I am absolutely impressed with Tile Zone’s professionalism and the way they handle their business. We recently had a bathroom completely redone and what a job they did and I absolutely love it. When I saw flaws in the way my bathroom tile looked they had their guys take it all up and redo it. The bathroom looks fabulous and the pics do not do it justice. At the last minute I needed for them to replace carpet and put down a Vinyl wood looking tile for older relatives that were moving in and they immediately accommodated me. We will definitely use them for future projects. Way to go Tile Zone.

Sam, Abdel and the entire team did an amazing job. In the store I worked with Sam to pick out tiles, trim, bathtub, and accent tiles and discuss all the details of the installation. Sam was also helpful with letting me know what fixtures I needed to buy myself providing great advise on what to get.The entire crew worked quickly and efficiently to tear out the old, and repair any problems before starting the installation of the new materials.The installation process was extensive with drains needing to be moved and electrical work involved. The process was smooth, with any issues that came up being quickly addressed. The entire crew was very easy to work with and did excellent work. They showed up when they were supposed to and worked hard to get things done quickly without any sacrifice in quality.One of the things I learned about during the construction was the shower glass… Apparently it can be coated so you never get hard water stains and it comes with a 15 year warranty 😊Overall, I’m super happy with the end result! I couldn’t have imagined such a beautiful bathroom.

Thank you, Tile Zone, for another fabulous remodel! After Tile Zone beautifully remodeled our master bath last year, we decided to contract with them again to remodel our kitchen. It is completely new, from floor to ceiling, and I love it!I appreciate that Sam and his team (Abdel, Julio, Jose, Victoria) are so professional and care about detail as much as we do. From start to finish, daily clean-up to final touch-ups, their work was exceptional. And they even finished ahead of schedule! Thank you, Tile Zone!

A very nice remodel of our bathroom! I thought they did a beautiful job on our bathroom! Sam is a really a professional guy when it comes to remodeling bathroom or kitchen. We were promised that they will finished the job in three weeks, I thought they finished the project in two weeks. They had a store on Westheimer where they have a good selections of materials to choose from. Ill definitely consider Tile Zone the next time Ill do another remodelIf you are thinking of doing a remodel of your home, you cant go wrong asking Tile Zone to make a bid, they are very reasonable too!

Sam is the owner of our Tile Zone. He came out with Abdel the project manager. They listened to my needs and discussed the project with me at lenght. They made sure that I understood the scope of the project and what I needed to supply. We discussed a timeline and all the different aspects of the work to be done. Sam provided a detailed estimate which was right in line with other estimates I had received. The work began the first week in November. The crew showed up when they said they would and completed the project in a timely manner. The guys were friendly and asked me questions whenever they needed to. The plumber even came out and worked all day on a Saturday. It is now the end of November and the completed project is beautifully done and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Tile Zone. They supplied the tear out, the plumbing,the tub replacement, the shower rebuild, the tiling, the replacement of the shower door and the floor complete with new baseboards. Thanks for a beautiful and timely job.

The completed project is absolutely beautiful! Remodeling has always been an anxious time for us. This was no different when we began researching contractors and professional installers for our kitchen remodel. However, when we approached Sam at Tile Zone there was something very different – in a good way. Sam patiently helped us through the cabinet, tile, and countertop selection process. There was no rushing us or any attempt to push us to “close the deal” with him. Sam and his entire team including Julio and Victoria were sensitive to our specifications and helped us through the entire process from start to finish. We had very pleasant business experience with Tile Zone. Sam and his team left no stone unturned to give our home a fresh new look.Our every question was answered in a timely manner from Design phase to completion, and all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. I would like Specially Mention the Project engineer for my work Mr.Abdel. He not only resolved my all queries but also gave us suggestions on selection of materials with reasoning. It was a learning experience for me working with Abdel and his team. Had a really good experience with Tilezone. Sam and Victoria were very responsive and very professional. Abdel and his team completed all the small changes (light switches, outlet locations, paint retouch and crown molding touch-ups) we requested. Timing wise, they did go over the timeline (4-6 weeks but completed in 7 weeks). I guess we were expecting workers to be present at our house most of the week, but most days, they were only at the house doing work 3 days out of the week. However, they still did a wonderful job! We are very happy with the finished product! We would definitely work with them again!

