Owner is hands on and works with his crew so there arent discrepancies between what he says is being done and what the crew is doing. Had my 4 metal beams replaced on my back porch and will be using him and his team on future home projects.

JJ helped me remodel Bathroom remodel including floor tiles. For the shower, you must hire a correct guy who knows to waterproof, or you have to do it again! He recommended the Wedi shower system and also did extra waterproofing.Best work ever. Highly recommend, honest and always gives correct advise even though he needs to do more job. My water heater went out and I called Juan with JJ Contractors. He came out and replaced the water heater, he suggested that we add a filter which we did. Juan reran some of the tubs and insulated the pipes. He cleaned up everything after he was done. We are very pleased with all of his work.

I hired Juan to repair my kitchen island which had moved from its place. He did fantastic job fixing it without breaking the granite and the cabinets. Did all the plumbing around the sink and dishwasher. He is detail oriented with his work and puts extra effort to make sure work is done right and the customer is satisfied. I wont hesistate to hire him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I had a water leak coming from underneath my kitchen sink. I called Juan with JJ General Contractor. He came out to my house and did a quick inspection to determine the source of the leak. It turns out that the leak was coming from behind the wall under the sink. Juan came back out to my house a few days later to cut out the sheet rock underneath my sink and turns out that the water drain had a huge leak. Juan was awesome and was able to fix it for us that same day! If you ever need work done around the house, Juan and JJ General Contractor is the guy you want to work for you. Very honest and extremely reliable, on top of all that, also very reasonable labor rate! I got more projects for him to work on for me around our house. I am extremely pleased and couldnt be happier about the work he has done for us! Thank you Juan and son!

Juan remodeled my house earlier this year and did a fantastic job! He was kind, friendly, and worked very hard. I had to get rid of popcorn ceilings, replace the flooring, repaint all the walls and ceilings, and get some electrical work done. I still get compliments on how nice the house looks now, and it was done at a very fair and reasonable price. Next time my house needs some more work done (bathroom, Im looking at you) I will definitely hire Juan again.

We had a difficult time finding a tile man to replace many cracked travertine tiles, it was fortunate that we were referred to Juan Valdez, JJ General Contractor. Juan took extra time to complete the job to ensure that it was done properly. While it extended the original time frame it was done right and the finished work looks great. All was done at a fair price and we are pleased. Good tile professionals are hard to find.

He went with us to Home Depot and got us an upgrade from 40 to 50 gal . Professional, tested everything out before leaving and showed us what to look for if there is any problems. Reasonable price and we will use him again for future remodeling jobs.

Juan is THE MAN TO GO! So far he has done a fence for us, installed new windows, custom closet, replaced our old roof to something new and beautiful; he is pretty much redoing our entire house! Not only does he do incredible work but he is very professional and listens to all of your needs. Every time we go to him with an idea he creates that into something amazing. Juan and Eric did an amazing job fixing up our house. Repairing a very unique 2nd story a/c install (that some other GCs we called stated they either couldnt do or didnt have the time to work us in anytime soon) and the subsequent water damage caused from it on 1st floor.
