    Donovan Heating and AC delivered outstanding service throughout the entire process. Their technicians were both meticulous and personable, ensuring a favorable experience for the customer. The completed work passed inspection without any complications, reflecting their dedication to quality. We are very pleased with the results and strongly endorse their services. Thank you for an excellent job!I do have some additional feedback. Initially, I was informed that they would install boots in the attic to prevent condensation on the ceiling around the air ducts. However, they chose not to access the attic and instead applied silicone around the vents, which I was told would serve a similar function. There was one instance where the expanding foam insulation they installed fell onto the new equipment and out of the crack they were sealing. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The financing options and pricing were reasonable. There were a few minor concerns:1. During the initial inspection of the electrical panel, they noted that some wires were undersized and required replacement. However, when they replaced the panel, this work was not included, and they indicated that a new quote would be provided.2. Scheduling appointments with the city code inspector after the installation proved to be somewhat inconvenient.

    Back in March, I was looking for quotes to fully replace the 25-30 year old unit I had. Parker with Donovan came out and he did a full inspection of my unit and air ducts to give me a very fair and competitive quote. He is fantastic, friendly and professional, and pretty hilarious. He was able to get me a huge discount where I was able to replace the air ducts in my house without breaking the bank. After comparing quotes with other companies, I went with Donovan because of the fantastic deal. The crew that came and did the work were very professional and respectful of my property, and cleaned up when they were done. The only problem was that since my house was so old, when a vent was replaced the ceiling around the vent got damaged. They had a licensed handyman come out and fix it without any additional cost to me. Thank you Parker and crew for my new a/c. This current heatwave weā€™ve been dealing with for the past month have been comfortable for me!

    Skylar did a fantastic job replacing two electrical outlets! Kim and her crew did a fantastic job replacing all my duct work and completed the job in under 6 hours. It was 20 years old, installed improperly and moldy as hell. Itā€™s like we have a new house now. AC tuneup yesterday!

    Really professional, congenial guys.Very respectful of our home and really understanding with our dog.Felt okay leaving them for hours while at work. Timely.Explained everything and showed how it worked. Super kind and helpful.This company s more expensive than our budget but we went ahead with them since they seem to really stand behind the work and we didnt feel there would be an issue for them to come out and fix something if it were to go wrong.

    Just moved into a house where AC pipes were leaking which caused mold damaged. Donovan took care of a brother and re-piped the whole AC line. Looks clean as a whistle. The price was right and I took advantage of the membership. Got to get the membership. Itā€™s a good deal! Anyways, I appreciate Donovan heat and air taking care of me and DO NOT look forward to doing business unless I need you. šŸ˜‚

    My condenser was freezing over so I knew something was up and needed servicing. I found Donovan Air and booked my appointment via their slick online appointment system. While my appointment was scheduled for the afternoon I received a call from their tech Bryan asking if we were available earlier, which we were. Bryan was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Theyā€™re lucky to have him on the team. He fixed the issue in no time and kept our heat running which is great because weā€™re about to experience some low temps. Iā€™ll be utilizing Donavan Air, Electric, and Plumbing for any future needs.

    We had an issue where our AC unit wasnt heating properly and Tyler came out to assess the issue. He identified a leak with our condenser coil and replaced it with no issues. Tyler was thorough in his maintenance and was always up front with any issues or costs. I would highly recommend Donovan Air, Election & Plumbing because scheduling was a breeze and the service is excellent.

    Tyler and Jerrett were great! Professional, reliable and even made sure our dogs got the attention they needed so theyd relax with them in our home all day. We have an old home and work done on it previously to us purchasing it, things were more of a hot mess than we originally realized. So the work was a bit out of the norm due to how it was last done, but they took time to figure out the best way to go about it keeping budget on mind. They explained everything clearly and made sure it was all done properly and with our best in mind. Even the sales person that came by was very personable and took time to answer all questions and go over things with no pressure. Highly recommend this company

    Bradley came and spent at least an hour checking our system in & out. He was polite and efficient. It was the best home maintenance service we have ever had. He showed us how to properly set and adjust our thermostat showing patience & giving clear explanations. This company reminds us when it is time for our biannual maintenance, confirms the day before, then texts when tech is on his way. Good communication and service something that is hard to find these days!

