Mark is great to work with. He installed our water heater last year. He provided a well understood estimate with best practice recommendation with options for pricing. All work was completed as promised. Since we have called with a few questions he has always responded timely. Had what appeared to be an emergency this weekend. Mark show up within and hour and helped determined that even though the gas tank gauge said near full. The tank was empty. Very satisfied with Competitive Plumbing and heating.

My basement sump pump failed on a Friday night. I called Competitive Plumbing & Heating and a real person answered! Marc arrived quickly & fixed problem. He was professional and didn’t try to upscale me things I didn’t need. Highly recommended.

Mark has been exceptional with any issues that have arose in our home. He is kind, informative and fair, while also doing quality work. He has come out late at night with emergencies - even offering to bring extra blankets for us to use when our comforter was wet with a leak when we had recently moved in. I can’t recommend him enough as a trustworthy and kind professional.

Twice I have called them for my plumbing needs, and both times they provided excellent service. This most recent service was for an overflowing toilet at 11:30 on a Friday night. He came right over and snaked my sewer line, we sent the camera down and found the cause. Im very thankful that he came over right away.

I would like mention how amazing Marc was providing help and advice on how I can fix my shower. After having someone tell me I couldn’t do it myself Marc offered his advise and guided me through the process. It’s so great to see someone take time out of their day to teach you something and save me a lot of money. I plan for follow up on future home repairs with him. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone ho cares about you and to who will do a great job.

I had an issue in the middle of the night with my water softener system. I was panicky and talked to Marc on the phone. Instead of driving out and charging me money, he was able to tell me what to do over the phone and calm my nerves completely. 5 stars all the way for AMAZING customer service!!

10/10 had to almost completely redo 2 bathrooms flooring, and toilets, and competitive plumbing and heating took care of it all at a very reasonable price! Would definitely hire them again and gonna recommend them to every single one of my friends.

They were $500 less expensive than the other quote I got, they did an estimate within an hour of calling and did the whole job in 4 hours that following Monday! Marcs employees were efficient and kind, would highly recommend and definitely plan to use them in the future. Oh, and the job ended up being $600 less than the quote! That never happens :-)

I found Competitive Plumbing and Heating on a Saturday night when we had lost all water pressure. I was able to speak with Mark immediately. He came out quickly, knew what to troubleshoot, and had us back with water in minutes. Even as late as it was, he took the time to walk us through our water system and answer all of the questions that we had. We will absolutely be calling him for all of our plumbing and heating in the future.

One of the best plumbing/heating services I have come across so far. Was in a crisis situation, on a Saturday. Called several plumbing services who advertise as 24/7 service but none responded. Mark on the other hand responded promptly and made himself available. Went above and beyond to help out, made several trips back and forth to his shop to get the necessary parts to get the job done. He quoted a very reasonable price, a fraction of what big house plumbers quoted. His is the only plumbing service I will ever use again...!
