Great company over all and friendly service over the phone. They replaced my water heater a couple years ago and I appreciated the fast service. On the other hand, for the passed two years the propane delivery driver has not been leaving the receipt upon completing the delivery. Ive asked nicely every time to give him the message, but it hasnt happened yet. I am hoping this can be resolved. Other than that, great service and reliable. Thank you.

I have had a couple of different houses in Vermont so I have used a couple of different providers of propane and all of them were challenging to work with until I switched to Cota and Cota. They are always willing to take my call, spend time answering my questions and there is NO PRESSURE - they support whatever I think is the right decision for me.The other thing I find so amazing about this business is that exemplary customer service is in every employee. The person answering the phone, delivering your propane or servicing the furnace are all polite and considerate.Two quick examples: I had signed my prebuy contract and thought I was at the office in Bellows Falls to put it in the after hours box but I couldnt find the drop box. I saw a gentleman working on his motorcycle in the shop and asked him and he said this isnt the office but just give it to me when I wrap up here I will drop it at the office for you. Off duty and still serving the customer. My second story is that I purchased the maintenance contract and I noticed that one of my circulating pumps was making an unhealthy noise - so I mentioned in when the repair person showed up. He said he would check it out. Shortly after he came up from the basement and said it needed to be replaced. I said OK, then asked how much and when? He said it is part of your contract and right now as it is one of the parts I carry in the truck. I still cant believe it.I cant recall ever writing a review before now, but I feel Cota and Cota are too good to not spread the word.

The promptness and thoroughness of The Team at Cota & Cota (Jamaica,VT) is truly top notch. Professionalism delivered in a friendly manner is becoming harder to find in this world … but in my book, Cota & Cota are always there to be relied upon implicitly! Excellence is their standard!

I can not recommend this team more! They deserve more than 5 stars;)They are extremely responsive and knowledgable but whatsmore, they are thoughtful and empathetic to circumstances that arise and when you are in need of support in this beautiful but cold weather.When, most companies said they couldnt help me for weeks...they came the same day, fixed the heating situation and even provided additional resources for other issues I had going on in my home.I cant thank the team enough!You should use them if you can.Jenna