    We love local companies! There is a reason why Donovan has such a high rating. Recently, we had an Air Conditioning problem and we tried using the company that purchased our old local one. They said we needed to spend 15k on a new unit that only services our bedroom, office and bathroom. We called Donovan Air. The 2 guys (Jason) that came out were absolutely awesome, they easily found the problem and fixed it. When I told them my mother needed a new electrical panel he highly recommended, Cheyenne. I easily made an appointment and the work was completed by her and another great guy, they were everything that Jason said. They completed the job with professionalism, knowledge and so much kindness to my mother. The prices are reasonable, they follow-up after the jobs and are absolutely the people we will call in the future. Donovan, Air, Electric & Plumbing gets two households our highest recommendation!

    We just had to replace a failed DIY mini-split AC in our workshop after 2 1/2 years. It was a painful lesson that you get what you pay for. Our Donovan salesperson, Aaron, was extremely knowledgeable, gave us a very fair quote, and provided excellent customer service. The installation process was very fast and efficient. The installation team was courteous, clean, and very informative. The experience was so good, we are moving away from the AC company we have used for the last 15 years. We will be using Donovan for all of our heating and air needs in the future!

    Michael Turner from Donovan saved the day! I nicked the wire to the outside AC unit with my garden sheers and the AC stopped.i saw what I had done and called Donnovans late in the day. Within the hour Mike came out and expertly repaired my wire. He also performed diagnostic tests and said all was good. The repair took under an hour and the AC was back running again. He worked with me on the price and I thought it was fair, as he also made sure to review his diagnostics to ensure I would have no further issues. Mike was very friendly and professional!

    I have Donovan covering ALL of our properties for a reason! Ok, several reasonsā€¦the main one being value. Yes, they are 100% reliable, and fair, and caring. They just finished a fresh install in one of our condos, and it is perfection. Very long story about archaic systems that used to be required, how it takes 5+ weeks to get repair parts, and how they no longer meet code. Donovan created a solution that works within the infrastructure restrictions of the Condo Associationā€¦and they are able to resolve AC issues the next day. The guys that came out were completely knowledgeable and therefore efficient (more importantly, the quality of their workmanship is evidenced). By the time I left the condo it was cooling nicely (as expected of course) and there was no sign they had been there.9/10/24 update:We needed a revisit for the inspector. Kind of a PITA and really an inconvenience for my tenantā€¦but it happens. The inspector wanted the T-drain moved.

    I just had Donovan do a third round of work for me at my small business and I absolutely love the work these guys do. My electrician Roger has been such a pleasure to work with. He does a great job working through the most logical solutions to meet our needs in the shop and I really appreciate him taking the time to walk me through things.     We had an emergency. We were out of town for a few weeks when the downstairs A/C unit went out. We returned home for a few days before having to go on another trip. I contacted Donovan based on some friends recommendations. We had been using a different provider for 15 years, but their service level had been declining and we wanted a new provider.I told Donovan my situation...that we were leaving in three days and I needed two new units installed ASAP. Two hours later, I was sitting down at my kitchen table with one of their reps. He worked up a very reasonable offer and we signed on board. The work crew arrived the day after we left and let into the house by friends were dog-sitting at our place. In six hours the crew had installed two completely new HVAC systems, gassed everything up, ran the check lists, and cleaned up all the materials. The crew manager called me to report and to say if, when we got home in a few days we had any questions, that hed be happy to come out and show me anything I needed help with.We arrived home.     We recently had our air conditioner replaced as it was 12 yrs old. Donovan had told us 2 yrs ago that we were likely going to need one soon but never pressured us to take action if we werenā€™t ready. As such, our typical 10yr unit gave us 12 solid years of use. When Donovan came out this year for our routine servicing, again there was no pressure, but we knew it was likely time to act. So, they had Steve from sales reach out to us. He was very kind, very informative and again we experienced a conversation focused on education with no pressure to pick this one verses that one (no upsellingā€¦.just educating). We chose the unit right for us and scheduled installation (speedy process).We cannot say enough good things about our experience with the installation technicians that came out. Endri and Dennis were absolutely terrific. Prompt, kind, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, informative and super clean. We are most grateful. They were a delight to have here and were so very careful and precise about their work. Itā€™s clear they take such great pride in their work product.We have used Donovan for years and have always been impressed by the high quality employees with such fantastic customer service.     Had Mr. Terry with Donovan AC today. This was my first experience with this company and I could not be more pleased! They are all so easy to talk to and get your questions answered. My service technician, Terry was professional, thorough and easy going which was a perfect fit for me. Thanks to everyone I talked to for helping me when your ac goes awry. It was the outside unit fan motor. Terry put a temporary one on to get me by until Aaron in sales helps me decide on my total new system!!     Everyone at Donovan was so professional, polite and took the time to answer my questions. I had contacted them to get a second opinion after another company had diagnosed my AC unit.     Donavanā€™s electrical department had Jarrett Dukes come out to my house, he was polite and knew what he was there to do. Jarrett installed 3 chandeliers, 1 ceiling fan, 1 RING flood light with camera and a front door Ring camera. I was very pleased with everything he did. Jarrett made sure I liked the height of the chandeliers, because they needed to be adjusted for where we were installing them. And he cleaned up after he was done.     Such a great experience! I called around noon and was able to have a tech out to my house ready to fix our AC the SAME day by 4:30 ! The entire process was smooth and easy from calling to schedule to the service appointment.Our ac went out and I called very frantically, the operator was beyond patient and understanding. The tech (Alan) knew his stuff and was extremely respectful and kind. We felt very comfortable with him and felt he did a great job- and got our ac working again in this killer heat!! I could not be more thankful for this entire companyā€™s team for making sure my family and I got our AC working again in this summer heat.     I have had Donovan AC for 10+ years and found their service to be excellent. A couple years ago on one of the coldest nights of the year, they came out right away over the weekend to fix our heat. In fact, I was actually being serviced by Snyder who were not able to fit us in, but Donovan was all over it.A couple weeks ago my main 5 ton unit gave up after 12 years after being alerted by the Donovan maintenance guy that the day was going to come after they kept her alive for as long as she would go.When the unit finally went out, they came right away, were able to charge it enough to get through the weekend and have me a good deal on a new system that they installed on Monday. Great service, friendly people and and local to the Jax Beach area. Highly recommended.

