I hired Brian to add an attic access in my garage as my builder had not done this. I found Brians pricing to be very reasonable given the effort that it would take to cut the attic access and then install some attic flooring. Brian showed up promptly each day, took great care to protect the area he was working in, and cleaned up each day before leaving. I have to say, Brian is one of the cleanest, most considerate contractors I have ever worked with. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Brians work, he completed the project on time and exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend Brian for any project and will be using him again in the future.

Brian hung a TV for me outside on my patio and was fantastic. He went to far as to include wood filler to make rear hardy board surface flush and even purchased larger lag bolts from Home Depot since the ones that came with the mount kit seemed a little small. Overall great service and fast and reasonably priced. He went above and beyond! Would use him again for sure.

If you need work done around your house you should hire Brian. He does great work and is very detailed. He is also reasonably priced and provided a detailed estimate before starting the work. His estimates are straightforward and easy to understand.He repaired walls, missing tiles and a broken closet. Each job exceeded our expectations and were completed within the time he told us the project would take. He checked in and provided updates on his progress and took the time to explain what he was doing every step of the way.We also had issues with our dryer vent which he was able to resolve. He is professional and works within your time frame. Big or small projects, Brian is the handyman for the job.

So thankful for Brian and his great work! We had a bear of a front door problem, the wood was so swollen it would no longer open. We were told by others just replace it, which would have been a fortune, has an oval with beveled glass. Brian was up for the challenge and he was able to fix the problem and save the beautiful door! Very grateful! Brian is very good at what he does, very conscientious and cares about doing a great job and always makes sure his customers are happy. The Great Handyman (Brian) does great work. He constructed two outdoor stair railings for us and did some smaller repair work around our property. He can successfully problem solve around challenges. In constructing our one railing, Brian came upon a slab of concrete buried underneath the soil that impacted his ability to install the posts. He rented a jackhammer to fix the problem without making a big deal of the event. His carpentry work is beautiful and shows a great attention to detail. He also fixed our 100 year old wooden storm door that now opens and closes seamlessly. Brian also fixed our dryer vent and our laminate flooring that had shifted. He is a jack of all trades, but in this case shows excellence in all his trades. Upon departure, he left everything clean and neat. He is pleasant and professional in all interactions.

I cant say enough good things about Brians work. We had ceiling drywall work done and you cant even tell it was ever damaged; the ceiling even had to be blended with the existing swirl pattern and Brian made it look seamless. His work is very attentive to details and the space was cleaner when he left it than before he started! He even went as far as to take our garbage to the curb when he filled it and back again the next day. Total professional and clearly takes pride in his work. Give this man your business without a second thought, you wont regret it!

With the recent high winds and rain, a piece of siding fell off the side of my house. I was extremely concerned about the exposed wood and since my house is a colonial, I could not safely or easily secure it myself. The Great handyman was a referral to me from a siding company and once I reached out, Brian responded and provided me the immediate relief I needed by saying he can help me. He came same day (within hours from my initial call) and took care of the displaced siding in an hours time. Hes courteous and attentive and very professional. Hes reasonably priced. During some rough housing a some boys fell against my wall leaving it dented and cracked. I contacted the great handy man hoping he could make the crack/hole less noticeable. I never imaged that the end product could look so good. I dare anyone to find the spot that was repaired. I dont know how he ever matched the color so perfectly and made the wall so perfectly smooth. But he did. And to top it off, he came when he said he would, worked efficiently and left the area spotless. Now thats my definition of a Great Handyman. If I need another job done, I know who Im going to call.

I had a water leak with ceiling damage that needed to be repaired to include painting the entire ceiling in the living room. The hole in the ceiling was irregular shapped, and next to speakers in the ceiling. He was very professional, and when the job was done, you could not tell at all where the damage occured! The ceiling looked great! I also had other quotes, and his prices were very reasonable. He is also a one man show, without a crew of strangers. Would definitely hire him again. I already have other projects I need done, with plans for him to do the repairs. A+++
