    James & Shane came out to install a 220 plug for our new hot tub. They ran into several challenges due to the way our house is built but they got done. They were mindful of the aesthetics during the install too. They were hard working and pleasant to be around so I highly recommend!

    We were so pleased with Crawford Electric!! James was our electrician and he went above and beyond. He called when he was 30 minutes out, arrived promptly and was kind and respectful from the moment he walked in the door. James did an amazing job installing the quad outlet we needed in our attic space. We had to problem solve which room to tap into, but James was super awesome about it and we were able to figure it out. Every time we have used Crawford Electric, we have been impressed.     My experience with Crawford Electric and Jeff in particular was great. Jeff answered my call after hours and took time trying to help me.     I had an electrical problem that I needed fixed on a Sunday morning. Crawford answered their own phone - I didnt need to go through a service. They were at my house within the hour and fixed the problem. Real service like this is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend this business.

    Jeff does awesome work! He installed a 50A RV panel for us, as well as an external Cat6 receptacle and extra garage outlets. The entire experience was seamless, from scheduling, to communication, installation and invoicing. Great company!

    Crawford installed recessed lighting and performed electrical work throughout our home during our remodel last year. Some of the recessed lights had a manufacturer defect that was causing them to go out. Crawford came out several times to fix the problem and James was able to find a solution that worked and matched the rest of the recessed lighting throughout the house.Their customer service is great and they arrive during their scheduled time.

    James removed two existing bathroom exhaust fans today. The new units are larger than the existing fans were so he had to do extra work to ensure the new fans could be properly installed. He did a very good job in an efficient manner and cleaned the area very well.

    About a year ago, Crawford replaced our electrical panel at a way better price than everyone else we called. We enjoyed their service so we had them give us a quote to add a ceiling fan in our living room. Chuck came by quickly and gave a great quote. Dylan and Ryan came about a week later and did the installation. There was no light or anything existing in the space before, and our attic is extremely small and difficult to navigate. Dylan and Ryan were still able to get the job done. Everyone is exceptional and professional.

    We called Crawford to come take a look at our electrical box for insurance purposes , They originally scheduled a few days out but called same day the appointment was made saying they had a tech in the area and could stop by within the hour . The tech actually showed up less than 10 minutes later! Dilion Grindele (the tech) came in , took their shoes off as asked , and completed the job in about 10 minutes . They confirmed my email as asked and sent over the invoice with all the information i asked for / needed . Definitely will be using them again in the future for any electrical needs

    I recently had a number of odd electrical jobs (ceiling fan installations, lighting replacements, ethernet cable run, etc) and called on Crawford for help. The sent a 2 man crew who worked quickly and were very professional. I noticed after they left an issue with the ethernet and regrettably let my frustration get the best of me after leaving a terse after hours voice message. Crawford showed great patience with me and came back early the next morning to successfully troubleshoot the problem. Their pricing was very competitive and their responsiveness was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Although they see emergency cases on Sundays, this was not an emergency, just a scheduled appointment at a non ideal day and time.     I had an emergency one night at about 7 pm. On a recommendation, I reached out to Jeff. I explained that our master breaker was tripped and that there was no power in the house. His response was, Im just going to finish walking my dog, and Ill be there. I think maybe it took him 30 minutes to arrive. He promptly diagnosed and quickly corrected several problems with wiring on a recently installed water heater. Hot water was back, power was on, and Jeff did it for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

