I dont usually leave reviews but... Wow! Top notch service! Ryan & Jason installed LED lights in my living room, a light in my bedroom, a porch light, outdoor outlets and a flood light. They give exceptionally good customer service and there prices are fair. I would definitely call them again.

Ryan answered my call on a holiday weekend, when most were either unavailable or just sending callers to voicemail. When I explained my situation, he quoted me a price over the phone (affordable) and gave me an ETA (he was out with his family, and needed time to prepare to be at work).Ryan arrived on time, and explained why my smoke detectors were linked as they were, and why the one was acting up. He fixed my problem in no time flat. It required scaffolding due to the high ceilings. He even took the time to look at another electrical matter and answer questions.I will be using his services again. He is honest, reliable, friendly, and the quality of work is beyond reproach.

Friends! If you are in need of an electrician who can come to your house in an emergent need, I highly recommend that you call #ryanrinder LLC .This past Tuesday, I had an emergent electrical situation and Ryan was only one of two electricians who answered the phone before work hours and could come that same day, in the morning, to help me figure out why my lights were flickering pretty much constantly, all over my house, and why I only had half a house with electricity working??!!I was afraid to turn lights on in certain areas of my house. And when I used appliances in the kitchen, even though the electrical outlets were grounded, and no fuses were being tripped, I only had power on one side of the kitchen.My sump pump battery back up was beeping which alerted me that my electricity was compromised and that included my sump pump which was of deep concern.This electrical outage was turning out to be quite a complicated and emergent situation.Enter my new buddy Ryan Rinder and his coworker Jason!!If you are ever in need of an electrician emergently or not, I recommend Ryan so incredibly much. he’s professional he’s on time he’s upfront and he is incredibly knowledgeable. Ryan was able to locate the problem immediately, he turned the power off to that phase of my electrical board, checked outside for the AES electric meter, to which he pulled it off the house to see how antiquated in out of code some of these wires were. 😱🤯I knew that the electrical board that ran my house was outdated and needed an upgrade, and it finally stopped working and was a safety issue. My before and after pictures that I am attaching, can give you an idea of how stressed it was.#rrinder to the rescue!!( and Jason)Ryan explained to me in great detail what needed to be done and how he would be able to put me in front of other clients who did not have any emergent situation.My refrigerator was part of the house that did not have power, but luckily, I was able to run an extension cord to the part of the house that did have power so that my food did not spoil.I did not have air conditioning Tuesday and Wednesday and it was hot, but I’m grateful I had electricity to run fans in my bedroom and for my dog.Ryan did all the legwork of getting the work permits that he needed with the city to perform this upgrade. And his work is guaranteed for five years!!!!I could go on and on about how incredibly pleased I am , and you know I don’t usually post unless it’s important or fun, so please keep #rrinder in you list of contacts to call if you need a top notch electrician!! You will only need to make ONE phone call and that’s to Ryan. He can text you too!!And, this is the best surprise ever, after everything was fixed, after AES came to turn everything back on, I had electricity to my garage!!! Wonderful service completed last month! Called on a Sunday and they answered the phone. Had my appointment scheduled within 24 hours of phone call. They arrived promptly within the window of time I was given, and gave me a 30 min heads up that they were on the way. The owner seemed to be training another worker, and I really enjoyed how patient he was with the worker as well as with my questions. They resolved ALL the issues we were having and charged way less than what other companies had quoted. Their work is also backed by a multi-year guarantee - you wont find that with other companies. Very pleased with service and will use them for all our electric needs moving forward.

Mr. Rinder was methodical, thorough and professional as he went through our house checking our electrical system. As he went he calmly explained issues in a non-urgent manner and told us how the issues could be fixed, what needed to be repaired right away and what could wait until another day. They called the day of my scheduled appointment to confirm with me. I received a call about thirty minutes before the technician arrived. Thomas was very friendly and polite.I should have asked how much he was going to charge me for putting in a new outlet before I let him start the work. It took him less than 20 minutes, the old outlet had already been removed. After he was finished he had know idea of the cost. He called the office. The person on the phone with him had no idea either. Thomas tried calling the owner, no response. He called the office back. The person on the phone said to charge me $250.00. I said that was an excessive amount for replacing an outlet that took less than 20 minutes. They told me $185.00 but I could receive a 10% if I gave a good review. With the discount I paid $170.00 which I thought was also too much, however, I paid the amount. I will never call on them again.I only gave them five stars to get a 10% discount.

Ryan went out of his way to solve our problem same day, staying until late in the evening. He was the second electrician we called, because the first couldn’t diagnose our issue. We wished we had called Ryan first; he was thorough in his examination until he discovered our problem- wires that were smashed so badly onto an air vent that they were transferring heat to it and blowing our furnace breaker slowly and repeatedly. It was a huge safety hazard, which he solved by putting in a junction box, and rewiring the cables more safely. The whole time he was cheerful and explained what he was doing. We 100% recommend his company and will be calling them again in the future!

I was scheduled to get the work done incredibly fast after the quote was approved (e.g., within days!!!). They worked super hard when they were here (e.g. 11 hour day) to get all the work completed in 1 day!! They were professional, knowledgeable, and did a super great job! I had 24 canned lights installed, new outlet installed, an existing light fixture moved, 4 outside lights replaced, 2 outlets replaced outside, and new landscape lighting added. Wow!!! This company really made a difference in our home. We had them out to replace 12 pocket lights that were installed 30+yrs ago. In addition to the 12, we added 6 to the living space. Ryan and Cody were great! We had an issue on a Saturday that most places we called said could wait until Monday. When I explained my concern about knowing everything was safe for us and our home, Ryan didnt hesitate and came out within a couple of hours. It turned out to be an absolute emergency and they were very clear about the safety hazard and very concerned for our well-being. We ended up needing to have the power shut off to our home and stay in a hotel. Ryan pushed our home to the top of his list and got the permits and parts to get our power back on safely ASAP and charged a very reasonable rate to do it. He and Cody worked very hard, were very professional and very concerned for us as their customers but also as a family in a stressful time.

Hired them for low-voltage wiring installation to add an Ethernet outlet in a spare bedroom. There were a couple of missteps during the initial work, but the end result was done as promised and Cody went out of his way multiple times to come back and fix what was needed to make things right. Very friendly and professional service.

Rinder came out and installed a ring light and a flood light on my garage, and an extra outlet in my home. They were also able to remove my garage from switch power (why there was a switch in the first place who knows but-the house is old). When I realized a light was constantly on in the garage I went to turn it off and it turned off the Ring light. I called them when I noticed this and they got right back out to fix it. Great quality-super responsive-will absolutely use again in the future for any electrical needs!
