This is our second time using Kunes Plumbing and couldnt be more pleased. Their entire team is professional and punctual. They do a great job with communication and scheduling and their work is excellent. Their pricing is also very fair, and far less than what the big corporate brands in the business typically charge. The owner is active in the process and leaves us with the feeling that he has a vested interest in keeping his clients happy, and coming back for future projects. I enjoyed an outstanding experience with Kunes Plumbing replacing my leaking hot water heater. Right from my initial call to Riley who was very friendly and professional taking my information regarding my issue, collecting all the relevant information and answering all my questions quickly. I was clear as to what to expect and when to expect it…She sent me an email detailing next steps. Scott and Nick sent me texts with an expected arrival time, then arrived right on time. They immediately set to work to remove my old leaking water heater and worked carefully to not cause damage or make the area dirtier. Everything was done quickly and they left to obtain a replacement, texting me when the correct size drip pan was not available at the new heater supply source…They texted me to inform me of a delay…The new water heater replacement was better than the old one and quickly installed. Everything was left tidy and all checked for proper operation. In only 4 hours I now have hot water again with a properly functioning water heater with no leaks. A professional installation in every regard. I highly recommend Kunes Plumbing! Good job! Riley, Scott and Nick!

While pet sitting in the home of a client recently, we had an emergency plumbing issue on the morning of the very same day the client was scheduled to return. We did not want the client to return to this unpleasantness much less after a wonderful 2 week vacation. Thankfully, Kunes Plumbing was able to come out within the hour and resolve the matter. Clients returned to a clean home, the matter resolved and all plumbing in working order - many thanks to Kunes Plumbing. I highly recommend their services.

Kunes Plumbing was highly recommended through Cooper City Buzz. So I scheduled an appointment with them & was amazed at how they kept me up to date with notifications as to my appointment date. Also, on the date they were to arrive they updated me when they were a going to be late and then when they were on their way to my house. Two men arrived from Kunes Plumbing and did an excellent job removing the old faucet which was very difficult to discconnect & take out. Once they removed the old faucet, it was very easy for them to put the new faucet in and make sure it worked. They cleaned up the work area and left. I had to call Kunes Plumbing to send their men back to the house because when they turned off my water line to the kitchen sink they also turned off the water line that went to the refrigerator through a filter that creates drinking water & ice. They failed to turn that water line back on, so when I tried to get water out of that faucet & the refrigerator, the water would not come out. The office at Kunes contacted there crew & sent them back to the house and they corrected the problem immediately. In summary, I was very pleased with the service that Kunes Plumbing provided and the way they corrected a minor problem. I will definitely use Kunes Plumbing again & recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.Thank you to Joe & his assistant, who I could remember his name, but they both did a great job!

Kunes plumbing is the 3rd plumber I hired to fix my hot water system. The previous two could not figure it out. Joseph, one of the plumbers, came right out diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed it perfectly. And they did it all for about half of what I was expecting to pay. No BS, no games or deceptions. Just good old fashioned work done right.

A personable guy to speak with, though several generations younger than I, and one who took all of about 30 seconds to look at the problem with our sink, identify the problem, and advise me that he had the parts needed on his truck to repair it. A problem that has twice been repaired in the past by others who couldn’t get it right was solved by Joseph in about 20 minutes.

A service tech named Joe came to inspect for a possible water leak. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He did discover I may have a broken pipe underground. I agreed with him because we could definitely hear the water running through piping but could not see any obvious leaks. He spoke on the phone with Scott and Scott was able to review the layout of where the pipes were. However, I am now waiting for an estimate and to have the repair scheduled. Its very important because I just got a $538 water bill due to this leak, so the sooner it can be repaired, the better. Joe verbally said the cost should be under $1,500.00. No amount is good for someone living on a fixed income, but it also could have been worse.

I always research service providers before I hire so I’m a big believer in sharing my positive and negative experiences to help others. A friend recommended Kunes Plumbing to install my Aquasana filtration system and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Their estimate was reasonable and they quickly scheduled my installation. He kept in touch by phone and email to update me on their arrival and showed up when they said they would (rare in FL). When Scott arrived he realized I hadn’t specified installation of a double system, which was more work intensive and costly, but he took this in stride and worked with me on a fair price for the correct system. The guys were polite, familiar with the installation requirements, and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t be happier to have found a competent and reliable company!
