Jose was super in the installation of our water heater. We had major issues with the house due to the elevation but he communicated with us continuously and even drove over 1 hr to meet with the City regarding the permitting requirements. Its great being able to speak to a experience plumber who takes the time to educate you on your job. Yes its expensive and thats the hardest part of this project. But I like people not to beat around the bush explain the cost of cutting corners etc. as I wanna cry with my project at the same time I will no that its done correct, up to code and I shouldnt have this issue again in years to come and thats comforting for me. I didnt know who to call, so I googled plumbers and found Ruiz Plumbing and decided to try them. Im so glad I did! They arrived quickly and found the problem. They had to go to Tampa and get parts and, although I live in New Port Richey, they got the parts and fixed the leak by noon. They were so nice and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber!

We called Ruiz Plumbing & Heating late in the day. They managed to arrive the same day we called and were quickly able to find the problem. Ultimately, the entire AC unit needed to be replaced. Ruiz Plumbing & Heating took extremely good care of us, everyone had a great attitude, never gave up, and they were so polite and well mannered. The replacement took longer than expected due to unforeseen problems (the previous owners cut a lot of corners). Instead of bandaging it up or overlooking these problems. Ruiz Plumbling & Heating made sure they fixed everything! The attention to detail was outstanding. I would definitely use them again and if you are looking for a reliable company I recommend you use them too!

Jose and his crew are absolutely amazing!!! We had a gas issue in our new home and the plumber that installed it pretty much told us to get lost. So we called Ruiz plumbing and they were here the next day. They quickly got identified a faulty valve and made the repair, but they didn’t stop there, they even waited with us for the gas company to arrive to make sure we’re all set. This is the best service we’ve ever received from a contractor and we would recommend Ruiz Plumbing to anyone. Thanks again!!!

Jose was so awesome to work with. He did a great job not only installing my new dishwasher but also explaining what needed to happen and helping me understand. He also moved my garbage disposal so that there would be adequate water flow from the dishwasher to deter any chance of it breaking. I greatly appreciate the work he did and the help he provided.

Ruiz Plumbing was fabulous. Not only did I get a quick response to my 5AM online request for an appointment which was not an emergency need, but they arrived when scheduled, had my new garbage disposal on their truck and were very professional cleaning up after work. Also getting a complete explanation and cost for the project before even starting is greatly appreciated when living on retirement to know there will be no surprises to your budget. And finally I have to commend Ruiz Plumbing for having technicians who understand customer service and are excellent at their profession.
