Bates Home Improvement installed new doors at a property I was fixing up. I reached out for a quote and he got back to me very quickly, and got working almost right away. The quality of the work was excellent and I’m more than satisfied with the job.

Replaced our microwave at our rental property. Was fast from our initial notification and did an awesome job. Picked up the new microwave also. Price was reasonable and his work was perfect. If you want it done fast and right this is the company. We will be using Bates again.

Very professional yet a people’s person. I was able to make multiple trips to the store with him still working inside the house, not only did I trust him alone in my home, but every time I came back he made great progress. Excellent customer service. Contact was timely and punctual. The gentleman that showed up were very polite. The service was affordable for the task. I contacted several companies and they were extremely overpriced. If I need any other work, I will be contacting them.

Friendly neighbor! Had a misunderstanding and we resolved issue. It shows that no one is perfect but he was willing and able to make things right. This is the type of person I would want to work on my home and help me create great spaces.

Bates Home Improvement is wonderful. An issue in my home happened late on a Friday, and Jacob responded immediately and came Saturday. He provided me a fair quote, and came on Sunday to do the work and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Based on my interaction, he was very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He has a phenomenal work ethic and integrity. Give them a call for any home improvement needs you have.
