You never know what you are going to get when you have to choose a company just by their website. I feel so fortunate that Friends Electric was amazing! We had them install new recessed lighting in our bedrooms and Brandon did a great job! He was on time, did the job quickly and professionally. They came out fast and had reasonable pricing. We will be using them again to do our living room lights.

Ive used Friends Electric many times for jobs such as installation of light fixtures and new outlets. During their most recent job, the tech accidentally dropped the light fixture causing some damage to my new countertop. Friends Electric resolved the situation in a fair way. I appreciate that.

Had a wonderful experience with this company! They got out to us quickly during the holiday season and repaired an outlet that began cracking and burning and caused a blackout in our home. Gary was very friendly, answered all our questions and made pleasant conversation during the visit. Very professional and quick. We plan to use again if we need an electrician.

Ive used this company 4 times. Owner comes over per appointment on time for quote. Price seemed right for the labor although Im no expert on this. Resource came over right on time and got to work when he arrived . Our home was built in 2003 and we had moved in last year. We needed a variety of items done. Heres the list of what has been done by Friends: Checked breaker panel; replaced wall switches, replaced outlets, replaced pool GFI; wired my entertainment room for rear speakers (clever the way he did it); installed 5 ceiling fans. installed fans on new patio cover. All of these items were done quickly and per the quotes. The quality was A+. Im retired (last year goodbye IT career) and do not want anything to with this stuff. It would have taken me a decade to do all of this work. I recommend Friends Electric without reservation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had a circuit breaker that would not reset. Called multiple electricians to get someone out and Frank was the only one who responded right away. He tried to troubleshoot over the phone with me and when that did not work, he came out within a few hours.Incredibly friendly, prompt, professional. Cannot say enough good things.Ill be reaching out to these guys any time I have an electrical issue in the future.

Friends Electric was referred to me by a good friend, and they turned out to be great. A special thanks to Brandon who solved our mysterious power outage issue to a portion of our house. An engineer friend who’s very knowledgeable about electrical stuff, and on a separate occasion, another electrician who spent approximately 3 hours investigating, both were baffled and were not able to determine what the issue was. My tenant and I were very impressed with Brandon as he was very thorough and had a very positive attitude that he’d be able to solve our problem. Frankly, I was nervous that Brandon wouldn’t be able to figure out issue. In the end, it only took Brandon approximately 30 minutes to figure out what our problem was, which both my tenant and I were very impressed and happy about. Again, I would highly recommend Friends Electric.

I called about a lighting issue that I had with my landscape lights. Kelly who took the call was very nice and professional and booked my appointment. Of course when the electrician came out, everything was working properly. Gary, the electrician, did a little bit of troubleshooting and said it could be the timer or my contacts, but because everything was working properly, it would be hard to tell. They did not charge me for a service call which I felt was good business on their part. I was prepared to pay for that since I had booked an appointment with them, but they waived it. I will highly recommend using this company for any electrical needs that you may have. It is nice to know that there are still good people in this Vegas Valley.

This is going to be longwinded because I think it deserves the details, but for those of you that dont want to read a 2min review, heres a synopsis: Gary from Friends Electric did the job on time, under budget, with a friendly face and with INTEGRITY!!! OK, now the details...We needed to have an existing 240v outlet rewired or upgraded to accomodate an EV charge plug that requires NEMA 14-50. I received two quotes, one from Friends Electric and another local electric company and Farmers (from Friends) quote was much more reasonable than the other guys, so we went w Friends. Today, Gary came out to complete the work. He was friendly, professional and polite, all things you hope for when working with interacting with a service provider, right? It gets better!Sooner than I expected, Gary lets me know the work is completed. He explains that the job didnt require as much work as they expected, so he is charging me LESS and requested a friends and family discount. Essentially, charging what is appropriate for the work completed. What!!?? He could have easily charged me what I was quoted and I would have paid it. YES, I would have questioned the price due to the fact that the job did not take the expected 2-3 hours, nonetheless, I would have paid it. Not only was Gary everything I listed above, but he has INTEGRITY! This is something you dont often find within the service (construction, home improvement, etc.) industry. Hats off to Friends for having Gary on the team. I will use them again without question. ~cheers
