We needed to replace our old waterheater and we was looking for a good company to work with. After researching and some friends sagestion I called The Un-Stopper Plunbing and Drains. Bogdan gave us recommendations and we have decided to get tankless waterheater. The work crew did a great job, professional installation with respect to the property, work was done in the timely manner, prices are reasonable. Would recommend this guys to everyone.

I noticed a small toilet leak on New Years Eve, and gave these guys a call. They came by on Jan 2nd and fixed it up in less than an hour. Shane and Frank were the guys who came by and they were great. Explained the issue clearly, told me how they were going to fix it, and gave me some tips on how to prevent mold from forming. If I have another plumbing issue, I will absolutely call them again.

We have been dealing with a slow/ clogged drain in the kitchen for over a year. Other companies have come out and snaked it but it never lasted for more than a couple months. Beau came out and discovered a belly in the line after running a camera. He took measurements, answered all of my questions and promised a “forever” solution of running a new line to the main. His guys were here the next day digging up the back yard. It took a full two days but they put everything back together… they were careful with the landscaping and left everything pretty much like they found it.I hope to I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do… I’ll be calling Unstoppers!

Fernando and Paul were amazing! We had been dealing with a backed up main drain for 6 days until they came and rescued us. We had laundry piled up. We had dishes piling up. Couldnt rinse anything in the sink. They got to work and a few minutes later had us flowing again. They left. I started doing dishes and it started backing up again. Called Unstoppers and explained the whole situation. Within minutes they were back! They broke out the big toys and got right back at it. OMG the clump of nastiness was disgusting and a bit embarrassing tbh. Horrible stuff. After about 15 minutes my pipes were draining beautifully.,like Ive not had this much drain power since moving in. Thank you Paul and Fernando and the crew of The Unstoppers!!! Definitely recommend these guys.

I was in need of a second opinion from a plumber to show that was my shower valve was installed correctly and not leaking for my home owner’s insurance ! They were on quick to reply and set up an appointment! They even showed up sooner which as great for me ! Had a pretty bad leak that was fixed swiftly and efficiently by a gentleman named Frank . He knew his stuff. Explained and showed everything in great detail . Didnt try to rip us off. 100 💯 percent trust thenm. Within an hour it was fixed !!!.....Highly recommend and definitely well priced!!! Saved them in my contacts because anything can happen and theyll be my number one to call!!!

The Unstoppers Plumbing has the best, most knowledgeable and friendly technicians. I called and Jeff, the scheduler was kind and had Frank out at my home same day to repair my slow shower drain issue. It was excellent how fast Frank fixed my problem and how nice he was to explain everything that caused the slow drainage to me. The price charged was less than I imagined and this company does not inflate the rates for their service which is impressive. I highly recommend anybody that needs plumbing work to use this company. If I could give more than five stars I would! Unstoppers is at least a 10 star company to work with!

Quite impressed truthfully. They were very professional and helpful on my initial call through payment at the end of service. They text you appointment information, when the plumber is on the way, etc. The plumber gave me an approximate dollar value for a worst case scenario, but once he did the work he found out he didnt need to come anywhere close to that number and billed me for the work done. Hard to find honest people sometimes, but they seem to have a really good outfit there. Would recommend!

Recently I was experiencing symptoms of a septic tank that needed servicing. I had the tank serviced, but it did not alleviate the problem. So at 8:00 am I tried calling several plumbing contractors for service. I was feeling a bit desperate in that I couldnt flush the toilets. From most companies I didnt get my call answered, but Unstoppers answered my call. Thank goodness they did.I had tried snaking the main clean out myself, but was coming up agains a blockage. In speaking to the dispatcher at Unstoppers, he indicated all of their service techs and plumbers were really busy, but he thought he would be able to squeeze me in.A few minutes later I got a text letting me k is I would be getting a service call from Paul between 10 and 12. I got updates by text throughout the 2-hour window letting me know when Paul would arrive.Paul came set up, quickly assessed the situation and got to work. It did take a good bit of effort to clear the blockage. Paul was very determined to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left.I really appreciate the quick and thorough service. I will call them for all my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone in need of service.

