    My Guys was so thorough! We got an exterior clean and it smelled amazing. I especially appreciated all the spider webs being removed. They even cleaned our storage unit/shed in the back! The algae was terrible on the outside of the gutters in the back as well, and they made it shiny brand-new! Will definitely consider them in the future for any exterior cleaning we need! Worth every penny.

    The 2 guys were efficient and good at communicating. I got them a tarp I use for yard sticks and leaves and walnuts. They could pull it around with the closed zip ties that I added. They loved it! I encouraged them to have their boss get them a couple for their jobs. lol!

    I ordered a house washing and exterior window cleaning package from My Guy Services, and I highly recommend them. My house and windows are SO CLEAN now! I got multiple estimates, and My Guy was the most reasonable price, and they were able to put me on their schedule really quickly. Im so pleased, and I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

    I have a two-story home and havent had my gutters cleaned in several years. I knew the gutters in the rear of the house especially had to be pretty well clogged because hard rains were causing gushes of water to spill over onto my garden planter. I also have buried downspouts that I alone cant check for blockages, so I needed help.My Guy Services costs seem reasonable compared to others in my area, but the main reasons I chose them are because their website is comprehensive and easy to navigate, and responses to general questions, specific services, and scheduling are prompt and very clear.Marys professionalism and great personality shine through, and I fully trusted that my experience would be stress-free and exceptional.We did have to reschedule once due to unexpected crew availability, but it was really no concern since I didnt consider my request to be urgent.On the day, the two-man crew arrived and were so friendly, asking if I had any concerns or questions. I confirmed what needed to be done, asked them to not hesitate to get my attention if they needed anything, and they got right to work.They cleared my gutters of debris, flushed the downspouts, and left no mess whatsoever. The crew let me know when they were finished, and we had a pleasant chat as I thanked them before they left. All told, the cleaning took just under an hour.Paying for the service was easy-peasy and pretty much automatic. I had already provided payment information to Mary when I scheduled the service, so she simply confirmed that I still wanted to pay that way when she emailed the invoice, and we were done!Again, communication before, during, and follow-up after has been attentive; everyone I dealt with at My Guy Services is perfectly professional and friendly, and I will definitely call upon them again when I need any exterior cleaning done to my house again.Thanks so much, My Guys, for a FANTASTIC job!

    The communication is incredible and they are on top of things .The office staff goes above and beyond to keep the customers up to date on every detail of the services and process . The gentlemen that came out and washed our roof and the exterior of the gutters cleaned did a excellent job . Took their time and then explained that some of the algae on the roof was still there but the chemicals they used were still breaking it down and would eventually go away completely. The 18 month warranty is very impressive. If there happens to be anymore algae or growth they will come back out and take care of it . We would definitely recommend them 100%. Everything Looks great !

    This was, by far, the best service! If you need a good power wash for your house you really need to contact this company. They do provide all different services for your home. I just needed the exterior thoroughly washed to get rid of the dirt and algae and boy does it look fantastic!     I first called a competitor and was told they could come and was my daughters house at the end of the month due to the weather. I told them thank you and I would get back with them 6later. I then called Mr. Guy and they not only could come the next day, Mr Guy was 50 dollars cheaper. Marcos arrived (a very nice person by the way) gave me an overview on what he planned to do and got to work. I cannot be any happier. The house is clean and I saved some money. Plus, and this is the best part, the work comes with an eighteen month warranty against algae or mildew returning. Excellent service, excellent value.

AJ and Conner worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with the project. There was something extra sticky on one of my windows and they took the time to make sure it was sparkling clean.     First off, I received 3 estimates, one gave me one without even coming to look at my roof, the second company came out, was very professional, but was the highest by far. Then My Guys came out, gave me the best estimate, and we agreed that while they were cleaning the roof if they felt the gutters needed cleaning, we would do the additional charge for that. They arrived when they said they would, cleaned the roof with the soft wash, then even did the slight cleaning on my gutters that was needed and did not charge me. The roof looked much better immediately and when I had a question about one small area that did not look quite right, the owner personally came out to look at it and explained it would take longer for that area to naturally expel the marks and, as he said, it is slowly getting better each day. Very impressed with the company and would recommend them highly!

