We had an issue with our overhead lights in our kitchen. Matthew arrived on time to fix the problem and he was very professional, polite, and did his best to explain the issues to us so things would run smoothly in the future. The lights are now working correctly.

My warranty company (AHS)placed a service ticket for #1 R & R Electrical Allstar and I had the pleasure of speaking with “Heather”!! She made sure that an electrician was out in a timely manner and on a holiday as well!!! Her compassion proved to me that great people are still out there!! Me and my family have been without heat for 5 days. Heather made sure that someone was out in a timely manner. When the electrician arrived today his name was “Russ” and he was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and funny!! I’m forever grateful for this company as these two employees made my service request an efficient and professional service fix. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family!!Thank you Heather & Russ for your AWESOME service.

We were set up with R&R through American Home Shield, so we were already apprehensive about the service wed get, but Im really pleased to report that we received excellent service.Oscar was great: he solved a complicated problem in an old house that two other electricians couldnt, and in a very limited amount of time. He was communicative and has a good head on his shoulders. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an electrician. In fact, youre reading this and havent yet been called to schedule your appointment, I would definitely ask if Oscar would be available to come out.

After a visit from an AC repair company for our AC that was not working. We were told that it was an electrical issue and to call and electricial. We have American Home Shield Warrenty so I scheduled a service call with an electricial. R &R called (Heather) us very soon thereafter to schedule the appointment. After they explained that their net available appt was Thurs 5/25 I explained out situation and she was very helpful in working out a visit for us that same day. She scheduled Tom to come visit us. He came, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue (an arcing wire in the circuit) fixed it. We are relatively new to Florida and Deltona area and are trying to find good reputable service people. R & R electricial will be first on my list next time I have an electrical issue. Very happy. PSS

So first, let me say the customer service in the office could use some improvement, however the actual service was EXCELLENT!Jason and Corey did an awesome job installing my ceiling fans, light fixtures, ring doorbell and recessed lighting. Jason took the time to educate me about lighting and gave me options on placement. Their work is better than I expected and they were kind and neat. I saw the bad reviews after I had my estimate done by Corey. I had a good feeling about him so I took a chance and Im so glad I did. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

Thomas was my technician and he was great. He was very professional and very neat he made sure to clean up any news that was made. Thomas explained everything to me and answered all of my questions about the electrical issue. He worked very professionally and found the problem and fixed it. He came on time and made sure to call when he was on his way to my home. This company actually answered the phone vs other companies and came out within only a few days. I will definitely recommend this company as well as use them again. If you use this company make sure you ask for Thomas!!

I used AHS... Tyler came to my home in Pompano Beach, Florida. He was INCREDIBLE... Simply. He repaired my electrical panel - Assessed/repaired wires that caused many issues.

They are a pleasure to deal with! So many trades dont care about doing a good job and acting professionally, r&r electrical All-Star is not one of those. I would suggest them to anyone who has an electric issue

I was referred to this company by my warranty company. The newly installed GFI plug uncovered more wiring issues. When the electrician left my home we discussed how he would return to help fix it. However after waiting a week I found out American Home Shield had closed the work order. I called the office and spoke with Richard. He stated that they would make this good even if my home warranty would not assist us. Thankfully the next day a knowledgeable electrician came out, rewired the plugs and identified an unknown GFI.I appreciated their work ethic and their willingness to correct the issue.
