We were having a problem with our drain in the bathroom and could not find any resources online to help with the particular problem we were having. We called Lees early in the week. They set an appointment a few days later and as it turned out it was a very easy fix. Lee came and was very professional, kind and courteous and I would highly recommend him as a plumber to anyone who will ask me. I am definitely calling Lees plumbing again for any plumbing problems that I may encounter.

I highly recommend Lees Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Lees has never let me down for both small projects like 3 bib or 3 way outlet for a hose, fixing kitchen drain or a bigger project/ emergency like we needed this last week. Rod was amazing as was the main office. My (our) water heater failed and Rod /Lees gave a competitive quote and amazing service! I would like to mention Lees acknowledged the stress I was under & worked with me if not bent over backwards to help us. I found this refreshing. A week out they called me to see how our water heater was working & it works great! 2-3 can shower back to back with plenty of water heat! I appreciate the care & concern shown which is a breath of fresh air in todays world! Lees thanks doing such a great job, going the extra mile& showing genuine concern, & helping my family. Ive unfortunately had to have Lees come to my house a couple of times. But both times they have been great to work with and very helpful. Theyve always been professional and have done a good job. Each time theyve also have given some advice to avoid other problems in the future.

Can I give 10 stars? I cannot speak highly enough about Lee and the services he provided. I had received a quote from a well-known any hour any service handyman local company (you see their trucks all over the place) and my experience with Lee was faster, easier, simpler, cheaper, better in every way. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. He educated me about my plumbing system and gave me advice on steps I should consider in the coming years. He was cheaper and faster. I will never use another plumber as long as I live in this area and as long as Lee is in business. One 30 minute service call and I am a customer for LIFE! Thank you Lee! You deserve all the business!

The folks at Lees Plumbing are fantastic. Weve been using them for a variety of projects over the years. Most recently, Mike did quite a bit of work as weve been remodeling our kitchen. He put in a water line for our fridge, new drain pipe for our sink, installed our disposal as well as our dishwasher. He did a fantastic job and was even patient with my 4 and 5 year old boys who kept saying Hey, man....what you doin? more times then I care to count.Theyre as good as they come. You cant go wrong these folks. Been a customer for over 6+ years and plan to be for many more.

So glad to have called Lees when our water heater died a couple of weeks ago. The folks in the office were really helpful and Austin was meticulous in installing our new unit (not an easy task as it was a tight squeeze to remove the old one and get the new one in!). The actual price was a bit more than the estimate, just because of the additional labor hours to get the new unit in, but was still much more reasonable than other places I called. Highly recommend!

I have used them for many years, and have always been satisfied and confident in what they do. Being old myself with a 50 year-old house and 4 bathrooms, we tend to need help on fairly regular basis. We had a leak from a toilet out onto the floor last night, and they responded this morning quickly and did the repairs quickly and efficiently.The lady on the phone recognized my name as a regular customer and tweaked the schedule for a technician to get here promptly.They appear to recognize that loyalty goes both ways and have a policy of loyalty to and appreciation of their customers, and that makes me loyal to them as my plumber. I have confidence in their work and in their honesty. I would recommend them to anyone. Even with major plumbing repairs or replacement of the water heater, I dont bother to comparison shop, as I trust them to be fair.

Lees was great!😊 We had a leak under the house, they found the spot, replaced the copper pipe. Our technician was clean, responsive, even handed me the old copper pipe with the hole..lol.Yes. Lees Plumbing was amazing. We are in the process of purchasing a home and had limited windows of time when the current owners were not going to be there. Lees Plumbing went above and beyond to make this happen. We had Lee as our representative. He was very informative, gave suggestions on how to avoid issues in the future with the type of plumbing that was there, and professionally polite. The camera used in the pipes helped see exactly what we were looking at and the invoice wrote gave details that can be used as a future reference. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

After identifying the location of the leak he gave me multiple options for a repair along with a recommendation that would save me money overall. Lee and his team were professional and courteous. The work was finished on time and in a quality manner. Lee fixed the leak and improved the main valve set-up in our basement. Lee also recommended an excavator that despite the extensive nature of work, could minimize the damage to our landscape. I was very pleased with the service and the price. We just bought a home in Hyde Park. We have owned eight homes and remodeled two. My wife and I do most of the work...but not plumbing. There I look to the experts. This spring we completely remodeled our bathroom. The plumbers from Lee’s, Mike and Justin were pleasant folks to work with, on time, and cleaned up. They were carefull with our fixtures and offered suggestions on options. We ran into some complications and challenges, but they were patient as we had to move the construction schedule around. The office staff was excellent...quick to answere the phones and always keeping us informed. The price was very reasonable. Plan on calling on them again for our second bathroom.
