediately send back a repair person. All in all extremely happy to have this company on my side.

Ive had Homeserve since before they were Homeserve and let me tell you that they have gotten a 1000x better. From the ease of getting a CSR on the phone to the polite and courteous CSRs to the professionalism of all the techs that came out to service my furnace to being kept updated throughout the entire process with phone calls. I felt that I was a top priority throughout my difficult repair but Homeserve never gave up and they made sure my trouble was repaired ASAP. Thank you to all the technicians that came out and took their time to troubleshoot and explain the issues that I was having to quickly getting replacement parts ordered and fixing my furnace. Thank you also to Bob, the manager, that called me and helped resolve the issue when we thought the furnace could not be repaired. A+++ to everyone involved.

I was very pleased with the installation and cleanliness of the installersHowever this used to be part of the yearly checkup—- water heater replacement now only repairs. They have replacement plans which also went up. They only cover $1500 so you have to pay the difference $400

Imagine having a rough day, at the end of which is a Homeserve appointment to restore heat at my home after the boiler stopped working two days prior. Raphael was the best. He was very patient, attentive, kind-hearted, helpful and professionally got the job seamlessly done, obviously very experienced and skillful at his work. I had problems finding my key to the boiler room, maybe another technician would have left but Raphael worked with me - There are still good people in this world. Homeserve should continue to employ more Raphaels. I hope if I have to call for service again, the technician will be Raphael.

I have had HomeServe for years and have had only good experiences. I have several different policies. Over the years I’ve had a water main break and a gas leak. Both of these are big issues. On both occasions they immediately sent someone to access the problem and then sent a company to fix the problem. They send people who know what they are doing so you have a permanent fix. I also use them yearly to check my boiler and hot water heater before the heating season. They trouble shoot potential problems so I don’t have heating problems in the dead of winter. I can’t imagine not having HS especially for big emergencies.

Let me say the reason this is a four star review rather than five stars is because it wasnt until the third technician that came to our home arrived that the problem got resolved. We had the annual heating system tune up done on 10/4/24 after the tune-up was done the first time the temperature dropped low enough for the heat to come on it did not. The morning the system went out HomeServe was called. A technician subsequently came out and checked the system and when he left the heat was working. Next morning the heat didnt come on. Another technician came got the heat working and left. The next morning the heat didnt come on. HomeServe was called again. This time a technician named KenyE came to service the system. I explained to him that he was the third technician responding to my heating issue. He said he would fix it and that he did not want to have to come back. Well he resolved the problem because the heat came on the next morning like clockwork. KenyE even called me that morning to make sure everything was alright. KenyE gave us excellent service and followed up with us after the work was done. Im extremely satisfied with the service that KenyE provided. In my opinion hes a top professional and someone I would highly recommend to anyone needing their heating system serviced. Thank you KenyE!

We lost heat and while the first guy was slow to come, he did fix the issue for a bit. Less than 24 hours later we lost heat again and HomeServe sent someone the same day. Second guy was good at his job and replaced some hardware that was completely broken. Heat has been fine ever since.
