We had a great experience with Chamberlin Electric! Their customer service is terrific. We had some questions about the generator after the first time it kicked on during a power outage, so we left a message with their office in the evening. Andrea called back first thing the next morning, relayed our questions to Bill, and Bill called back within the hour to answer our questions. Were delighted with the customer service!

I love this company. They are incredible and so helpfulVery professional and super easy to deal with...They are wonderful. I cant say enough good things! The generator was in and less than a week later i lost power for 3 days but the generator was working and covered the house It was awesome!!! Super good people to work with and so responsive. 5 stars is an understatement! When I first contacted chamberlain to start the process of purchasing a generator I was told it could take upwards of 6 months to be installed. I ended up Receiving it and had it installed in less than 2.5! Fast forward 60 days after install there was a freak accident where I needed a whole new set up. I called them Wednesday night about 8pm and I had a brand new generator set, installed etc. Thursday by lunch time! I can’t thank Andrea enough for the expedited service and constant communication throughout this whole process. Couldn’t recommend a better company to buy a generator from, thank you!

Chamberlin Electric really did a great job for us. We had a generator install scheduled 6 weeks ago through Lowes Stores and their electrical contractor cancelled the day before the install. Chamberlin stepped in and was able to quickly and professionally schedule an install. They communicated clearly and often, showed up right on time, and did a nice job with the generator, pad, trenching, and electrical work. The workers clearly explained everything we needed to know about the system. Last night, just one week after the install, we lost power and the generator worked perfectly. I highly recommend them.

I hired them to wire 5 rooms in my house so we could install ceiling fans. They did a fabulous job! They were very informative about how they were going to complete the work and asked me several questions to be sure I agreed with how they would go about it. (cutting a ceiling tile to get into the ceiling and then re-attaching it afterword). They made sure to clean the mess after vacuuming the rugs sweeping the floors etc. I was very happy with them. I’m going to contact them again to repair some wiring in my garage.

Had a generator installed today by Chamberlain Electric, Very pleased with the work and how thorough the electricians were. I see a lot of negative reviews but most are for timing and not getting back to you. In this current world we live in its hard to find competent electricians or plumbers, nobody wants to fill those positions today. When you do they are very busy, so be patientI highly recommend Chamberlain Electric.

I’ve written 850 detailed reviews on TripAdvisor, and I’m not an easy grader. It’s pretty rare that I share comments about service providers in social media, but I am more than happy to endorse Chamberlin Electric. This is a well run company with good people, great talent, and wonderful integrity. My experience stems from Chamberlin taking over a completely botched generator installation through Home Depot by another company that went belly-up. They were the complete opposite of Chamberlin -- never following through on commitments, not responding to voice or written communications, and doing such shoddy work that new customers could never be serviced. In contrast, Chamberlin has been polite, punctual, responsive, and professional. They employed best practices in installing my Generac that the previous company did not follow, perhaps leading to their problems. I’ve met the owner, Rick, a man who truly takes pride in his company and treats his customers with TLC (such as personal callbacks to troubleshoot issues). I’ve also dealt with three different electricians who’ve done good work, the outsourced gas technician who performed his role without a hitch, and of course Mandi and Doreen by phone who are a pleasure. They manage the office and backend operations, keep communications flowing smoothly, and keep the customer on top. To me, they’ve done a great job on the front line, keeping folks to schedule, responding promptly to my needs, and making my life easy -- like processing paperwork for rebates. In sum, Chamberlin is a quality company that knows its trade inside and out and earns the respect of its customer base. Five stars.

We have called upon Chamberlain Electric to do two jobs that were completed to near perfection. The workers are diligent and steadfast. We have now contacted them to do a 3rd job for us. We wont use any other Electrical Contractor.Professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled technicians. Everything you look for in a Contractor.
