I went through Mister Sparky for a complete electrical panel upgrade, bath fan installation and outlet/switch upgrade throughout my home and I will definitely utilize them for future electrical needs! I worked with multiple individuals at this company throughout the process and each one was a tremendous help. I had a great experience with Shawn, who arrived to review the issues I was experiencing and provide a quote. He truly went above and beyond to make sure his notes were thorough and all of my questions were answered (thank you, Shawn!).On the day of installation, Kent and Carsen were on-time, professional and thorough. Mr Sparky was very professional from beginning to end! Very friendly and knowledgeable electricians, who devised an acceptable plan. Then they went above and beyond to do even better than the agreed plan by avoiding any dry-wall cuts! Prompt despite snow and bad roads too! Installation of a whole house Generac generator with automatic switch over, plus they replaced the entire electric panel in the house with current standards. They were pleasant and answered all my questions. The only issue I had was the cost.

Cameron came over to do a maintenance check up on our Generator. He called before he came, arrived on time and did a thorough check. Cameron was very personable and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and how it was to work. We loose power often. Ever since the whole house generator was installed, the power disruption has not been a problem. The generator pops right on and I breathe a sigh of relief. As usual, Mrs. Michaels technicians are the best quality, are trustworthy, do not cut corners and know their trade.

Being that Ive had terrible luck with contractors in general, my hopes were not high. Our tech, Spencer, was on time, polite, listened to what we had to say, did an inspection to get a full picture and explained everything along the way. Very thorough. He was even considerate enough to tell us what the best case scenario was vs the worst case and how much it would be for both. There were no surprises. He showed us the issue, showed us the damage and replaced it in a timely manner. He answered all of our questions and didnt make us feel rushed. I appreciated the honesty and especially the respect. It was a nice change and the next time I have an issue, I wouldnt hesitate to call. It was a surprisingly great experience.

Fall 2023: We had the Mr. Sparky team out for some work on routing our bathroom exhaust fans and electrical. Carsen and Kent were great! We were guided through the process and anticipated costs clearly so we knew what to expect before work began. The team was respectful of my home, personable and knowledgeable. I recommend investing in their yearly membership as it includes a yearly electrical inspection that can bring your attention to safety concerns you might not be aware of that may be lurking in your home... such as a bad wiring of your bathroom fan that worsened after each use. I am glad to have access to such expertise to keep my family and home safe.Spring 2024: We tried tackling another electrical job that quickly got out of our league. Andrew to save the day! Andrew spent hours with is root causing the issue and ensured that not only our symptoms were addressed but we were left with a safe, comprehensive and sustainable solution. He was kind, personable and professional, coming to the project with all the tools he needed to get the job done.

Ben explained every scenario possible with what my issue could be. We agreed to move forward with the diagnostic and he provided me updates and I had my issue resolved within 1.5 hours from the time he entered my home. Garrett was on time, professional and very efficient. He corrected improper wiring on two ceiling fans and replaced a dimmer switch in the bathroom. I was shocked at the bill when my wife showed it to me, but after a conversation with Doug (Supervisor) everything was OK. I will diffently use this electrical business again. This is my 3rd time using Mr Sparky without any reoccurring issues from those visits. Expensive but worth it.

They were wonderful. We had an emergency situation and Mister Sparky came out right aways and helped. We had either a power surge or lightning hit during a storm, which fried our electrical panels and wiring coming in the home. Smoke filled our house. Brad from Mister Sparky came out right away and removed the electrical meter so power was no longer coming in the house. He made sure my house and family were safe! Brad helped us understand what needed to be done and then gave us a couple quotes on what it would take to replace the electrical panels and wiring. The very next day Carsen and his team came out to started all the work. They finished in two days. We even had them install a new car charger outlet and move our stove outlet while they were here. They were always on time, knowledgeable, professional and VERY NICE. They cleaned up and answered all our questions, did a perfect job. Excellent service and people! Highly recommend.

