I had 3 estimates done for installing the water filtration and water conditioner which I had purchased directly from the manufacturer. The first one quoted the highest price and said 3 - 4 hours. He spent a very long time studying the paperwork which came with the system. When I asked if he ever installed one before, he said no. He would only give a 30 day guarantee on the labor. The second one was Bluffton Plumbing. They sent their expert installer to look over the space and give me a quote. He said 2 - 3 hours and it was almost half what the first company wanted. He also told me that I got one of the best systems and hes installed them many times. They will give a year guarantee on their work. I had the third one come in the next day. He said that he has to give the information to his manager and then they quote the job. He looked at the system like he had never seen it before. He would give a 30 day guarantee of the work. The next day, they called and said that they would have to charge me for a bypass kit.I called Bluffton Plumbing and Timmy (the expert) said that I had purchased one with the professional kit that I ordered with the system. I didnt wait for the third estimate, but when I got it, it was 1 1/2 times higher than Bluffton Plumbing. They scheduled me for a Friday and that morning I received a phone call that they had to change my appointment. 2 techs had called off. We rescheduled for a Monday and I received another phone call that a tech had to go home for an emergency. As were retired, this was not a big deal. Our job was not an emergency and they kept the emergency jobs. She scheduled us for the next day and asked what time. I told her that it didnt matter, we were retired. He showed up before the scheduled time and 2 hours later, it was installed and we had good, clean, soft water. Some might argue that they dont deserve 5 stars because of the cancelations. But, having worked in the service industry myself, you do what you have to do to get the job done right. Bluffton Plumbing does it right for a good price and prioritizes jobs properly. I have found my favorite plumber!

I manage several poperties in the GA, SC region. My only issue is they dont service all of my areas. If I have an issue I call Bluffton Plumbing without hesitation. Jen is great and the service guys are the best that I deal with. Professional, fast response, reliable. I know when I call them, I dont have to worry.

Professional, efficient, and friendly plumbing service. Our Hilton Head neighbors recommended Bluffton Plumbing and no wonder. From the office clerk who answered their phone and scheduled us to Dylan our plumbing technician - excellent service.We needed a new 1/2 hp garbage disposal installed and two outside garden hose bibs replaced. Dylan showed on- time and worked effectively and efficiently to complete all the plumbing work. He kept me informed of the work plan and his progress. Definitely recommend Bluffton Plumbing. Professionals.

Woke up with a clog in my condo on Hilton Head Island. After speaking with 4 companies too busy to help, I was reassured my clog would be a priority by Bluffton plumbing. Told tech would be there after 6:PM. Techs arrived at 5:30 stayed until clog was resolved. I am from NY crazy impatience personality. Recommend this company. 1000%. Just call if you need help.

Have used Bluffton Plumbing for all my plumbing needs since about 1998 +/-. Always prompt, always courteous and efficient. This last time they were scheduled between 2 and 3 on Monday. 4 oclock came and I called about the delay. They had problem but a plumber would be there. Sure enough He was here at 5, apologized and went to work. Stubborn removal. Never stopped until finished 1.5 hrs later. No overcharges.

Weve used Bluffton Plumbing 3 times in 15 years. Always excellent service at a fair price. This time they reconnected our plumbing after a countertop installation, connected our icemaker, and installed a new shower head - all on one hour. Amazing! Highly recommend.

They are the nicest people I have ever dealt with. My elderly father had plumbing issues and while Im in another state they took such good care of us assuring me that they would locate him being new to the area and fix the plumbing issue. They had the problem fixed within a couple of hours being a last minute emergency. My father said the young gentleman couldnt have been nicer and truly professional. They treated us like family. Each time theyve responded quickly, come at the scheduled time, done exactly what I asked (in a high quality manner) and charged a very reasonable fee. Ive found VERY few good service providers in the area, in my opinion BP is exceptional.

I had a water line leak at my Condo at Marsh Side, and called Bluffton Plumbing. Jennifer in the office told me they could come the next day, and would call me before coming over. The repairman Pinky came the next afternoon, and was able to crawl a long way under my Condo to find the water leak and repair it. Both Jennifer and Pinky were very professional, courteous, and helpful. I was referred to this company by my Marsh Side Maintenance worker. I recommend them!

The office staff and the plumber, Tim, were friendly, efficient , neat and wonderful to work with. I now have them on speed dial and will use them anytime I need a plumber. I PLACED A CALL TO BLUFFTON PLUMBER at 12: 00 , told them i had no water to my house , and i really think that my well pump just burnt out . Within in 5 minutes the lovely lady called back and said they were on the way. My son called me to let me know that this wasnt the problem, it was the switch that had issues, it was resolved by 1:30 the same day. The GENTLEMAN WHO HAD HELPED US, MR TIMMY , I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR ALL THE SUPPORT AND HELP , HATS OFF TO YOU . THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORT .and My WIFE IS VERY HAPPY!!!

They came our to fix a neighbor shutoff valve that was broken. The tech was very professional and couterious. He even stayed after the repair for the glue to dry to ensure the water came back on. The fees were not gouging like some island plumbers. they were very reasonable. we would definitely recommend them and use them again if the need a rises.