Best service ever!! we needed a faucet replaced and the bolt was very old and rusted. Went on Google and saw the great reviews for the Unstoppers. I cannot say enough good things about this Company!!! They are 100% professional, 100% on time, 100% do the job that they promised and with the most reasonable pricing I have ever seen! I called The Unstoppers to clear a drain in my kitchen sink. Another larger company from the area had already come out and fixed the problem. Not long after, the clog was back. When I called them, they wouldnt come back out without charging a dispatch and diagnostic fee. I called The Unstoppers and they came out the same day. Joey came out first and instead of knocking me over the head with pricing, he was straight up and suggested another tech come out with the proper equipment. The next day, Beau came out and cleared the clog. He educated me on how the drainage system worked. His patience and expertise was well received and greatly appreciated. I have every intention of calling them for all of my plumbing needs FIRST! I highly recommend this company. Dont Fret, Dont Sweat, and DONT call Bayonet...call The Unstoppers.

My technicians were Joey and Skylar. They arrived early for my job which was a blessing. When they got here, I informed them the repairs would be greater than originally expected. An entry block to my crawl space fell in and ruptured a hot water feed leading to my shed where there is a washer hookup. The said that would not be a problem.They were fast and efficient and they loved my 85 lb Great Dane puppy and my puppy loved them. I feel if a person likes dogs and the dog likes them, that is speaks loudly about the person.We were very happy and will be calling them again if needed. We just hope that wont be for a while.

On top of that, the crew helped to replace and install a new water heater as well as address some smaller problems. Lynn came out and completed our work order for a running toilet and clogged pipe less than 12 hours after being submitted. From the moment he got here he was extremely peofessional and personable. He kept me laughing until we got to the bathroom, identified the problems quickly, and had components changed and the clog cleared in about 30 minutes. After his work was done, he showed me exactly what he replaced and what work he had done bringing the job satisfaction full circle. On the way out he was kind enough to wish my wife and I happy valentines day and informed me he would be in front of the house while he set up for his next call so there was no question as to why he was still here. This was probably the best service call I have experienced during my 10 years of living on my own.

We have been dealing with a clogged drain for a week and it happens pretty much every year around the same time and we didn’t think that we had access to an area outside our home so we have been doing the old vinegar and baking soda way, because the company we usually work with wasn’t going to be able to see Us for a week out. I called and they had somebody out to my house within the hour. He also was very knowledgeable about where our plumbing is and showed us where the exterior item is to unclog our drain through the pipeline ourselves for future because we believed our only access was through the roof! Mikey was not only very professional but went the extra step to continue checking the water heater after discovering the previous tech from another company failed to reset the switch/button after installing the new heating elements. He also explained how all four components in the hot water heater worked and the importance of them working efficiently to prevent one or the other from working to hard which will eventually lead to failure much sooner. If you need an experienced knowledgeable Plummer that will walk you through your pluming problems and will complete a job with excellence then call Gary Wallace. He came out to my house after I had two other large Plumbing companys come out in which I will not mention and was not able to help me clear the pipes. Un-Stoppers did what other plumbers couldnt or wouldnt attempt. He is a plumber with experience that didnt stop until the job was done. He was cheaper than the bigger plumbing companies and did twice the work. He is from the old school of ethics; he quotes you a price sticks with the price with a handshake and then deliveries the service. Thank you, again Gary.

While I was in West Virginia, for the Christmas Holidays, The Hernando County Utilites Department called me to tell me they had to do a courtesy shut-off of my water. They informed me that I was losing 3+ gallons, of water, a minute. I contacted The Un-Stoppers and they went out to my house the very next day. They quickly located the leak, that was underground, at the base of an electric pole on my property. The work was done quickly and very efficiently. Their pricing was VERY acceptable. I had received a couple of quotes that were considerably higher and those other companies told me that I would have to schedule when I got back in town. The Un-Stoppers came right out and I was able to call a relative to open up my gate and let them in. NO HASSLE, NO STRESS.Thank you Un-Stoppers.

Came the same day we requested and found our leak within 10 minutes. Saved us so much time and money it’s incredible. A competitor(cornerstone) tried to tell us it was the worst case scenario and charge us 13k for a slab leak, but the unstoppers were our second opinion and they found the leak at our hose bib immediately and it was only $200. They fixed the issue that very same day. These guys will be our go to’s from now on for plumbing issues and they are fantastic!!!!!!