I have used Mister Sparky (Howell) twice now and both times the service has been top notch. Their electricians are friendly, personable, considerate and thorough. They show great respect for my home (and my budget!) and ask all the right questions to ensure the work they’re doing will fit my needs now and be adaptable to any future plans.When I first moved in, they updated my extremely old and…terrifyingly hazardous electrical service to the house and panel. They even ensured that it was (finally!) grounded. Austen and his colleague were absolutely amazing and a joy to have around.Recently, I had the extreme pleasure to work with Spencer Cook and his colleague on a recessed lighting installation and upgrade for my living room and entry way. This was no simple task (I lovingly call it my “this old house” project). Spencer was able to assess the insanity of the hodgepodge build and wiring (the room is on at least three different circuits), and considered my “nice to have” and my “need to have”. He was very considerate and easy to converse with and we were able to find a lighting solution that would meet my budget and needs. Even better: when he and his colleague did the install, they did in such a way that I could easily add more lighting in the future.Spencer and his colleague went above and beyond in their service by working efficiently, being extremely considerate of my home (cleaning up very well after the job!) and provided some great knowledge and insights for the remaining electrical work in the room (let’s just say the original owner/builder was not an electrician!).In my opinion: Mister Sparky is worth it every time. I’ve already passed on Spencer’s name to several neighbors doing renovations and will never hesitate to refer Mister Sparky or call on them again.I have been EXTREMELY happy with the work they have done on my home and, Spencer’s lighting solution for my living room *chefs kiss*. Just bought a 100 year old house, so called up Mr. Sparky to give us a quote. The two technicians who came out were very nice, broke my quote up for Do First and Can Do Later. They took the time to walk me through their findings and what would need to be done to bring us up to code.Edit: Ended up having a question about the quotes because our A/C wasnt getting power. It took a while to get hold of an answer, but then we scheduled the work promptly. Full panel replacement fixed the problem. Mark and his helper did a great job, getting the work done in about 4 hours, including throwing in a new outlet and light fixture near the panel that was originally combined into one unit.My only critique: We left multiple messages trying to determine if the panel replacement was going to fix the issue. Promised callbacks multiple times and were never called back. Finally got ahold of someone who got the information for me and scheduled the tech. I still had to call back to receive the information I needed for cost, but it worked out. Just wish theyd called back when they promised to.

Between Mister Spark, Ben Franklin Pluming and the 1 hour heating/cooling guys I have been highly satisfied with their quality and service. Occasionally we go with someone else but weve learned it is not worth it in the end. They solve unusal problems quickly. Every tech that has come in the past few years is professional and really knows their field. They leave the place cleaner than they found it and offer really good suggestions for today and tomorrow. You cant go wrong with them.Just had Mr. Sparky install a dedicated circuit for a high amp mixer and 7 or 8 plug outlets throughout my basement for some extra lighting in my workshop. The plugs are in the rafters so I can move my LED shop lights as needed for the projects. Andrew and Madison were great. I was just wondering around testing the system from everywhere and Ive never had such good signal and performance. Plus the system is on one network (entire house) and password. Very thorough and double checking switch. Found an additional issue and corrected that as well. Vacuumed and cleaned up after the work. Both techs were masked and had boot covers on the entire call. Very professional and personable. Highly recommended.

Mr. Sparky excels on multiple areas. The initial request goes to a general call center with knowledgeable and friendly agents. The electrician that came out was knew the technology well and answered all of my questions directly. One drawback. While I was requesting maintenance on my generator which is a standard service the call agent had to defer to the electrician to provide a quote for the service. When the electrician showed up I was provided a standard price for the service. It would have been nice to have had the quote up front instead of waiting for the electrician. I am satisfied with the service and will not hesitate to utilize Mr Sparky in the future.

Chris went above and beyond the call of duty for me! knowledgeable, professional, and Honest Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has great experience technician, Chris knows what hes doing, but also cares about the work he does! Chris face looked a little overwhelmed by the project I showed him, (electrical wires unnecessarily hanging from the ceiling everywhere)This look very dangerous,...but when I left and came back I was amazed how much nicer it looked when finished, he got right to the problem and how he upgraded electrical system to code.It did not take Chris long to do the job and he cleaned up after he was done and he arrived with a Mask on,I have already scheduled for another job for Chris to do when he come back next week...he is a great electrician, this is my first time doing Business with Benjamin Franklin plumbing company and I am very impressed, I like how they send a text picture of the person who supposed to arrive at your house, I will always ask for Chris fir any return visits, dealing with electrical problems...... Benjamin Franklin plumbing company has really got it together and are very organize. Thank you for fitting me in your schedule
