I was skeptical to use Charlie Swain because I saw bad reviews online, but I guess you cant always trust reviews because our experience was perfect. They were the second company I called, the first took advantage of us on the first call (didnt call back of course). We had an internal leak/electric problem with a 4 year old A.O. Smith water heater. I called the manufacturer myself to try and get a refund (also easy to work with). They gave me a return number and the folks at Charlie Swain worked with their distributor to get me a new one and take out the old one. So I only paid Charlie Swain for the labor. Leo is an amazing technician and the person that answered the phone was very helpful (forgot her name). Prices were reasonable and the work was done very well. Highly recommend.

First time using them and Im very satisfied with the service and Anthony the guy that did the work. Mine was an outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced. Anthony showed me a crack beyond the faucet that would have given me future trouble. Job well done.

The workers I had come to my house were GREAT! I had a few problems but these workers really knew what they were doing. I will need them again to snake out my sewer pipe but for now I would love to thank Leo and Jeff . I have used this Company in the past they were always great and great price too

Gas line installedDespite having a hiccup with the customer service department which leaves much to be desired. Sam the gas line installer made up for everything. Sam and Desi showed up on time and they were able to install a new gas line without any damage to my backsplash. The original plans would have caused me to lose a drawer, but instead Sam saved the day and was able to install the line without the loss of the drawer. Kudos to Sam for a job well done!

Friendly, on time and professional. Switched out old for my new 22K btu Samsung gas range. Plumber made sure height was balanced and checked that all components were in working order.This vendor referred from a list from Teco approved gas line installer.Job was v. fairly priced; cost actually came in lower than expected.Very pleased. Job was well done and under an hour. Thank you.

My drain line between my kitchen and the primary cleanout became clogged backing up water into my kitchen sink. I contacted Charlie Swain Plumbing this morning, and after juggling their schedule, they were able to schedule me for same day service. The technician arrived on time, was professional and personable, and fixed the issue. His work product was very clean!!! First time using Charlie Swain Plumbing, and I will certainly use them again!!!

I used them for the first time today and was very pleased with the proficency, quick and clean work of their plumber, Leo. He removed and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was very professional, prices were fair and he was pleasant to work with. It was so pleasant to have someone that can be relied on to do the job right the first time. I will use these fellows for all my future work.
