Other reviews of this company led me to them. I had problems with a ceiling fan, not sure if it was wiring or the fan. Turned out it was the fan. Another electrician came back later in the week and installed a new fan and an additional one in another room. The trip fee from the first visit was applied against the installation on the second trip. Both electricians were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.

Awesome work. Very clean. Wiring was extended from a bedroom plug into the adjacent toilet and had to go through a five feet vanity cabinet. The wiring was installed discreetly not in plane view. Very pleasant, punctual and courteous. Also very efficient and cleaned up after himself as if never here. Thanks so much.

Our AC stopped working after Hurricane Beryl and I was referred to A Phase by my HVAC company. They were easy to work with to schedule an appointment and showed up exactly when they said they would with a nice tracking feature to see exactly how far away the technician was. Mark showed up, checked out the unit and immediately diagnosed the issue as a bad disconnect box and got us back and running immediately. Very friendly, efficient, and great experience. Will definitely call again and recommend.

I am in a motor home and thought I had blown a GFI plug. Ricky was dispatched and arrived shortly afterwards. He did a great deal of troubleshooting and determined an RV specialist was needed. Ricky contacted his boss who highly recommended the folks who service his coach. His recommended service recommended a mobile service who identified and corrected the RV specific issue. Without this help I would be trusting reviews posted on Google (not always dependable). With the help of A Phase I eliminated the guess work and got the job done. Thank you to Ricky, his boss and A Phase. Its not always easy getting work done on an RV when 800 miles from home.

A phase electric showed up on time every meeting we requested! The pricing is fair...actually when I saw the end product the price was not an issue because the quality of the install exceeded my expectations! There was not any debris left from the install, not a single wire clipping and they actually swept up my shop before job completion! I had a few changes which they did without any issues! These guys were great. I called on Thursday or Friday to see about getting two new outlets added in my garage to support new garage doors that will be installed on Thursday. They told me theyd have someone at my home on Monday to take care of it. Sure enough, Ricky showed up on time... as in, at 10am for a 10-1pm window. He had to make a quick run to Home Depot to grab an extra item to complete the job. He was back within 20 mins. Total time to completion was about 1hr 15mins including the trip to Home Depot. I cant say enough about Ricky and the team at A Phase Electric. I will definitely be calling then in the future with any electrical needs. I highly recommend this company!

He started the repair immediately and reconnected us with Centerpoint Energy so that we could have power. They even offered and brought us their personal generator to use until Centerpoint could come. Ricky was a pleasure to work with. Hes knowledgeable, punctual, patient and informative. We had an electrical circuit that worked for 17 years and then would randomly stop working. An earlier electrician tried hard, but failed to solve the problem. Ricky took the time to fully understand the strange wiring configuration of our 1987 house and he sleuthed out the problem. It turned out to be two faulty outside receptacles on opposite sides of the house that were corroded and causing intermittent contact, plus having two GFI on the same circuit - what a mess! Ricky figured it all out and didnt overcharge us. If you need somebody to fix an electrical conundrum, Ricky is the electrician to call.

We had a bad breaker that was stuck open. The electrician came out and replaced the breaker, followed the line to our a/c unit to make sure we had power. He corrected the breaker as well. The old breaker was a 40 Amp, the wire away from the box was rated for 40 Amp, the wire after the relay to the a/c is only rated 30 Amp. Taking the extra steps, he potentially saved us from a fire due to someone elses negligence. Thank you.
