    Mike and his partner were amazing! We were having issues with our water coming out slightly yellow, although the house is only 8 years old. He came and drained the water heater, cleaned everything out and made sure the water was clear again. Who knew you need to have it drained at least once a year?! Also, he was kind enough to check the water softener, and give advice on that as well. I’ve used them in the past, and will definitely continue to in the future!

    Overall, easily the best group of technicians Ive dealt with for my pendant lights, recessed lights, and low voltage transformer project. All very polite and good guys in general. Mister Sparky bid price was by far the most competitive as well. I debated between removing one star only for the simple fact that the front office took a few attempts to get things hammered out in terms of scheduling, updates to the bid, and a few delays in the actual installation. Decided against it given that of the five other bids, they were 33% cheaper than the next closest one. I would definitely use them again for my projects.

    I gave Cameron and this company five stars because Cameron is so professional and he was very efficient. When I opened the door, he announced his name and his company to reassure me that he was actually from this company. In addition to that he had on the company shirt. He was very friendly with my little Pomeranian and his entire energy was positive and professional. I would definitely recommend this company because they care about security, quality and professionalism. This must be a great place to work.

    I’ve been using them as our newElectrician for about a year now.Each time they’ve come out, the technicians were helpful, knowledgeable and the service was prompted. We had a bad electrical fire that caused our stove to trip many times. We were unaware of the fire. The technician uncovered it and quickly resolved the issue. This problem could’ve set our house on fire. I highly recommend this company.

    I used Mister Sparky over a year ago to install a Tesla Wall Charger. I called recently and they had my information about the work that was already completed. Making everything seamless. Cameron came over and swapped out the old tesla charger for the new one. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Cameron was on time and very hospitalable.

I didn’t feel I was being gouged or pressured at all.And here comes the electrician, Angel. Great guy.     Angel and Cameron were awesome. They installed 4 ceiling fana into my patio cover. When asked about a special request to cut the downrods shorter. They without hesitation said they could make it work. The fans sit about 3 inches higher and it makes a big difference. They cleaned after themselves and worked in an orderly fashion. In the end, my interior fan stopped working. They couldve easily said thats not their problem. No they came in and reaer the remote and got it working again. Much appreciated.

    I cant say enough good things about Dan. I called him on Sunday, 7/23/23, and within an hour, he came over. My issue was regarding a 30-amp dryer connection, where I was now wanting to put a dryer back in that original spot. It had some weird wiring going on, among other electrical issues, hence why I called Dan. Once Dan arrived, he took a look at the wiring, tested the wires, and determined that what I was working with was up to code and that I could proceed with installing the 30-amp dryer outlet. He saved me so much time and headache! To top it off, he refused to charge me, saying he was happy to help and that he was already out making estimates, so it was no big deal to him. Here in Vegas, it is hard finding quality, honest, and genuine contractors. Dan is one of those few.

    The day after Christmas our power went out. Everything was closed. From the person who answered the phone, to the electrician who responded (Juan) their customer service was FANTASTIC! We had to wait a day due to NV Energy, but Juan called us the next morning, got us our part, and came at the end of the day to make sure everything was running properly. He answered every call, checked in on us, and was so beyond professional. Even their call line called us and reassured they would come out even if it was late due to nv energy taking their time. It was after hours and I was worried about payment, they said dont worry well call you the next morning. I would recommend them anytime, and their prices were reasonable. Thank you for making a terrible experience so much easier.

    Last year I had an electrical emergency where I ended up being out of my BRAND NEW house for a few weeks. As it turns out Travelers home owners insurance DOES NOT cover builder defects. My electrical panel arced off the meter and caused a lot of issues that needed repaired. Fast forward a year later, a different issue pops up with my power panel on my house (breakers kept tripping for no reason). Fearful of having a repeat of last year I started calling electricians, most would give the run around or not answer the phone. Mr Sparky was the first to actually answer, I spoke to an actual person who was very kind and assisted in getting a technician out. They showed up a day earlier than expected and repaired my panel, inspected my wiring and replaced a circuit breaker. All in all it took about 2 hours and only costed $160. FAR BETTER than the nearly $10K I was out last year. 100% I will be using them again down the road for any electrical needs.
