    Xtraire has serviced our units for us successfully a few times and we were always very happy with the overall experience. My In laws, who live in a different town, had a major A/C issue in the summer and couldnt get anyone in until Monday morning. I mentioned Xtraire to them and they called and they ended up coming the next morning (Saturday) and fixed their unit. My MIL was so happy with the service that she has recommended them to others for everything from service to new installs. Highly Recommended!

    I had a great first experience. I was very nervous when I called the company. I got their information on our community FB and they have great reviews. Xtrair’s representative was very patience with me. They explain in details what was going on and what they need to do.

    I had 2 repairs in 1 weeks time. The first was replacement of 2 smart thermostats ruined by an electrical surge. The second was a condenser fan blade that snapped off. In both cases Xtraire got here quickly, obtained and installed new parts. Excellent service.

I have only recently had to replace my system because the quality and installation of the original units were so good, not to mention the quality service I have gotten over the years.     I recently used Xtraire for the 1st time. I was VERY HAPPY with the service. I used them for an air conditioning problem I was having. They were able to come almost immediately and fixed the issue satisfactorily. I found ALL the people I had to deal with, from the customer service call to the techs who fixed the issue to be friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. They cleaned up after their work and left no dirt or debris. I will continue to use this company if I need any additional work in the future. I DO recommend them highly.

    When something on your home needs repair you want it done right. Its almost like a zit on your face and you know everyone is looking at it and wondering why you wont pop it. Well I had such a zit & needed a cover for wiring on my ductless unit. I kept hoping it wouldnt get worse (like the zit), but it did. Thanks to Sam & Rob for fixing my zit!

    Xtraire came highly recommended to us and they were amazing from the start. We were impressed with our initial contact with Stephanie. She was helpful and truly cared about our new situation. We joined the Comfort Club immediately and received a discounted rate and other benefits. Sam was the first tech to evaluate our systems and determined the problem. Stephanie ordered the part and kept us updated and scheduled the next appointment. Today, Matt came and installed the new fan motor and our home has cool air once again.
