I used Ron Ardary Construction to build a four seasons addition to my home. I am very pleased with the results. Ron was the only contractor I solicited for quotes, who gave me confidence, that what I wanted, could be built. He did not try to talk me into prefab, glass or roof features; but approached my project from an experienced builder’s point of view. He explained that my design was feasible, and thoroughly explained the steps involved. Also, his price was very competitive.Once the job began, Ron was on top of things, to make sure they were done right. He was always responsive. Some things during construction, that don’t go as planned, need to be addressed before continuing. Ron would not accept anything that wasn’t to my satisfaction. So even if “Subs” had to come back to correct something, Ron scheduled them immediately, without question.All of Ron’s core workers, in addition to his chosen subcontractors, were all very professional and courteous.The finished product is beautiful - exactly what I had envisioned. Our new addition is now a focal point of our home. It blends in perfectly, and looks like it was always part of the original construction.I strongly recommend Ron Ardary Construction.

We have had several projects done by Ron Ardary Construction including extensive hurricane damage repair, a total master bath remodel, a backyard fire repair and replacement and most recently a flooding issue from a broken pipe. Ron has ALWAYS responded very quickly; the work has been completed on schedule and the quality of the work has been exceptional. ALL of his crew members are very professional, talented and courteous. They leave their work areas very clean at the end of every day. We cannot say enough nice things about this company!BEYOND GRATEFUL!

Ron added on to my house might be and understatement. He doubled the size of my house. It was extremely stressful at times because my kids and I lived in the house while construction was going on. He was amazing. Did everything he said he would!!! He made sure everyone cleaned up after themselves, and the people he had do the work were all great. I am extremely happy with how the house turned out!Thank you Ron Ardary!!
