    5 Stars for Darren the Plumber!I can’t recommend Darren enough! He was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. I had a plumbing issue at home, and Darren came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it with minimal disruption. His work is top-notch, and he was honest about pricing, which I really appreciated.What impressed me the most was his communication—he kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood exactly what was being done.     I had to repair a leaky shower with a stuck cartridge. Keiron and Ace came over and took care of it with no issues at all.     Darren is personable, knowledgeable and great to work with. Highly recommend! And they offer a $189 agreement which includes 2 annual 10 point inspection from your water heater, drainage under your sinks, showers, toilets and more! We had a toilet that was older and he replaced it seamlessly!

    We were having a main line backup and Nick and oniell were very attentive and helpful , they came and figured out what was going on and they took care of it effortlessly with no issues .     John’s Plumbing did such a great job and Jacob and Joseph put our minds at ease in answering all of our questions. They were both so incredibly responsive and Jacob even came to us quite late to resolve our issue. It seemed like a series of unfortunate events in repiping our home, where one of the servicemen even experienced a fender bender on the way back to our home from picking up some supplies and we received a call from their office that they would need to reschedule, but he came back and finished the job.     ACE SAVED MY HOME AND MY SANITY...Ace was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure that our water leak was diagnosed and resolved. He was so kind, patient and professional. We had a different plumber that came and gave us the wrong diagnosed but Angel was able to find out what was causing the leak. He explained details of what was going on and showed me the leak.     I had a small issue with my bathrooms sink. A technician called Jackson arrived on time as scheduled, and was really quick and efficient with his work, he also was very honest to me on what to do and not, to save money. He did an awesome job.     My 95 year old Mother in Law lives in North Miami and hardly speaks English. My wife and I live in Utah so getting repairs on a job from long distance was a logistical challenge. Johns plumbing came out to replace a broker water heater and on a separate occasion do a toilet rebuild (she only has 1 toilet in the house). What separated them from their competition was their courteous, professional and prompt response.     Oneil how does with our service and was very efficient and honest. I had flushed a foreign object down the toilet and after trying to remove the object for about 30 minutes they had to replace the toilet. The service was about $1,000 for everything. I talked with the owner of the company and he was very kind and lower the cost for us a bit.

    I had a major issue of a leak in my walls called Johns. Angel came out the same day to give me an estimate. By the very next day Chris and his crew were here at 8am ready to solve the problem. A job that I thought would take ATLEAST a week...Chris finished in a matter of a couple of days. With his amazing leadership skills and determination he got my house together! I received Jackson and Henry to complete the work and they were outstanding!! Both of them were incredibly approachable and skilled. I am a hands-on home owner that is very involved whenever work is being done on my house. These guys were inviting and informative every step of the way during the job.     I had a contractor working in my home to remodel my master bath. Included in the remodel I added a free standing tub. After my contractor installed the tub I noticed it wasn’t secure. Johns Plumbing did a major replumbing in the apartment Im occupying in Environ Towers, Lauderhill, FL.The work, under the gentleman Adam, was actually done by Keiron, with his helper Lason. They did marvelously well on a very complicated job, needing to open large holes in most of the walls in the apartment. They did what they had to expertly and efficiently, while keeping everything as clean as possible as they went along. Keiron and Lason were also courteous, helpful and good-humored thruout the process, which took nearly all of a week to complete.In addition, Keiron came back with one final element after the regular part of the work was done -- just to make everything presentable and functional.Most importantly, when the City came to inspect the work, we passed -- after just minutes! -- with flying colors. I cannot recommend Johns Plumbing, Adam, Keiron and Lason more highly, and would retain them again anytime I need plumbing work done -- which I hope will be never!

    While I am not aware of current pricing for plumber work, I thought $375 for one hour of work to remove an old toilet and install a new one was a bit much. However, the new toilet was not functioning properly and I had to get another one. The original new one was removed and replaced with the second one. I was not charged anymore than the original quote even though the plumber basically did the job twice. I thought that was extremely fair. I was highly satisfied with the quality of the work, the attitude of the worker, and he was on time as scheduled both times. A five star experience all the way around.

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Noticed a leak in he garage and called Johns Plumbing. Called the afternoon before, and they arrived the next morning. Adam quickly identified a larger than anticipated problem. Helped me work through the process of remediation. Had a technician here within the hour to locate the leak. After this experience will only use Johns plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
