When our hose broke off Monday night we had to shut off the main line. Alex showed up within 30 minutes of calling to assess the issue. He provided us two options with pricing each. We scheduled the repair for the following morning. Him and the crew arrived on time and jumped right into the repairs. They were so thorough and organized. My repair consisted of cutting through a wall and lifting bushes to get to the lines. I was worried about this but quickly put at ease when I saw how meticulous they were. They left it better than it was before! Once done they made sure to pick everything up and clean up after themselves. They were quick, diligent and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. I could not be happier. Very grateful for their work!!

Alex at Grand Rooter is a great professional. He takes the time to make sure things are right and completes high quality work in a timely manner. I am really impressed with his ability to work with me by explaining and following through on his word. I had the misfortune of needing Grand Rooter to come out twice to repair two separate slab leaks. Both times, the work was excellent and timely. In addition, after my insurance company was giving me issues, Alex continued to help me out until my issue was 100% resolved. He is great. In addition, his work crew was also fantastic. They keep the job site clean, the showed up when they said they would, and answered my questions whenever I had them. Grand Rooter is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who asked. Had a leak in an outside the house shutoff valve. I didn’t even know since when had that been leaking. Called Grand Rooter and sure enough they came within one hour as promised. We had an emergency broken sewer pipe on a Friday morning from a tree that’s roots had been growing in the line and were fortunate to be recommended to Grand Rooter by a friend. We contacted them and they were there within an hour. The whole line had to be dug up under the fence and Alex and his men worked the entire day and into the night to finish the job so we would have water that night. They did an excellent job and I am so happy we called them. It is not easy to find honest reliable companies and Grand Rooter is definitely one of them. Thank you so much Alex and crew!!

We had an emergency at a residential job site where one of the workers dropped something on a water pipe which caused it to burst. We called Grand Rooter and they were onsite within 20-25 minutes. The tech looked at the damage and provided us with 2 estimates. He was very transparent with us and went over the possibility that once he starts fixing the issue, he could discover something else which would cost the more expensive quote. If that issue was not discovered then it would cost the least expensive quote. Luckily there werent any deeper issues so he was able to fix everything in about 30 minutes and we paid the lesser quote. I highly recommend them.

Called and spoke with Alex at 430pm. I had a cold water washer hose break and a rusted Spicket that was Soldered to the brass fitting that I couldn’t take care of myself. Very professional on the phone, ask me to send a couple of pics so he could see and diagnose. Once he received the pics he said he could help and he’d finish a job he was on and be right over. He was here in 45 minutes, let me know the price (reasonable) and had the entire job completed by 6pm. Awesome job, I will definitely use them again. Thank you Alex

These company is heaven sent. I was out of a toilet for 4 days straight because my landlord didn’t want to repair my clogged toilet. I was a total panic and i found them on google i called them and within an hour they were here. They went above and beyond for me and this was after hours. I finally have a working toilet. Ive never been so happy to see my toilet flush. Ill be calling them whenever Im in trouble! Please use them and no one else. An amazing service. SERIOUSLY!...THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!.I had a recurring issue with my drain lines backing up for a good 6 months.I did hire five of the biggest plumbing Company names online. Not only I spent a fortune with them, but the problem continued.So I founded this company GRAND ROOTER on Google. I cant tell you or begin to describe my satisfaction.As soon I call them and speak with their office staff, I immediately realized that I was dealing with a professional at a whole other level.Their customer service was fantastic. I was impressed with the level of knowledge that their office staff had when I asked questions, which I never experienced that with any other prior company.It was refreshing. It gave me a sense of calm the way that they handle my stress over the phone.I had a service van in my door within 1 Hour liked they promised. The team of techs Daniel & Erick were uniformed & they had face mask and gloves.They asked me questions and present me with several pricing options on how to resolve my issue.They worked unstoppably until they cleared the problem and turned out to be a much bigger situation that none of the prior company I hired ever diagnosed, shame on them!These guys have an impressive set of skills and all kinds of equipment to figure things out, and they did!They kept me thru-out the work process informed at all times.
