I contacted Bayou City electric when the company I originally scheduled with had to cancel at the last minute. Thankful and grateful Bayou was able to fit me in their day. I had a later appointment that needed this electrical work done and Bayou saved the day. They were easy to schedule with. They were great to work with from start to finish. They showed up at agreed upon time. Cannot comment on rate/cost as I have nothing to compare it to for the work that was done. For last minute work, for me, think price was fair. I would use again if/when I have electrical needs.

Called around to every electrical company over several hours and the only answer recieved was to have an inspection scheduled at a minimum of a week out and that no one would be available if it was raining. That was not the case with Bayou City Electric.... Have to hand it to these guys, not only did they give a straight up answer over the phone that was spot on but they also showed up in the rain (that everyone said they wouldnt) to perform the walk-through analysis. They even came out and performed work in their off days just to take care of us. If you want honest work done with a company not out for themselves, definitely give these guys a shout. Not a single company even came remotely close to the pricing. They will be our go to moving forward with no questions asked.

Professional, reasonable, dependable and most of all a good human being.Durning the storm I called everyone for a simple 30-50 amp inverter kit to be installed on my home.Not only did he come out the same day and time mentioned but had all the necessary tools needed to get things done and I was able to successfully connect my generator to my home and not have to worry any more about being in the heat. Robert is a man of his word and fairly priced durning such a tough time durning a hurricane. I 1000% recommend his services.

My electricity line from transformer to house was broken and a new line needed to be installed. Robert came out next day to give me estimate. He advised me to call 311 to get utility lines marked so work could proceed regardless of whom we hired. Robert and crew came out on a Saturday and completed the job. They were courteous, cleaned up and his crew even helped me chase dogs when I forgot there was a hole under fence. Their pricing was reasonable and I would not hesitate to hire this company again for my electrical needs.

Had an issue on Saturday on Presidents Day weekend called him in the afternoon and he showed up within the hour like he stated. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it at a very fair price. Will definitely be using Robert again when I upgrade my electrical system in the near future and will rate again when that occurs.
