In the first week, slow leak was found behind the walls.Konstantin and Nick investigated, suggested a solution, recommended an excellent tile guy (Ihor!) and were flexible with us to work with the remediation needed with a slow leak like that. All done in a day.We had them back for some planned work, a small full bathroom redo and an aging water heater. the water heater install went excellent and was reasonably priced. The bathroom project is upcoming and I expect it will go smoothly too.This week, we started hearing weird sounds in the garbage disposal. When we would shower, a toilet in would empty. We texted Nick and he and Konstantin came out later that day. He diagnosed it. Then worked to make sure their crew could do it as soon as possible. They didn’t promise to do it the same day but they did, coming back and working on the dark. They cleared our sewer drain and we were able to go to sleep without thee worry. I can’t say enough good things about this crew.

Emergency Plumbing came out to my clients house on a very short notice on a Saturday night! Max did a thorough inspection and figured out what the issue was that was causing the leakage. Though it was not an emergency per se, it was really important for my client to have the shower fixed before upcoming Wednesday, since she is hosting Thanksgiving and the guest shower is much needed. Konstantin and Max kindly agreed to do this job on a Sunday. As a general contractor I usually have to bend over backwards in a situation like this, to have a subcontractor come out on a day off on such short notice. They just made it so easy for me- no guilt tripping, no skyrocketing pricing. They did an excellent job on tile demolition, replacing the faucet and the drainage system and all the fun stuff plumbers do. Thank you so much guys! I highly recommend this company. This is my forth project with them and I could not be happier.

He opened it up and realized that was not the problem area. Same with the kitchen drain. The problem was in the laundry drain pipes and Martin quickly fixed the problem! He explained everything along the way. Very professional and efficient and a fair price. I now have a new plumber!My water heater died yesterday evening so I called Konstantin this morning (Sat) and he said Martin could install today. Went to Home Depot this morning to purchase the hot water heater and Martin picked up on his way. He installed the water heater and a kitchen sink in about 90 minutes. Work was great but the price was not.
