Guatex Foundation exceeded my expectations! Quick and efficient service at a great price. Excellent communication throughout. Highly effective solutions. Highly recommend for any foundation needs!Our estimate included 17 outside and 10 inside piers, we were Presented with the option to do tunneling and due to other cost expenses we decided to go without. We really appreciate that Guatex took the time map out and neatly cut out sections of the wooden floors to install the piers. As you can see we were able to place the wood floors back and with our rug and couch you dont even notice that foundation repairs were done. One day 27 piers in and out, they had a crew of maybe 12 guys and a team lead, they work in sync to do the repairs. Thank you!

I used Guatex a few times now , starting 2 years ago when i Initially needed work to fix my foundation. A year later the initial work needed to be adjusted and to be honest customer service at that time was not the best and trying to get my piers adjusted due to drought which lead to frustration. Finally Freddy and his team came back and adjusted my piers on one side under the warranty and so far its been good. It seems now they have a back office team that communicates well, answers text messages and coordinates with the team on the field. I am satisfied with their work and have referred them to my neighbors . I also recommend them because they are affordable than big shop names in the area and stand behind their work.

With this crazy Texas heat and no rain, I began noticing changes in my home that I have never seen before. I called Guatex, Fredy answered and quickly put me on his schedule. His team came out right at the scheduled time and we walked my property out and I pointed out all my concerns and they listened to everything. In the end, I thankfully didn’t have any issues with my foundation, just normal cracking because of the house still settling. They were honest with me and gave me tips on how to maintain my foundation. I now have them going to my parents house to check their foundation too.

I worked with Freddy. He was very honest and knowledgeable about everything. He was in uniform and very respectful about my house. He even asked if he should take his work boots off before entering. He took measurements throughout my house. This process took about 30 minutes. He had a diagram of the house and the foundation measurements. He explained everything to me in detail. It turns out I did not need any work on my foundation and the tiny cracks I was seeing on my walls were due to shifting. He did not try to up sell me or tell me I needed work done when I didn’t. I appreciated the honesty. I will definitely use Guatex Foundation in the future if I ever need repair.

My friend that works in construction has seen Gautex Foundation Solutions come in and quickly complete on neighboring sites. I called a couple places and he had the lowest bid. I called him late Thursday, he gave me my estimate on Friday and started the job on Monday. When he identified an unexpected complication, he threw in an additional pier for free. I love doing business with people of that integrity and I insisted on splitting the cost of the extra pier with him. His price was still several hundred dollars less than the next lowest bid and he addressed an additional wing of the home not included in the other bids. With the great price, lifetime warranty and great people at the helm... why would you go anywhere else?Jason

I received a phone call from my insurance company informing me that they had sent an inspector out to one of my investment properties and that based on their observation of the property, it was clear that the foundation was crumbling and needed to be repaired. I reached out to Guatex Foundation to provide me with a quote to repair the damage only to hear back that after their thorough inspection and evaluation, they found nothing wrong with the foundation. I am so appreciative of the attentive service and the honesty and integrity with which they operate. I was prepared to spend whatever necessary to correct the so called problem identified by the insurance company and there are a number of foundation companies that would have been happy to take my money. Only one had the character to tell me the truth, that I did not need any foundation repair work done. I sent the official letter of clearance to my insurance company and needless to say, they were silent. When foundation evaluation or repair is ever needed for one of my properties, Guatex Foundation is the first company I will call.
