Terry is a trusted plumber with years of experience and it shows. There are still good people charging reasonable prices, providing excellent service, and providing necessary solutions. Im so thankful Terry was able to work on our home, and I will not trust anyone else with any plumbing related issue that comes up. 10 Stars is deserved, but not an option. Thank you, Terry!

Terry Lowe is my go to plumber for any problem. He has completed projects in our 100+ year old home and apartment building and both our sons homes, a Mid-Century concrete block house and a 96 year old bungalow. Terry crafted a part of a lavatory assembly with his 3-D printer for our 1920s pedestal sink because it was no longer available. No matter what the issue, I know when I call Quality Pipeworks that the work will be completed right the first time.

Terry did a great job on my bath remodel plumbing. He worked out a previously done routing( by another plumber) which made my shower remodel functional. The work was just the thing! Great job.

Broke a pipe while doing yard work, called Mr. Terry and I can definitely say there is quality with him and his company. He was there within a few minutes fixed the main issue and even addressed a few other things while he was there at no additional cost I highly recommend this company and will definitely only be using them from now on

Terry was awesome! He came in found my issue with my clogged toilet. He provided awesome soft skills and was very polite. You could tell he has had a lot of experience. Terry was absolutely a class act. His. Professionalism and kindness is something I am not used to around Nassau county especially around this part of the county. It was such a relief that he called back, made an appointment, and actually showed up on time.He even went out of his way to help my mom who has a strong accent understand him by using a translation app on his phone.He finished the work as promised and did a quality job. I had an issue with my bath tub water turning off half way through the turn of the knob then turning back on. Terry with Quality Pipeworks came out fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. He also discovered where previous repairmen used the wrong piping for my tub and Terry also fixed that. Then I was talking to him about how I was unhappy with my grout in the shower of my master bath that a previous contractor had done. Terry immediately stopped me and said he could fix it. So he fixed that on site too. Not only does he do plumbing but he does it all. Great customer service, I wouldn’t use anyone else. If you want top notch service, use Terry with Quality Pipeworks.

Terry replaced my kitchen faucet with exactly what I asked for. He also found me a new aerator for the faucet that is so much better than my last one. Im extremely well pleased with his work. This is the 2nd job hes done for me and Im planning on having him repipe my house which is way overdue. I know he will do a fantastic job and hell stand behind his work unlike so many others who do shoddy work, take your money and refuse to answer your calls when theres a problem. My husband and I recently had the opportunity to work with Terry at the recommendation of one of my coworkers, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience! Terry helped us with an assortment of plumbing related updates that we’ve been procrastinating on in our new home. New water heater, water softener, garbage disposal, bidets, all outdoor spigots, refrigerator hookup to name a few and Terry made it all look effortless. He is professional, reliable, transparent, and just a general pleasure to be around. His communication skills are excellent and I felt very comfortable having him in our home.
