Always prompt on their replies and honest in their responses. I recently had an electrical issue and Kevin Tinsley came out right away and fixed it for me without charge. I cannot tell you the last time someone treated us that kindly. He even remembered our dogs name! What a great bunch of people.

    Would give them six stars if it were an option! Thankfully Tinsley Electric was hired to wire our new home under construction. They were there when they said they would be, accommodated our numerous change requests during construction, price was very fair, and their finished product was second to none! Our builder This is the cleanest, most professional electrical installation Ive ever seen!

    Tinsley installed a full-house GENERAC generator for us. Although the pandemic slowed the process, Keven and his staff did an excellent job in moving through the obstacles. They were always professional, kept us informed, and we’re always pleasant to deal with. Ten years earlier they installed transfer panel for smaller gasoline powered generator. When we decided to upgrade, they helped us move the older equipment to our son’s home. We are very satisfied with all of their work and highly recommend Tinsley Electric.

    Fantastic service. Polite, fast and very efficient. We recently purchased a townhouse which a previous owner had creatively rewired. A Tinsley Electrician Inc. came the day that we called and were able to sort out 3-way, 4-way and who knows where switches in a relatively short period of time. Costs were very reasonable. We would absolutely recommend this company.

    Amazing!! Is what I can say for Tinsley Electric. My power had gotten shut off and before I could get it turned back on I had to have a whole new panel box and wiring... I called Kevin and he came out the same day and checked everything out and then sat down with me and discussed options and pricing and walked me through all the steps on what I had to do next. He was VERY professional and polite even sat there with me while I was having a hard time with the electric company... they did an emergency replacement of my panel box after hours!!!!!(because my box was deemed unsafe) 😮😮😮🤗🤗🤗🤗 Kevin went above and beyond for his customers and I’m very happy with his work. He even left me a paper for the electric company so that they had to turn my power back on before it was inspected! And they did it! I really would recommend this company to anyone and everyone that needs anything done in their home of business!!! Please call Tinsley Electric! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

    Decided to get a whole house generator and called Keven Tinsley. He literally sat down with me and discussed what was needed and gave me some suggestions and recommendations. Worked with his team of electricians who were competent, polite and efficient. As with any major project, there were challenges and Keven handled them personally. Couldnt be happier with the work or quality. Also worked with office manager Marjorie thru all the inspections and permits. All I can say is... I suspect there isnt a nicer, sweeter person on the planet.

    First we called another firm and they did not call us back. The next day we called them again and they did not get back to us until the 3rd day and then said maybe next week. So we called Tinsley and left a message. Within 3 hours Steve called us back and CAME RIGHT OVER! Steve fixed the problem, checked everything including around the house outside to make sure all was correct and safe. TINSLEY WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE MY ELECTRICIANS FROM NOW ON.

    Reached out to Tinsley for a quote. They sent someone to look at the job. We were replacing a meter can, upgrading wiring into the main panel and converting to underground service( from the local utility). They took care of permitting, sent me the cut sheets of material they proposed to use and answered questions. The day of the install John was sent to perform the job. Knowledgeable , kind and hard working. Good quality of work. Inspection the same day. Basically, they did what they said they were going to do. Showed up and performed when they said they would.
