Larry was absolutely fantastic. He not only monitored a problem we were having, but didn’t leave until the problem was solved and didn’t over charge us at all. Just Drains, Bail me out from a drain clog that would cost a lot of money due to the lack of experience from others who didnt know what they were doing. Just Drains also helped me discover how the tenant was maliciously sabotaging the toilet drain on the premises. I was able to give that tenant a notice to quit for cause because this is the 3rd time this has happened. We contacted Just Drains for help because other plumbers could not solve the problem without trying to charge some crazy prices. Just Drains deserved a five-star under me.

Last night while doing laundry, we noticed that the water wasnt draining and was backing up into the first floor. We called several plumbing companies but many of them were closed or unable to come until the next morning. Then we called Just Drain and everything changed!Larry came out to fix our drain problem, and we are extremely pleased with him and plumbing services that he provided. He arrived within the time frame mentioned, and he was able to get the job done quickly. As soon as he walked through the door and saw our plumbing situation, he knew exactly what to do. Once he finished, he sat down with us and told us step-by-step what he did and answered all questions we had. He also gave us some advice on upkeep! Larry is well-knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly-- the perfect plumber!I definitely recommend Just Drains to those who live in the Boston area!
