I must say A-Rai Construction done an excellent and timely job for me we had excellent communication on a day to day basis I parted ways with another contractor nightmare. I never been so happy with the installation of my Jacuzzi tub and bathroom renovation it more than words can say. I highly recommend these guys service you won’t be disappointed…

A-Rai did a great job. Our old water heater sprang a leak and it had to be replaced. Sunny and his team responded very quickly and provided a competitive quote. They managed to fit us in on the same day, and worked until late installing a new one. Everything went smoothly, and when they were done they removed the old water heater. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

My hot water heater stopped working on New Years Eve evening, I reached out on Angis list for help and Sunny from A-Rai Construction answered within a few minutes. This impressed me greatly, and I was not disappointed with his service at all. Though he could not come to my house that night, he still took the time to walk us through steps to restart the heater. He asked for pictures and explained what he saw by looking at the photos. We did have to replace the hot water heater but it was seamless and professionally done from beginning to end. While his guys did the work he checked in to see how things were going and checked to be sure I was satisfied and that everything went well. I am 100% satisfied with the job and this company. We lost the super in our building and we need quick reliable service to do major repairs in an apartment. I’m glad that I found Sunny and A-Rai construction. They were able to do a gut renovation of a bathroom in less than a week. Everything looked great and everyone we worked with was very cordial and professional. A-Rai Construction is phenomenal, when i spoke to the contractor i asked if he can help modernized my kitchen. He went above and beyond to recommend what will be the best utilities that i can afford and installed it. Now i can enjoy cooking in the oven while checking the temperature or making sure the oven is off through my phone. Thank you Sunny.

Had a leak in my basement due to a broken pipe underground which was connected to all the pipes in the house, had these guys check eveything and remodel the bathroom they had to break to get the pipe. They did an amazing job, and at a great price.

MUST HIRE! These guys are the most fantastic, hard working, knowledgeable, caring people I have ever worked with. They care about your problem as a friend or family member. They are honest and beyond fair with pricing and everything else. You are doing yourself a disservice if you hire anyone else. I will be referring them to every one I know and will always work with them no matter what. These guys are the best hands down and words alone cannot describe their value.

Very professional and courteous in finding a solution. We did spend some time to diagnose the issue and was ultimately able to get circulator to work again. Would highly recommend if you need HVAC work done. 👍
