    Vincents was really good to me! Had a clog with sewage coming up in the basement, so I scheduled an appointment. They got an opening earlier, so they called me and had someone out within 15 minutes. Rickie was excellent and gave me a lot of good information regarding my sewer line and my options going forward. If I have another problem in the future, Im calling Vincents.

    Had my boiler replaced today. Tom and Brandon were two of the most courteous, professional, and capable technicians Ive had do work in my home. They finished the job before I had expected, and the results are magnificent. I had second thoughts after I originally agreed to have VHP do the job, thinking I should have called for other price bids. But all the previous work you have done in my home has been excellent. Im a satisfied customer. I neglected to say how pleased I was with Michael Smith, who sold me the new system. He is truly a pro, and he came to the house today to inspect the work that was done. While he was here he also installed an additional sensor for redundancy in monitoring the water temperature. Michael is truly an asset to your team, and a pleasure to work with.

    Andy did a phenomenal job. Took care of us and gave us the best solution to the problem. He even made sure we were up to code and safe when it turned out my furnace had some problems from the original install I hadnt been aware of. In my experience, I have never encountered any of their technicians being rude or disrespectful. They always take the time to clearly explain the job that needs to be done and outline what is involved, providing me with a concise quote before starting any work. Their maintenance program is outstanding, ensuring that my equipment is always performing at its best.When my old furnace began to show signs of aging, the technician reminded me of the previous years that I needed to consider replacing it. They were right, and when my furnace eventually failed, they stepped in to assist me without saying, I told you so. Instead, they asked “how can we help”. Ive been a loyal VHP customer since 2001 and cant imagine working with anyone else.The valet program allows me to get great service when it works in their schedule without me taking time away from my work. They communicate clearly when theyre coming and going and even respecting my little Post-it notes, reminding them not to let my cat out. 👍🏻❤️

    Thanks so much to Sean today from Vincents heating & cooling. When he came to do a quote for my repairs he was very honest and informative. I had a real shoddy job previously and he had to clean up a real mess. He was quick, and professional and very knowledgeable when quoting the job before I approved the work. He let me know exactly what I was up against and how much I needed to pay to fix it properly. He did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him to fix all your plumbing needs.     Sean and Brianna came out to fix a water leak under our house at 5:00PM on a Friday afternoon. When they arrived, they were both extremely polite and professional. Due to the water leak it was extremely wet in our crawl space. Sean didnt bat an eye about climbing under the house to fix the broken drainpipe. They were able to fix the problem in about 20 minutes. We cant thank Sean, Brianna and Vincents Heating & Plumbing enough for the work they did. If we ever need any plumbing needs in the future, we will be contacting VHP to have them send Sean and Brianna back. Highly recommended.

    Sean is an amazing employee and a very courteous person as well as being friendly and personable. He fixed our faucet in minutes and only charged the service call. Other companies were 3 weeks out and Vincents came out in 3 days. I have always used a different plumber, but not now. Because of Sean, my plumber is always going to be Vincents.

    I had a new Furnace and AC unit installed in March. I am very happy with the installation. My gas bill is decreasing and the AC unit is now matched better to the size of my house.     Our entire experience with the VHP team was top-notch, from the original estimate to the final install. Nancy, who set the appointments, was always friendly on the phone, and our installers -- Marvin, Dave, Paul & Nathan -- were prompt, professional, and extremely neat. Its comforting to know that theyre the ones who will be there to maintain and service our new boiler, should the need arise.Speaking of which...our new boiler developed a small drip since my original post. Marvin came out at our earliest convenience and replaced a defective o-ring. He also gave the unit a thorough re-inspection and test. I can definitely say that were in good hands!

    I noticed my garage windows were steamed up so I went to investigate. My water heater was spraying hot water out of a valve and I couldn’t reach the water turn off. I called Vincent’s heating and plumbing and told them the problem. They got Rickie out very quickly and he told me what the issue was and what needed to be done. He explained the options and then got to work right away to repair the water heater issue. He was very professional, friendly, and cleaned up the water that was on the floor when he was done working on it. I highly recommend giving VHP a call.