Tile Zone had the best price, great selection of high end items, with beautiful finishes, which were included. They provided guidance from start to finish. Being a cancer patient with special needs, I had concerns over remodeling both bathrooms at the same time and flexibility of any provider I chose. Tile Zone was the perfect choice. After interviewing five providers, Sam Badawi’s attention to detail and his compassion for my health was the key factor in choosing Tile Zone. He was the single point of contact for all activities and project managed both bathrooms to completion. He provided timelines for his experts to arrive and set expectations on each aspect of the work from replacing our jetted tub with a new shower to sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, vanity installation and glass. His team of professionals did amazing work while keeping the house clean and little disruption to our daily routine. I had a good experience here. Tilezone remodeled my bathroom and also did some work in my bedroom. I ordered fixtures online and they installed everything. Tilezone did the plumbing, painting, flooring, and electric. I am pleased with the results. The tiles are beautiful. They had to repipe the plumbing for my vanities in order to install the large mirrored medicine cabinets I had ordered. That was the most complicated part but so far so good. During the project my secondary bathroom developed a horrible leak. Tilezone fixed it and installed the new fixtures I bought. I really appreciated that. Overall the project took about a month and I had to sleep in the living room. But it was all worth it in the end. The result is beautiful.

We recently purchased backsplash tile from Tile Zone and had them demo and install the product in our kitchen. This is actually the second time we’ve purchased tile form them, the first being in 2010. In both instances they were wonderful to work with and did quality work at extremely competitive prices. They have a huge selection of products and worked with us to secure the tile that we wanted and schedule our installation the very next day. The installation teamed worked extremely hard and did a great job.

Awesome customer service from Abraham and Sam! They walked me through the design center to help me with my bathroom and kitchen design. Professional and skilled contractors came to my home and did such a beautiful job from my floors I had to go back for the rest of my major home repairs done. Currently working to complete my kitchen and bathroom which within a couple weeks will done soon! So excited!!!! After the flood we experienced and heard horror stories of people taking advantage of families we are glad we never experienced that with TileZone. Professional and FAIR from start to finish! This place is by far the best place ive been to in regards to remodeling. I initially went to another place and they ended up messing up a lot of things in my house so i came to tile zone and they took care of everything for me. The price was cheaper than the place i had been to initially and the timing was perfect. I was satisifed with the job overall and the customer service was great considering the person was following up with me everyday to make sure everything was punctual. I did my downstairs master bedroom and bathroom i will be back for the rest of my house!!!

Using Tile Zone for our bathroom remodel was a great experience. Sam (owner) was very helpful, easy to work with, and very accommodating, Veronica in the office was always helpful. TZ projected price came out in the middle of the estimates we solicited which is where we typically shoot for in such projects. Their artisans know their crafts and, when we saw something we wanted changed or fixed, they did so in short order. Afterwards, when minor problems cropped up such as shower glass leaks, they were back to fix them immediately. Sams crew is more or less dedicated to working with his Tile Zone, so we received consistent personnel throughout the rebuild. The job took longer than expected - there were delays in fixture deliveries as well as a major storm - but in the end, it was worth it. When considering total price, make sure you account for the costs of fixtures, tubs, toilets, and other accessories as the estimates from TZ may not include all of these. I think thats typical across vendors since final price cant be estimated until those items are selected.Thank you, Tile Zone! We are seriously considering another bath upgrade we hadnt really planned on, just because this one was so stunning.

Tile Zone has an amazing selection of products to choose from. We had a kitchen bath splash replaced, a utility room floor and a master bath complete redo (shower, floors, sinks, etc.). Sam was extremely helpful throughout the process. We needed a lot of assistance making our tile and countertop choices and he was very patient with us. Throughout our project Sam kept in touch and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The crews he contracted to do the tile and countertop work were excellent, very conscientious and talented people. I highly recommend Tile Zone! I highly recommend this business!
