    This company and the owner Mike are just amazing. We have used them for our business and for home and every time they prove to be so professional, kind, caring, very responsive, and they take care of your concerns. Today, I had a water leak at home and when he realized it wasnā€™t a plumbing issue, he didnā€™t just tell me that and leave. He stayed until he figured out what the problem was and led me to my next steps. This is above and beyond the call of duty, and he wouldnā€™t charge me for his time and expertise.     The owner Mike came out to our new house twice and very quickly helped us by cleaning out our very backed up sewer.     Exceptional service and definitely the only plumber I will call for anything. I had a busted sewer pipe under the concrete in my basement. The homeowners insurance would not cover it. He worked with me and had everything done faster than I thought possible. Great service at a low cost. Mike also understood I had been put through the ringer since I bought this house less than a year ago. Hes very compassionate and professional. The photos of the after are posted first. Please excuse the mess. He did not leave that Im just still remodeling. He is also coming back to hook up a new shower for me. Ladies, it can be uncomfortable for us single women to call a man into our homes. Mike talks kindly about his wife and is professional so dont worry about that eitheršŸ˜Š

    My drains were backed up over the weekend, so I called first thing Monday hoping to get an appointment later in the day or early the next day. They sent someone out within the hour.     We had a lot of water come up through the drain in our basement floor. After fighting it 2 days on our own with very little results, I called Dunnrite. Within an hour of my call someone was here to help us find the problem...roots in the pipes. They had the drain snaked and told us what needed to be done to keep the problem from happening again. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, polite and their rates are reasonable. I would recommend them and I will definitely keep their number handy so I can call if we ever need them again.

    Mike and his team were amazing to work with; not only did they respond to check out my mystery leak (coming from the floor!) and try every avenue to clear a backup, they were also very friendly and informative.Mike came up with a less destructive way to reach the problem area in lieu of having to demo the custom tiling, which is greatly appreciated!     Hands down- BEST service Ive received.Little background story- the plumbing at my home went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called Dunnrite and was IMMEDIATELY dispatched a service professional who spent a great deal of time trying to clear the plug. Unfortunately, due to plumbing being extremely old and never really taken care of, the gentleman was not able to clear the clog and offered an estimate on what it would cost to dig up the plumbing, clear the plug and replace the current with PVC piping that comes with a 20 year warranty. Not five minutes after the gentleman had left my house, the owner called me stating that his service professional really took the time to try to clear the block for me and let me know that if I decided to go with them for the repair that was estimated to me he would credit me the amount I paid to send the service guy out that night.I have to say that I was honestly shocked at the price of the bill I was given that Sunday night- I was expecting double what I was quoted and I knew right then that this was a customer driven company. I called the owner back an hour later to let him know that I wanted to continue to have Dunnrite fix the issue and they scheduled me the very next day, came out with a total of four guys and had the problem dug up, fixed, and cleaned up within 2- 2 1/2 hours. I am in AWE of this company and the amazing service that they provided me.     Extremely happy with the service I had received from Dunnrite today. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were very clean. Even covered my whole carpet with plastic due to they had to walk through my livingroom to get to my basement. They broke up my basement floor to replace my broken sewer pipe.     These guys are amazing. Another place recommended we buy new toilets to resolve our issues of them not flushing properly. Mike came in and told us to get the correct diaphragm for both.     What an awesome company I called Mike he came right out. Was at my home in less than 30 minutes. Thank you thank you thank you. He helped clean up the water in my kitchen. He called the restoration company and they came out immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his company and let me add. He was on his hands and knees cleaning up water, it happened about 5:30 PM and he walked away from his dinner to come and save me what a guy he was so polite but he did yell at me for telling him that my husband was out of town. He told me never to tell anyone that my husbands out of town itā€™s too dangerous. I have to agree.     Best customer service weā€™ve had so far & we havenā€™t even had any work done by them yet. Long story short we started having problems with our sewer & had it looked at 3 times prior to calling Dunnrite. All 3 people gave us a different diagnosis of what the problem was. We called Dunnrite a few days before Christmas because they were recommended by a couple of my family members. Mike & Travis (I think that was his name?) came over the same day & figured out the problem. They also helped us work with our local DPW for a solution. It turned out we donā€™t need the sewer replaced but they still were a huge help to us anyways. Weā€™ll be setting up a time to have them do our water line once winter is over!

    Calling a plumber from the Google site is a guessing game, as for what kind of a job they will do! I chose DunnRite. My friends had no suggestions for me but I have one for them, now!     (Honestly )top company we ever hired. Professional, timely, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable. The crew foreman explained . Step by step on what his plans were. To repair my daughters sewage line. She is a young first time home owner. So exited and proud of her new purchase. Living here just under 90 days. Her basement flooded as the sewage backed up. We contacted Mike the owner After a friend referred us. Explaining if we call any else we would be making a mistake. He was able to open the line so water would drain. Then ran a camera down the pipes. Showing us the issue causing the back up. Pointing out the damage to the system. Educating us on how this could occurred. What type of preventive maintance. Can be conducted to assure this wouldnā€™t happen. Three weeks later the sewer backed up again. Just as Mike said could easily happpen. Becasouse of the root damage that already existed. The crew returned free of charge. To our disappointment the line could not be opened. Because the damage was to great. We were then given a estimate. On full repair of system. Not only reasonable for the project. They were very helpful with different payment options. The following day he returned . With in a few hrs was able to repair the entire system. My daughter who was heart broken. Again was smiling with running water. Which has me smile. Word to the wise. I was told this from someone. If u have pluming problems ? This is your company.     Sewage started backing up into my basement from the floor drain late Friday night, werent really home on Saturday. We Called Dunnrite around 1000 Sunday morning. They were out by 1030. They tried getting a snake through the line, kept getting stuck. Guys put a camera down and found the pipe had broken and collapsed. Put us on the schedule for Tuesday morning for a dig up and repair. I got a knock on my door 0735, Mike and the guys where here and had already started. They had the broke spot dug up and replaced, new line and a new clean out installed, the hole filled back in , a 6in cutter run through drain and were on the road to their next job by 1000. Mike and his guys are reliable and fast plus the price is fair. If you need work done on a sewer line this is the company too call.