    Marvin was absolutely incredible and SO knowledgeable. New piping, backflow preventer, pressure reducing valve, high temp safety system, expansion tank, and boiler drain.     Too often being a member with Vincents has its benefits from regular maintenance to that bit of extra care on top of their already stellar furnace. Water Heater bought the farm Memorial Day afternoon. I called Nancy at 7am, she had Andrew out to me at 8am. He diagnosed the problem (which was easy) but then provided me a range of options and helped break down each one for me. He had the old furnace out and the new one in by lunch.     Our 30 plus year old water heater finally died last Friday. Understandably the appointment was a couple days out, but the technician arrived as scheduled. We had researched some options and he answered all our questions and concerns. What is truly wonderful is that he could easily have attempted to upsell us.     Vincents installed the furnace and water heater at my house a few years ago. Had an excellent experience with them, so I signed up for their membership program and have them check my AC every fall and heater in the spring (after their respective heavy use seasons).     On Halloween we had a few goblins get into our basement toilet and wreck some havoc. So we called Vincent’s and had them out to fix it. They fixed it but during the cleaning there was a little mishap, and some other problems arose. Sean was quick to fix it but due to a small error it broke again…He was out right away to replace what was needed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smooth! Even leaving it better than expected! It runs like a dream now and I couldn’t be happier! We appreciate Sean’s integrity and honesty and his willingness to put us first!     Marvin arrived promptly at the time of the appointment. He was very pleasant! Such a nice person. He installed my bathroom sink and fixed the plumbing. He then tackled the toilet which also needed work and solved the problem. He was very professional. I cant say enough nice things about him.     After walking in ankle high water I realized my water heater was spewing from the top so I called Vincents and of course it was like 6pm but fortunately an employee lives close by and shut off the water to the heater and set me up for a replacement the next day.Sean came to take out the old and install the new water heater all by himself which is a chore going up and down the stairs!     We recently had our ducts cleaned, fogged and some repair sealing of seams. Rob and Troy were the nicest young men and were very consciensious. They left everything so clean and tidy and made the cleaning experience stress free. The pictures of some of the ducts and returns before and after were amazing and showed why this was badly needed. My only negative is that the option that I chose had some seam sealing included with a type of sealant that has a very strong odor, like some glues. This was explanined that it might be for a half hour or so. We may be over sensitive to smells but it gave my husband and I a serious headache and the smell was so strong all night that I was unable to sleep. This was done on a warm, humid day and we needed the AC on some. Two days later there is still some smell in the basement, although it is subsiding. Thankfully, I am now able to have windows open as it continues to air out. I know people are affected differently but this was a pretty bad end to an otherwise very pleasant service. I do not know what the solution is as some seams obviously needed to be sealed. I just think it would be better to maximize the smell/fume potential rather than minimize it. We look forward to breathing easier with these super clean ducts. We are glad we finally could afford to get this done. Thank you to the guys!

    Vincents has been reliable no matter which tech comes out to check our systems. The heat and a/c were both old when we bought the house. They tuned it up as best they could and were fast to respond when the furnace went out in the middle of the week in a cold February. When the temp fix didnt last, they couldnt comp the part toward the furnace (understandable as it couldnt be reused), but did credit the labor cost toward the furnace install. Furnace was replaced quickly and the techs were pleasant.Our a/c was just tuned up and they have been good at explaining the limit of the equipment life, but offer options to extend the life where possible. The membership is worth it in my opinion. It keeps our equipment up to date and is a small price each month for peace of mind and annual maintenance.

    They arrived early worked till it was done. Never seemed like they were taking longer than it should. Very nice and respectful installers. They changed the location of the exhaust and talked me through the change and asked if that was alright. They gave me five price poi ts for my new heater and showed me the defects of the old one.     I called 4 companies to fix our air conditioning on a very hot day and no one could come until 3 days from today.....No one that is until I phoned Vincents. They were here about 4 hours later, diagnosed and fixed the problem and returned our home to a cool livable condition once again. The service man was very professional and worked constantly in the hot sun until the job was done. I would highly recommend them. They seem to be able to get the job done within hours of calling them. That sure beats waiting and sweating for 3 more days. I have them in my phone book as the company of choice to call should we need furnace or other repairs in the future.

