    I needed foundation repair before listing my house for sale, so I had an engineering report done and sent it out to multiple companies. Innovative Foundation Repair was the first to respond and gave me a quote the next day. By the time some other companies got back to me, the job was already done. They completed the work in just one day, leaving everything clean, which was no small task considering they had two breakout piers in my bedroom. The entire process was easy and painless, and they maintained prompt communication throughout. Highly recommend!

    I will definitely call them again. Michael, the owner, came by to give me an estimate. He walked all around the perimeter of my house and inside to take measurements. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out cracks in my garage and in my brick that I had not noticed before. However, he stated that he could not justify doing any foundation repair because of the measurements. He gave me a copy of the measurements that he made and told me to keep them, and if I noticed a change, he would come back and remeasure. I really appreciated his honesty and taking the time to educate me.

    Innovation Foundation is the “d’bomb”! I cannot express how happy we were to work with people who take pride in their work, are razor focused on customer satisfaction, and are extremely qualified and knowledgeable about foundations. We have a 125 year old pier and beam 2 story home that needed immediate repair. Linette reached out to us first and was so very professional and thorough in gathering all our information. Michael followed up with a call the same day to get us on his calendar. He came out within 48 hours, assessed the foundation, provided an extremely reasonable price, and had a crew led by Brady, scheduled within 72 hours! Our foundation was assessed and repaired within a weeks time. Miracle workers ! All of them! Brady led the team who performed the repairs and he was simply amazing. They showed up on time and wore shirts that identified them as the crew for Innovative. They were so well organized and communicated with us whenever they needed us and they did a fantastic job! I would give 10 stars to this company if I could!

    I highly recommend Innovative for any size of foundation job!! They were able to work with our 4 unit/1 slab job. The crew left our homes in great condition considering the work performed. They were respectful with the size of holes going in our homes and precision while cutting them. We had an alarming deflection and four owners working together which created challenges. Thank you Innovative for saving our property!

    This was my first time using this company and I must say that they were very professional. I was needing some work done on the inside of my home but before I could proceed the foundation had to be addressed first. Michael the owner came to my home and explained exactly what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much It would cost .I was thoroughly impressed and authorized the work to be done.     I called Innovative Foundations to get a root barrier installed. Michael was prompt to our appointment and listened to what I wanted to do, offered some suggestions and was able to provide a quote immediately. Once I accepted the quote, work was scheduled within a day. His crew showed up on time, kept me apprised of their work (even bringing me out to show me the root barrier placement before they filled the hole back up)Im sure this was a small job for them - but if they paid this much attention to a small job, I will trust and call them again with future needs.     Michael and his team were amazing. They were able to fit me in to their very busy schedule with a looming closing on my end. Brady and his guys worked so hard and they were so respectful of our property and the appearance of the property once they finished. You do not have to fear getting foundation work, you just have to fear not using the right company. Innovative Foundations Repair is the RIGHT company!

    Own multiple houses and Innovative did a great job when repairs were needed. Appreciate their honesty when recently we had them in to analyze a foundation before starting our major home remodeling. They did their due diligence and let us know that the home was in good shape and did not need any foundation work. There are a lot of foundation companies in DFW and we have used several in the past. Innovative definitely the best experience we have had.

    I had do a reasonably expensive foundation repair.The work was done on-time, at quality with good communication from the on the ground crew. This work is brutally hard but they did it with a smile and I got the results expected from the work. The crew not only preserved my landscape but also did a great job cleaning up.I subtract one star from the review because I found the owner to be quite condescending over repeated interactions. I couldnt help but feel like it had to do with my ancestry because I couldnt imagine that his choice of words or tone would be well tolerated by the average person to get consistent 5 star reviews. No one wants to be highly educated, pay 5 figures and be condescended.

    We hired Innovations for a foundation repair on our house in Irving. We are extremely happy with the results. The work was done on time, and at a lower cost than we expected. Everything was explained and all our questions answered. During the repair our internet cable was cut because it was mismarked by the utility company. Afterwards Frontier tried to charge us for the repair. I called Mike and he took over the fight with Frontier and took it off my hands. I can thoroughly recommend Innovative for any foundation repair needs.

    We will be happy to recommend Innovative Foundation to our family and friends. Michael is friendly and amazing to work with. After taking measurements inside and outside, he explained the job to us in detail so we would know what to expect and gave us a price upfront. We instantly knew we could trust him with our foundation. The crew came out in the morning and worked very hard to finish by the end of the day because it was going to rain the next day. Their foreman, Brady, was great. They left our property in nice shape, clean, concrete neatly replaced, holes filled back in with no mess and they even replanted our two little bushes.     Hello to you,I only have great things to say about Innovative Foundation Repair. Obviously no one wants to get foundation repair, but if it is needed you need someone whom you can trust. After several quotes and knowing what questions to ask I knew Michael was that person for me.His team did a great job! They installed 9 piers and now my garage is back to normal. The door in my garage was not closing fully and I did not even realize that was because of the foundation. After they finished to my surprise the door works perfectly now.     As anyone in the area who has tried to do it will know, finding someone honest, reliable, and reasonably priced to fix an entire foundation is a nightmare. We were lucky enough to find Michael, who took over the task and completed it to excellence. He was responsive, responsible, and knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. Additionally, he was cooperative and understanding when it came to the finances, which was an immense relief, as the job was tens of thousands of dollars worth of repair on a completely shot foundation. He responded to all our phone calls, texts, and emails, and explained everything pertaining to the job in detail, not treating us as if we were idiots, and not trying to rip us off, which is a massive relief, after some of the other contractors and companies we had to deal with. He even gave us advice and guidance for other projects than needed to be done in the house. He made a highly stressful renovation go so much more smoothly, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs foundation repairs.