    WOW! I purchased my home on a lovely wooded lot 4 years ago. Spring, summer, fall, there is always something dropping from the trees. There was moss on the roof in places, the exterior was dusty and dirty and the gutters were turning black.In 3-4 hours, My Guy Services had my home looking better than the day I bought it. They did a roof and whole house wash. It was worth every penny. There is a serious WOW! factor. My gutters are white again. My whole home looks great!The guys were nice, friendly and reviewed what services they were providing. It was a pleasure to work with them. I’m adding them to my preferred handyman list

    The setup for the appointment was quick and easy with an online estimate. Seemed a little high but every contractor service does right now. They responded well to e-mail and being able to setup payment before made the check out process super easy after the work was done.Their team arrived, got to work quickly, and did a great job in no time. Their team was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Checkout was as easy as confirming the estimate amounts.Only criticisms, and theyre pretty minor. There wasnt a time frame provided. Given that they advertise not needing to be home for their services, it wasnt a big deal, but might have been helpful to plan given that our house has a 3rd shifter that sleeps during the day. The team that came out left a sign in my yard for their services. While its not a big deal, I wish theyd asked first or at least mentioned it as our HOA has rules about signs such as these in the yard.

    I am very pleased with the actual gutter cleaning job and prompt communication throughout the process! They also cleared the front walkway of all debris which we really appreciated. Unfortunately the back debris was left all over our back porch. We were told any gutter debris would be cleaned up and taken away and that was not the case. It left quite a mess on our porch and because of how dirty the debris was, we are going to have to pressure wash our porch now.UPDATED: Within an hour of my email and review, I received a call from from My Guy Services that was incredibly apologetic, wanting to make it right immediately. They scheduled to come out as soon as they could the following day to remove and pressure wash the debris from our back porch. Very impressed with the customer service and their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that was taken care of! We are very pleased with our services from My Guy Services and will absolutely be using them again in the future!

    Ive had My Guy Services out twice to my house in the last year. One was for pressure washing the siding of my house along with the roof which was a night and day difference and the other was yesterday to clean out my gutters. They showed me before and after pictures and it was a huge difference allowing my gutters to do their job properly without any debris to stop the water flow. Highly recommend My Guy Services!

    Hired the team to clean the roof of a 2 story house, siding, gutters, exterior windows, windows and glass roof of a 4 season room, sidewalk, and composite deck. The team was professional. Communication was good. Response time from initial request to completion of job was 2 weeks in August. We have a koi pond and they were very careful around it. Quality was very good. Deck could have been cleaner but still good. Glass room has not looked this good in 10+ years. I believe you get what you pay for - a bit pricey but quality was very high. Would use them again and would highly recommend them for similar work.

    One of the things that impressed me was that Sam, himself, came out to do the work because his staff was at another site. Most business owners wouldnt do that but instead would reschedule. His communication as to what time he would be there and whether there would be a delay was excellent. We all have been there with the between the hours of ...... song and dance so being told an exact time was great. After the work was completed, I appreciated the explanation of what was done and what I could do to help with the maintenance of my vinyl siding. I plan on definitely using My Guy Services again.6/23/2020I used My Guy Pressure Washing this time to power wash my deck as well as clear gutters. And once again, I was not disappointed. When they finished the deck, it looked brand new. I had it redone a couple of years back and due to trees and direct sunlight and even though I had applied a sealer one year ago, it was grey and starting to get algae. After they cleaned it, goodbye algae and hello looks like new deck. I will continue to use My Guy Services ad infinitum or at least as long as I own this home.

I had washed the outside of my house myself in the past but it was very difficult and I was happy to hire My Guy Services to help me.     My house and garage were pressure treated and all exposed windows cleaned on Friday June 12th. The job that was done was actually beyond my expectations. The vinyl siding on my house was cleaned so well that it looks like it was just installed. It looks brand new. The ugly black streaks were gone right away without compromising my shingles.