    Nothing but fantastic things to say about Crawford! Moved into an older home that needed rewired, lighting installed, repairs to existing electrical system. They were on-time and extremely knowledgeable. Last company we had out wanted to take out everything and replace with new. Would have been nice to do, but we just couldnt fit it in our budget so he ended up not calling us back. Our job wasnt huge, but Crawford treated us like it was.     We had a simple electrical issue we needed resolved and called Crawford Electric. They were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The appointment was scheduled for later in the afternoon, however I received a call mid morning from James to see if I was available for him to stop by earlier. That was a nice surprise - it’s not often the people you hire to help maintain your home arrive early.     Crawford Electric Co has been to our homes a few times over the last few years and they are the best company I have ever dealt with. One of the best technicians is James. He has been to our home a couple of times and came out today to address a couple of issues I had.     We had another electrician come out to install a ceiling fan. For whatever reason the previous electrician was unable to do the job once the old fan was removed, leaving me with a hole in my ceiling. We contacted Crawford Electric and we were immediately given an appointment. I feared this was going to be a huge undertaking based on the previous guy.     I had my AC company come out and test my unit and they said it was a power issue from the breaker box. On a Friday morning I figured that getting someone to come out before the weekend would have been out of reach but I was surprised by the speediness and professionalism of Crawford Electric.     Jeff Crawford Thank you! He was on time professional he reviewed our issue and gave me options on the repair. The most important thing he did though was pointed out some serious and dangerous flaws in the wiring that had just been completed for our new pool. These were things that could have caused electrocution. As a result we were able to get the original company back out and they have fixed all the issues.     I called Jeff Crawford at 9am on Saturday of a 3 day holiday week end as the firm I have used in the past was not available until Tuesday and did not have emergency service available.     Wish we had gone with them in the first place especially after our original electrician ghosted us four times. Called Crawford and they came out within a week. They did a bunch of projects from adding an outlet to replacing outdoor fan box with a sealed one. They also installed a light that we purchased and it went out the next day. The owner himself came out and replaced it with no charge even though it wasnt the electricians fault but Home Depots bad light. Crawford will be our go to company from now on.

    The outlets on our patio were malfunctioning and one smoked when we tried to use it. I could smell the electric burning smell and called after hours. Jeff said that Schuyler was on the way. We used Crawford to complete three phases of inside electric work over the last year and were pleased with their work and timeliness. Today was top-notch. Schuyler was the best person to work at our home since we moved here. Schuyler identified the problem, fixed it, replaced two GFCI outlets, and was just a really great person with whom to talk. When we have an electric issue in the future, we will ask for Schuyler. He knows his stuff, is personable, and tidy. Schuyler is the type of person who loves his job, the customers, and best represents a super company like Crawford Electric.     The electricity to my AC went out in the middle of summer. Jeff worked me in the same day which was awesome! He was very professional and on time. My problem turned out to be minimal at best and he didnt try to make me feel dumb or rip me off. Instead he was helpful and told me what to do in the future.     I had such a great experience with this company from the second they answered the phone until the job was done. January took my initial inquiry and could not have been more kind, knowledgeable, and professional. When you don’t know anything about electric, it can be intimidating to ask the right questions but she was great. They offer free estimates which seems to be out of the ordinary for electric work but I’m not sure, very helpful though. Then Nathan (and another gentleman, I didn’t catch his name) came out to run a cable line. They found a different way to run the line and wound up cutting the initial quote in half. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs electric work. Thanks for your great work!

Educated us about circuit capacity including where to move a problem appliance that kept tripping a breaker.Replaced a faulty wired smoke alarm. Had a spare alarm on the truck so had him replace another alarm. Well prepared. Knows how to use the IPAD with cell service, take photos of work done, etc. Cant get any better than this.

    Phenomenal Company ! Jeff is awesome ! Everyone is very friendly and the technicians were extremely polite and professional. They found my issue in just a few minutes and they were gone within an hour. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to all my friends and family....I really dont understand a few of the comments below ? Upon completion of our initial call, the office manager communicated to me very clearly that there was a minimum $98 diagnostic/dispatch fee for sending someone out to troubleshoot the issue. And trust me, I was GLAD to pay it. WHO WORKS FOR FREE ??? As a business owner, EVERYONE should KNOW that there are costs for paying the technicians, for fuel, all kinds of insurances, and many, many other fees..     Damon and Jeff transformed our dark, semi-dungeon great room and kitchen into lights you would see in an operating room. All I can say is WOW... We have an older home that we have relied on lamps and a ceiling fan light for lighting. No more squinting and using flashlights (kidding) to walk through these rooms. They installed 29 can lights between both of these rooms, and we can actually see our kitchen counter tops !!! All I can say is best money we have ever spent... They came out to give an estimate, provided a quote, and the service was scheduled within a week of approving the quote.     Chose this company because of the many neighbors who used them and rated them highly. I had panel work to install generator and surge done the beginning of this year (2023). Everyone I talked to prior and after have been great. Office team, techs, mangers, owners. I had lots of questions before, during, and a few after. Here we are a few months down and I had an issue with a breaker that caused my AC unit to go out. We found the breaker was loose and so I called CE. They had same tech come out the same day I called. Took off the cover and re-checked the one and found no issue and rechecked them all. Even walked me through checking each to see they all had the same tension. So it was just some odd freak occurrence that this one partially dislodged (gremlins do love me). They stand by their work and are there to make sure all is good. What more could you ask for. A rock star company for sure! Thank you!!!
