Everything was Great! He explained the process the prices and esp the warrenty on the produce. Excited to get my Elicipes Auto shade.Now the Awning and a new back door has been installed it is Awesome. The guys worked hard out it the Hot Sun to do it and extra work installed a door we had purchased to replace the old one. It All looks Great Would recommend Hayward Construction. We had a wonderful experience with Hayward Contracting. We had a book case framed into a custom built in along with new molding in two rooms. They fabricated all our door and window casing to give us the look we wanted and we couldn’t be happier with the end product. Best of all the customer service is top notch. Every question we had was promptly answered and they were more than happy to bounce ideas of how we could achieve what we wanted.

All aspects from quote to installation were handled professionally and per our contract. The office kept us informed of schedules and the install team arrived on time each day. Given the size and type of awning a couple of fine adjustment post install were required and done with a smile. We would use Hayward again and would recommend. Location, New Bern, NC.
