I had an issue with my electricity in my home that of course happened at 445 on a Thursday. Both of my AC units were out & i needed someone the next day. I called Electrix 5 minutes before they closed and they were so nice and understanding & promised a technician on Friday. He answered all my questions & even gave me some knowledge about my electrical system in case of other issues in the future. Id highly recommend this company. 4/4/2024 - This is a follow up to my initial review -- now that the work has been completed by Mario and two coworkers. Mario was here from 10 to 4:30 and two other coworkers were here much of the time. They worked diligently and neatly and included us throughout the process where it made sense to do so. They installed an outlet in the bathroom, two dimmers, a switch box and 7 floods in two locations. They did excellent work and were neat and tidy.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------I am providing this initial review prior to having the work done or seeing the estimate. This review covers the initial contact and setting up the visit for the estimate.I had called a number I was given for owner Steve which I called and left two messages which went unanswered. I then called their ‘sister’ company AIR/FX and got right through and made an appointment for an estimate which was to take place today between 8 and noon. I consider that to be a wide window - 4 hours. At 12:15, there was no call or person so I phoned AIR/FX and was told they had some emergency calls due to a storm. I understand and appreciate that. However, a simple phone call in the morning to tell me that would have been easy snd appropriate. This had me questioning using Electrix.Then electrician Mario arrived. He is a nice friendly guy, very experienced, had great recommendations, explained things clearly and said he will send an estimate and schedule for the following week -- which he did right away. He changed my impression - plus Electrix came highly recommended from the #1 YouTuber in The Villages, FL - Jerry & Linda who have tens of thousands of followers.I will update this review once the work is completed next week.

I would Highly recommend Air Fx .Jim Rosa was the tech that came out super friendly very experienced. Super affordable . I recommend. Had a company come out before them won’t mention the name. And screwed me on my system and overly priced the job and had me wait 4 days . I went to Air Fx They came out right away and fix the problem and tested everything before they left and walked me through the system to better educate myself. I would even recommend them to the people living in the North Pole . I know they would have them warm or colder in no time .

We called to get a quote on replacing a failed panel to an up to code panel they gave us a quote but they even called the city inspector to make sure that was all we needed since we had about an additional 5 quotes 4 of them wanted to add more stuff saying the state requires it they didnt only call the city inspector supervisor but also had the best price and time frame not only the tech was very honest and savvy. Also,Tammy is such a sweet person and so helpful she gets things done and schedule same day you agree to quote. I didnt even had to call the electric company to request the shut off for them to work you might think thats her job but not really others ask for you to call and arrange with your electric company but to find someone so willing to go the extra mile and be so happy to do it means alot. She defenetly made my day and the process easier. I am a Realtor recommended them to a client that needed help Angel was the tech and same experience, same work ethic, and honesty. Will use them again in the future they will be my go to electricians.

Electrix installed my Generac whole house generator through a Big Box store. The work done by Electrix was absolutely flawless. Unfortunately the separate gas contractor really botched the gas hook up. The generator would not run and the finger pointing began with Big Box showing a “deer in headlights” response.Steve, the owner of Electrix, took over the project and even though it was not his fault, he had his own gas contractor come out and redo the entire gas installation properly thus restoring the operation of the generator.Thank you, Steve for grabbing hold of the problem and fixing it.Art Kalinski, CDR US Navy (Retired)
