If youre having AC issues look no further. Called the team at 8am and they were here at 10am. Dylan was awesome. Fixed our outdoor unit same day. Ice cold air has returned and Meiko is pretty happy to have her cold vent back ❤️

The only complaint I have about this company is I didn’t call them first. I didn’t have a real huge problem just a hole in my cold air return line but it was underneath my park model home. Very dirty and very close quarters. Anyways I couldn’t find anyone that wanted to do the job until I called Wilkes and spoke with Carl. He was so nice and understanding that we needed heat and just bought the place. Even though they really didn’t need to take on such a small job he was able to send someone out within a couple days. Tristan was the gentleman that did the job and he couldn’t have been any more professional and friendly. He even had to leave to get another part fir the job and I thought man he will be gone forever and I’ll be paying for it. He was back so fast and got the job done in a couple hours. Lots of messing around with the vinyl wrap around the base of the house he had to mess with plus crawling underneath and replacing a 14” diameter pipe. Not much room at all. He did great job. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic. Highly recommend these guys to anyone!!!

I called DeLuca Plumbing (now acquired by Wilkes) and dispatcher on phone was very responsive. She had a tech call me immediately to determine if it was an emergency needing after hours attention or could wait for regular hour rates. That tech on the phone was very helpful and I went with the regular hours and was fortunate to be able to get an appointment with only a 2 day wait. The tech who came (Jeremy) was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. I would gladly welcome him back for further heating/plumbing services if needed. I also had him set up a back up sump pump and battery for it, which another tech (also pleasant and helpful) joined him for assistance. They showed me how to use and test the back up system and left me a business card to call if I had further questions or needed any help with the company for the future. I highly recommend Wilkes (DeLuca’s) and will definitely call them again when needed. When customer service is often underrated, but crucial for customer retention, Wilkes has achieved excellence with customer relations if all their techs are similar to Jeremy. His communication and ability to establish rapport with people was top notch! Everyone I dealt with while working with Wilkes were great. Thanks for making an unpleasant situation the best it could possibly be.

During an energy audit a small gas leak was detected. I called Wilkes for the very first time and they were able to send someone out within 30 minutes. The technician temporarily fixed the problem and then returned the following week to finish the repair. Michael, the technician was very knowledgeable and very personable. Both Angie and Kathy, the inside service person(s) who scheduled the call were also very courteous and helpful. Wilkes is the company I will call from now on should I need any further repairs!

He was very professional and explained the problems in a constructive manner. He did the job right, was thorough and was very much appreciated. Thank you!!! Wilkes did a great job for Christ Episcopal Church. The church building has a boilers not really meant for the building but Wilkes was able to assess the system and provide us with a solution to our hot and cold spots. We have since setup a maintenance agreement with Wilkes to monitor the entire system. Overall we have been very pleased with their work and the employees we have been in contact with.

Just wanted to share a great experience I received today from Wilkes plumbing!! Their plumber Steve came out and went right to work fixing the water leak. Everyone from the office staff, the manager and the plumber are top notch. Steve was very friendly and professional. I had no idea he would fix everything the first time out. This is an older home with older plumbing that I purchased from my Dad. I have made great strides to improve the interior and exterior. I am now looking forward to updating the plumbing. I am so lucky to have found a great plumbing company to help me along the way.
