    After calling, multiple businesses I made contact with Payless Plumbing. It was a great experience from beginning to completion. Office personnel were knowledgeable, and understanding of my issues and told me of what the potential causes could be. John arrived within 2 hours of my call. Very polite and experienced. After a little discussion, he attempted to unclog the toilet, the 1st and cheapest option. Unfortunately it had shown to be in the main drain. He told me what he was going to do and explained it. He was very considerate when bringing in a heavy electric auger from my porch through the house. Carefully did all that was needed, prepping for potential spills/ messes. Took care of the problem, removed his equipment and cleaned up (probably cleaner than it was). All is well today and would HIGHLY recommend Payless Plumbing to anyone, and will use them if needed again.

    I had very good experience with Payless plumbing, they have replaced water heater under warranty for me. John was so punctual and extremely experienced, he diagnosed and replaced water heater very quickly. Loved his quality of work. Colleen was so helpful in entire process, specially in authorizing discount, responsiveness and follow up.Overall amazing experience I had with Payless pluming, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    We had a great experience with Payless Plumbing. We had a gas leak issue as well as a broken water heater. John responded quickly and reviewed all the different options and took time to explain things. I was grateful and impressed with how quickly he was able to resolve all the issues, especially because this was a rental unit and we needed it fixed quickly for our tenants. Happy customer here.

    Had a leaking tankless WH and had 3 different plumbers take a look and gave me 3 different prices and timeframes to repair. The fastest was one week! All three tried to sell me a new unit from $3500- $4200. One said it would take 6-8 hours at $151 per to repair!! Their office called an hour later to say that the job was too much for them to handle. I contacted the manufacturer and asked for a trustworthy, reliable, and competent plumber.They said Payless Plumbing.I called and they sent John. Thank God!John is terrific!He said that the unit was still under warranty and that I was getting a brand new WH at no cost!He already had one on the truck and two hours later we were back in business with piping HW.I will be recommending Payless Plumbing to everyone!They are absolutley the best in the business!

    After meeting with several plumbers, I met with John @ Payless. By far, he was the most authentic person I met. He was patient with my many concerns & very knowledgeable in answering them. He and his partner went well above and beyond in installing a new water heater in my VERY OLD home. The work went well beyond just an installation. They stayed for many hours to remediate underlying issues. I apologize to the gentleman that was to be their next stop. They needed to postpone their arrival and the man cancelled. PLZ RECONSIDER!     I contacted Payless Plumbing for what appeared to be a clogged pipe causing a backup in my basement. Unlike previous plumbers who charged money without resolving the problem. John investigated and found that my sewage pipe was corroded and also had been the cause of persistent water problems in my basement. He was thorough, replaced the pipe, updated/fixed other leaky or damaged pipes for a reasonable cost. He labelled the pipes for future maintenance, respected my property, cleaned up all debris on completion and is an all-around great person. I highly recommend him and will contact him in the future, if needed.

    I had my AO Smith Tankless hot water heater go bad a few days before Christmas. John From Payless was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to assist me in not only replacing the unit, but navigating the warranty through AO Smith and assisting in recommending a filter to help the new unit last longer. John followed up with me days later and gave calls and texts to ensure all was going great. Great Service and great all around person!

    My hot water heater burst so I called six different companies that did not return my call. John was the only one that called me back right away and showed up the same day to look at the job. He installed a tankless water heater for me. John did a great job. He was responsive, professional, personable and his prices are fair. He worked into the night to make sure my family had hot water before he left. He needed to return to finish a small aspect of the job and he wouldnt accept payment until the job was completely done. That is unheard of nowadays. I highly recommend Payless Plumbing.
