Piper Plumbing came to fix a continually running toilet, we thought we needed new internal parts. Andra Swan the plumber, examined the toilet and determined the existing internal mechanism was perfectly fine, it simply needed to be tightened. He then did another minor repair for us, since it would be parts ($8.00) only added to the existing service call. Awesome job! We used Piper Plumbing for all of our previous plumbing jobs, including changing out our hot water heater. They do awesome work at reasonable rates and we have always been extremely satisfied with their price and quality of work.

A good deal can be hard to find in Hilton Head. It is not uncommon to have 2 companies bid and one is twice the other. This company is amazing. They were on time, friendly and knowlegeble. I had my shower valve fixed and the basket on my utility sink replaced for only $165. What a deal, this company is incredible. I will never use anyone else!

I have used Piper Plumbing numerous times and have NEVER been dissatisfied. Recently, I had a clog and Piper Plumbing was backed up so I called another Plumbing Company. This other plumber came back multiple times, gave me incorrect information, and did not resolve the problem. In desperation, I called Piper Plumbing again and figured I would wait...not only did they send a plumber out earlier than I expected because their plumber finished another job earlier but he fixed my clog and suggested/made an improvement. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Their communication is EXCELLENT. They are friendly and knowledgeable. A trued JOY to work with...and their prices are very reasonable.

Great company. Staff is well trained. They are professional, quick, efficient, and friendly. Travis has helped us with several plumbing issues (he really knows his craft). Also, for me, the person who answers the phone is very important - she was professional and sympathetic to our needs.We will use Piper Plumbing again when the need arises.