    The technician is extremely good job. He promised to report that I had requested a year ago when I had the new air-conditioning and heating system installed that I had ordered an automatic lid for my external air conditioner that was never installed. I requested the order a few days after the furnace and air conditioning were installed.Getting back to this visit by the technician he quietly completed his examination stating that the system was working appropriately and explained that whatever experiences I had with breathing after woke up was not from carbon dioxide there was no indication that there was any unusual emissions coming from my furnace. He did suggest that I consider buying some kind of sensor that tests for air quality mentioning particular carbon dioxide is an example of something that could be tested for some kind of small detector.

    Vincents Heating & Plumbing is great. Vincents regularly services are furnace for both cleanings and repairs. Typically, they send the same technician (Michael) to service our furnace. He is professional, courteous and always takes the time to answer my many questions in a way I can easily understand. We definitely will call them again the next time we have an issue.

    As always, professional, efficient, competent, and very accommodating. Both installers, Nathan and Jeyson, went out of their way to explain everything, solicit questions, and insure we were 100% comfortable with everything they were doing. We were having a complete replacement, furnace and central A/C, and they appreciated the magnitude of the investment and that we wanted reassurance. I cannot recommend VHP too highly for your heating, A/C, and plumbing needs.

    Was very impressed with Nancy who answered the phone with a smile on her face. She was pleasant & courteous. Greg who was the gentleman who came out to diagnose the problem with the a/c unit was also courteous and professional. The men will be out tomorrow for a new installation of my a/c unit and it couldn’t be better. I called on Monday. Greg was out that afternoon and my new a/c unit arrives tomorrow.     Greg O. displayed confidence and expertise repairing our failed furnace. He repaired it quickly and taking all health and safety precautions. I was told I would receive a receipt for services rendered via email. I have not yet received the receipt. Secondly I am glad I have a service contract with VHP, and the part alone cost $350.00

    My heat was giving me issues so I called Vincent’s to see if they could come check it out. I was told I would be added to their work queue, and would get a call when someone was on their way. Within 1.5hrs a technician was on his way to my house! Which was pretty impressive considering I called after noon, on a Friday, in mid-December. The technician, Marvin, was polite, knowledgable, and efficient. He was able to fix the problem with my boiler in a short amount of time, yay heat! And he was able to teach me a few things about keeping the health of my boiler in good condition. Overall, my experience with Vincent’s definitely exceeded my expectations!

    Michael came out to provide a quote to replace my failed air conditioner (and possibly to replace the furnace as well since they are both already 15yrs old). He arrived inside the scheduled time window and was very thorough, taking time to inspect and measure the currently installed equipment and duct-work. While inspecting the A/C unit he discovered the cause of the failure and was able to repair it so now we can wait until fall time, when it is cooler, to schedule the full system replacement. I will definitely calling Vincents and asking to work with Michael for all my HVAC needs in the future. Thanks for everything!

    Edit: Years after my original review, we are still using VHP. As noted below, our furnace finally did give out. Woke up to a cold house this morning, called VHP by 8:30am and Andrew was here to look at it by 10am. Our new furnace will be installed tomorrow morning. As always, were still very happy with VHP. As long as we have a house they will get our business.I was very happy with our overall experience with VHP. I called at 8am because our furnace stopped working the day before and it was fixed by 11am. Michael (the service man who was sent over) was prompt, courteous, and very nice. No up-selling and no pressure, either. We will be needing a full replacement sooner than later (which we already knew) and well definitely be calling VHP and request Michael when the time comes. Id definitely recommend Vincents Heating & Plumbing.

    Ive been using Vincents for years now to perform our summer and winter HVAC maintenance. The techs are always friendly, polite, and respectful of my home. Never had a bad experience. Maybe Im old school but my only feedback would be to make sure your guys try the doorbell and not just knock. I work in the basement and its difficult to hear someone knocking. Lastly dont be shy, introduce yourself once you arrive.
