He gave me a call on the way to be sure I was there and ready, and completed the job well and efficiently when he arrived. He even looked over some other concerns I had. Cody did a fantastic job diagnosing my melted outlet and replacing it. He also assisted me in quickly testing the safety of another outlet. The only issue was that Cody was late for my appointment. They had reasons, but it was still late.

Had 3 Security cameras and a Ring doorbell installed. Not super simple jobs. Involved installing a transformer and wiring through the wall to the outside for the doorbell + doing the same from main panel outside and along the exterior for one of the cameras.Cody was very communicative and had high standards for his work. He went back to touch up sealant and filler and even though I had said at one point I would accept an easier doorbell placement, he still worked extra to get it in the ideal spot. The install on the outside of the house looked even better than I had hoped it would!He originally came out with another guy to do the estimates and they covered the gap well between friendly and professional. Very personable guys! Would definitely use them again for other work and recommend them to others.

Cody Rains came out this afternoon and was able to hook us up with a couple of a ceiling fans. He completed the installation super quickly. He was professional, and he was able to effectively explain what he needed to do to get the fan-rated boxes in the ceiling. He also cleared up confusion on if he could install a box on the first floor, so we are having him back to install that one too. Thanks Cody and Mr. Electric!

I had a major issue with what I thought was a single circuit breaker. Shawn, the electrician, came to my home at 8 a.m. the day after I reported the issue. He identified the problem quickly and explained and showed me what needed to be done. I agreed with him. He gave me a quote and explained thoroughly the details of the quote, and provided me with the opportunity to lower the quote by becoming a member of their quality program. He made a temporary correction of the problem, attained the proper equipment, and made a permanent fix the next morning.

Shawn came our to my house today on March 8th 2024 to fix my issue I was having with my ceiling fan. Let me tell you this. Mr. Shawn is the best. He was very professional the minute he walk threw the door. He took his time to find out what the problem was in 30 minutes and fix it. Now my wife will be happy when she comes back home. An electrician we have used for years was really slow in responding, and always took a week more to get to our house. We didnt feel like waiting, so we called Mr. Electric. One plus was that local people answered the phone, so we didnt have to do with an answering service or overseas customer service. They got someone over the same afternoon. The person they sent was very professional and polite, and clearly new his stuff. He got the job done. Very happy, and we highly recommend them.

We had a fan and separate lights in a screen room. it was put in by a professional, but the switch only had the fast fan speed. Several friends, who thought they knew a little about electricity tried to fix the problem. Mr. Electric came diagnosed the problem, (had to replace the remote) and fixed the problem.You cant ask for much more than that. And he was friendly, personable and respectful.

This rating is based primarily on customer service and availability to show up the next day. Also, there was no charge for an estimate. I called four electricians and they all wanted $$$!!! for an estimate. Even more impressive, my original problem ended up not being a problem and still did not charge me anything. Based on being impressed with that, I got an estimate to come back later and do other electrical work. I felt very “safe” and comfortable with technician and that is extremely important to me and goes a long way in customer satisfaction.
