Sylvester came out at 9:30 pm the night before Thanksgiving to help us out and was extremely professional and courteous! We had a partial blockage which cleared right before he arrived but he still came in to assess the situation and make sure everything was running properly. 10/10 recommend! Reecie was awesome! He introduced himself and always addressed us by our names. He explained everything his was doing while he was doing it. Once he found the drain issue he then explain the reasons that the issue could start. He was very polite and had all the necessary tools he needed to get the job done! He also cleaned up and the bathroom smelled fresh and clean! To say it was after hours and 11:11pm at night I definitely am grateful he was the technician that came to fix the drain problem. He explained everything from camera scoping the kitchen sink drain pipe to clean out and locating in the front yard, to clearing the drain of the clog and scoping with camera again to show pipe was cleared to clean out in yard. He tightened all connections regarding plumbing under sink and ensured no links, then cleaned up work area as he finished. Joe was very communicative, polite, well spoken and well mannered around the two elderly women (Mom and friend) in the house. The problem turned out to be much more problematic than expected, but his expertise got it resolved with a lot of persistence and some elbow grease, along with the help of another tech, James (#4076), who was able to provide a camera that helped diagnose the problem. Joe was able to reach into the toilet and remove it. Very much appreciated.
