    I had no idea I had a leak in my wall. They came and quickly found the leak, replaced the pipe and was done in about an hour. Once they left I heard another small one in the wall. I met the plumber in his van and he came right up to fix it so quickly! Best customer service. Will use for future issues!

    My wife and I are amazed with Quality Plumbing! We went there to get a second opinion after a really high estimate from another plumbing company. Mandy from Quality came out to have a look the very day we called and within an hour found out what the real problem was and gave us a very comfortable estimate. They began work right away. Rory and Thurlow from Quality came out to do the repairs and did an excellent job. As in all older homes, problems were found as work progressed. We were notified about them and they were dealt with right away. We are very impressed with Quality Plumbing and will use them again. Thank you Quality Plumbing for a job very well done!

    VERY happy with this business. We had a furnace fan failure in the middle of ice storm and they came out two times the same day to get it repaired. Very nice folks and very competent to fix anything hvac!

    I had a drain pipe leaking from my upstairs tub. It was a manageable, slow leak, so it wasnt a huge hurry, but Quality Plumbing was able to get me in within 2 days of me contacting them! David came and did a great job. He was very professional and friendly and was able to have the leak fixed the same day for me. Much appreciated!Update 6/13/24. My AC went out and they were able to get here within an hour of me calling and fixed it. Im so grateful because it was getting gross in here fast. Now its back to morgue temperatures just how I like it.

    Just WOW! Joe M. with Quality Plumbing was summoned to investigate home water intrusion from an unknown source hidden behind my drywall. My home is 3 stories so a difficult case. The restoration company recommended Quality Plumbing to investigate and Joe went straight to the source in no time! Replaced copper piping that was compromised due to failing soldering, with PEX. Very reasonable labor, and repair charge. I will be calling Quality Plumbing in the future for all plumbing work. They have gained a loyal customer. An honest, efficient and knowledgeable company!

    I had two people (on, separate days) come out to fix a problem I was having with my sump pump and they were both very friendly and courteous, walked me through everything that was being done and answered any questions I had.     Installed a new toilet quickly and with minimal interruption to our home life. The person missed the flange bolts that came with the toilet and charged us for supplying their own bolts. He should have asked before assuming the parts are missing. Otherwise a good experience.

    Joe Jr. Quickly had the results of the furnace annual check up ready to report on. The second task that was a real challenge was the disassembly of my space heater chimney that contained three bird carcasses and a sizable pile of nesting material.that. Joe Jr. wasted a very small amount of time cleaning it out and reassembling the heaters components that had to be moved to gain access to the plugged up chimney . After all that the chimneys cover cap had to be replaced as well so that birds can longer enter the chimney cavity ever again!

    I just wanna give a big shout out to Joe for coming out yesterday. He helped me the time of need the waterline under underneath my sink that flooded into my basement and he stayed with me until the people could get there and start the tear out process and he was there to help me if I didn’t anything, so I would definitely recommend these guys for any work you may need

    I cannot express how grateful I am to the two men who came to work on my furnace, on a Sunday afternoon. The weather was negative 18 and negative 29 real feel. I have two kids and a dog, so I was very worried about our safety. They came the same day I called, got the problem fixed in under an hour. They even offered to look at my front door that wouldnt latch, before they left. Amazing QUALITY service every time we have called them-- for pluming heating and cooling at this point! They made me feel at ease and very comfortable with them and their abilities immediately. I HIGHLY recommend this company! In the same day, my mother has had the same issues I have, but the company she called cannot service her till the NEXT Thursday! Imagine no heat for over a week and a half?? If you use anyone else you are wasting your time and money!-- Id like to add that when they came back to fixe the flue on the outside of the building they were very professional and even let my 8 year old son help drain and re- screw in the panel. It was my sons wish that I include this last statement that they were very nice and professional and helpful, and informative. They even offered him a job when he is older helping them! This entire team has been so amazing, I couldnt imagine using anyone else!

    Called Quality Plumbing for a small leak issue that potentially could have been a huge one. We had a service appointment scheduled in a few hours and the Tech called and said he would come earlier if it was okay. I showed Joe the burst stem in the frost free silcock (that I had detached from the house) and he went to work immediately. Seemed to be a pretty simple fix for him and looked brand new when he was done! 😎Ive used QPH&C in the past, I used them today and I will always use them! 💥

    We called for a leak with our tub faucet and the only availability was the following day in the afternoon.     We had some issues arise I believe from miscommunication. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of preparedness and not having the equipment or tools to do the job. They had to have multiple team members bring them things or leave to go to the store.Ultimately the initial job was not completed and took much longer than expected. They sent different individuals back out to redo some work and did a great job. They all seemed professional and I was grateful they were willing to come right back out to finish the job.

    We have a 100+ year old house and although the plumbing pipes werent too hard to access, there wasnt much room for error in locating the leak and repairing and replacing it. The two young plumbers dispatched were polite, neatly attired , efficient and professional in their work . When they ran into an unforeseen obstacle, they readily checked back to the office for advice on how best to proceed with an old house system. The problem was quickly resolved, the custom part fabricated ,the leak repaired and the drain system updated. Everything , including the torn up flooring was put back in place. All systems were checked out before the entire area was swept clean and made ready for use.We would gladly use them again on any repair job but dont expect to have to call them back on this job for say another 25 - 30 years

    Long review but worth the read.QPHAC has literally saved us over 10 grand of necessary replacements over the years between our water heater and furnace/AC and a few companies saying they needed to be replaced.On the water heater the upper heating element failed and was told the part was hard to come by, plus a pipe was rusty and could break at any time. Quoted ludicrous prices (~4-7 grand) and as we had went through a heater problem in our old house I was skeptical. QPHAC found we had an extended warranty, got the part ordered, and replaced for less than $200. That was over a year ago.Due to getting some new appliances and being given a free furnace checkup/maintenance we were told it was undersized for the house (true) and had been kicked up in gas volume to compensate (tech said he reduced it back to normal levels) and that there were burn holes near the ignitor that could lead to CO leaking. Made a big deal about turning the furnace off before he left as industry standard and the sales rep came to quote furnace and potential AC replacement (as it was likely to go soon too and also undersized). They also mentioned having a promo and prices could change soon, and by Friday I was told prices were increasing if we didnt accept the offer made.They came out, and beyond confirming the furnace was undersized found nothing wrong with it, quoted the same price for the exact same brand ofequipment without mentioning a promo, and even said the AC upgrade may not be a noticeable improvement so would be better to ride it till it dies. Alex also fixed the fireplace issue we assumed was due to not being cleaned, but was just a small wire adjustment and didnt bother charging.Weve picked up a second digital CO monitor to be safe and are saving up to replace at least the furnace as it is moving towards end of its life and we will go through QPHAC when that time comes. They are literally the only company Ive interacted with that prioritize maintaining/fixing your equipment instead trying to sell you on a big purchase.6 out of 5 stars.

    This was the easiest fix ever (for someone with experience). The plumber was here for five minutes and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in five minutes more. My shower curtain doesnt reach to the back wall. The water flows down the side of the tub and leaks through the bottom corner into the basement. He caulked along there and recommended how to fasten the shower curtain at the back corner. Fixed!

    They have always been a good go to company. They make sure that everything is good on their checks of our furnace, air conditioning, and hot water heater and they let us know if they need anything but dont try and sell us anything we dont need. If something is wrong they will show it to us and explain what is needed to repair. When they installed our hot water heater in 2017 they worked around our schedule and still gave us a quality product with a good price. Not only will I recommend them but I will stick with them for all of our HVAC needs.

Would recommend them and use them again.