    We signed up for the Donovan maintenance plan. They do a scheduled service to make sure our AC is properly maintained and functioning. We had them come out yesterday to replace a water softener, fix a seal in our toilet, and install a water line for our new refrigerator. They came out, looked at the jobs and proceeded to give us a quote on the spot and perform same day service. Due to our membership, we got our service done at a discounted rate.Today we had Evan come out and install the electric that we need to install a pool heater. He was excellent. He explained the work that he was going to do. The price was reasonable and he did an excellent job. The quality of service is top notch, the price is reasonable, and as a homeowner I get piece of mind that my key HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are properly maintained and working. At Dustin Mattoxs suggestion, my neighbor recorded the noise the next time he heard it. After dropping by to hear the recorded noise, Dustin felt the simplest thing to do was inserted some silencing pads between the unity and the concrete pad on which it sits in case it was simply a vibration noice my neighbor was hearing.     We received a call from Donovans letting us know Greg was available to arrive early if that was okay with us, which it was. We were very pleased to find that we didnt need a new A/C, but only had to have a part replaced, which was covered partially covered under the warranty. The work was done expertly and cost of less than we were expecting to pay. I would highly recommend Donovans and Greg was as awesome as everyone theyve sent! I highly recommend this company.

    These guys succeeded where others failed. We had a service contract with another company. The other company recommended a repair that was $1400 and would take 4+ hours. They wouldnā€™t have the part for one week and it was 95Ā° out. They really pushed for full system replacement @ $12k.I called Donovan, they came next day, replaced a small part for $400 and took 45 minutes. They were polite and professional.Call these guys.

    Responded the same day to an issue with our air conditioning system. The system was 18 years old, Donovan had been nursing it for a long time but the repair this time was going to be more than it was worth.     Had several ac vendors come to obtain bids for a new ac system. Brandon with Donovan was the only one to address the repositioning of the air handler for better efficiency. Brandon offered several ac options making our decision easy. Knowing the urgency of no ac, Brandon was able to have the installers come the very next day at 8 am to install the new system.     The entire project took only 2 days, they had to update electrical wire coming to house and all new power panel, and then install new unit.     Stephen, Tyler, and Nick were all extremely professional. Stephen was not pushy at all and explained the systems well. Tyler and Nick knew what they were talking about and Nick was able to answer all my questions . Tyler took his time finished the job right the first time which I really appreciated. When I had issues connecting the thermostat with my phone I called Stephen and he immediately tried to remedy my issue. He called out a tech for the next morning and was able to replace the thermostat and fix my issue. Would gladly work with them again.     We had our entire AC unit replaced; inside, outside, and ductwork. The unit we had was not doing the job, and the ductwork was as old as the house (almost 25 years). We knew last summer wed need a full unit replacement. I contacted a local big box hardware store to contract the job, and to my surprise (and relief), I got a return call back from Donavan. From the very first call til they walked out the door, our experience was amazing. They created a plan and built a uint specic to our needs. The entire team was professional and very friendly even when I followed along and was asking a bunch of questions. We very much recommend Donavan to do your full AC install.
