Mr. Carter was such a gem. He was honest, prompt and professional with his service. We had a couple of bad experiences with trying to get a plumber to come out and fix a gas leak under our home. I highly recommend Carters Plumbing & Repair Services and yes he guarantee his work.

Really appreciated the fast and great response when I called. I had a plumbing leak from the pipes under the house and nobody I called were willing to go under there. Carters plumbing were the only ones willing to accommodate me. I also so had floor damage due to the leak. Carters also does construction and put in new floors. They took the time to do them right and they look awesome. Id highly recommend them and would use them again anytime.

Called Mr. Carter late on a Sunday evening and he told me he would be at my residence on Monday morning and he was there. He made it possible for my sewer line to be operational until he could repair it properly. He diagnosed the problem and informed me on what it was and how much it was going to cost. Even though he had other job lined up, he managed to fix my problems and now everything is functioning properly. Up front and straightforward with everything that had to be done to repair it. I would definitely refer him to anyone with plumbing problems.

We had a botched tub facet install and the tub would not hold water despite all parts being new! Carter Repair came in and solve both issues within an hour our drain was not leaking and our tub was holding water!Highly Recommend this company for all repair needs!
