    Bob & his team were great! We called on a Saturday morning with an emergency gas leak and they were at our house within the hour! They had it all fixed and our gas back up and running in less than 2 hours. And for a fraction of the cost of other quotes we received. Would highly recommend Bob Vena—he’s extremely fair, honest, and does great quality work!

    We had a huge major gas leak in our house, the main line basically cracked leaving such high amounts in the house that the fireman turned the entire line off. The levels were so high I ended up at the hospital. Thankfully, Im absolutely fine now and everything is fixed. Bob sent his team out the second we called. His guys worked for hours fixing and repairing everything. Triple checking and inspecting making sure everything was safe. Tony and Sam were amazing. I cannot thank them enough. Bob and his crew are honest, polite, calm, more than reasonably priced, and the best at what they do. I was a nervous wreck and they just got to work and did what they had to do. You could see that they were worried for our well being and safety and this wasnt just a job to them. They take pride in their work. I could never have the right words to thank them enough for not only coming out so quickly but also for taking my families health and emotions into perspective. We werent just a customer to them.

    Bob has been my plumber for over 25 years. Hes always prompt and respectful. Prices are reasonable. Hes replaced several water heaters, hooked up my stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Hes replaced one of my toilets as well. If I have a problem with something he doesnt do, like air conditioning, her refers me to someone he knows is reasonable and wont take advantage. I have referred him to several people who also were pleased with him and his workmanship.

    These guys were absolute professionals. As soon as they walked in, they were like your water heater is completely shot and it needs to be replaced. We are sorry to inform you but we want to be honest with you and I appreciate it that. They fought hard for me and they were able to get the retailer to get me some warranty on the new water heater. Overall, I would say they are smart, quick, clean and efficient

    Bob was recommended to me more than 10 years ago when I purchased my first home and has been my plumber of choice ever since. He is reliable honest reasonably priced and a true professional.     Having recently moved to the area, i was in need of a reliable plumbing service. i asked some of my neighbors who they would recommend and without any hesitation bob venas name came up several times. i called for an appointment, he showed up in a timely matter and i was pleasantly surprised with his easy-going demeanor and patience. because i wanted my bathroom remodeled i wanted someone who could get the job done quickly. i did get 2 more estimates but went with bob and his crew. so glad i did. good price, neat workers good people to work with

    Bob Vena has been our trusted plumber since 2005 when we bought our first home. Whether it has been installing our water-heater, unclogging our main line after a back-up, moving our shut-off valves or installing new shower fixtures and toilets, Bob can always be relied upon to come out as soon as possible and to give an accurate and fair estimate for the wirk that needs to be done.I wouldn’t trust my home to anyone else and refer Bob to friends and clients any chance I get.

    We had a hot water heater emergency. I left a message at the # on the site and Tony called within a half hour. Came to look and give an estimate within a half an hour from the call. So very fast and efficient. We needed to replace the heater. He did an excellent job (was also patient with all the questions we asked, the heater they put in was much better so we werent sure how it worked). He was also super kind and nice. Very neat as well. He just left 3 hours ago (after 10pm). Very happy with tonight. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. Thank you for an excellent job!**Update 2021**I left a positive review 2 years ago when you changed out my water heater so it wont let me leave another one. I decided to post because I wanted to mention the honesty with which you operate. I had to call you guys to have a shut off valve replaced when Best Buy refused to install a washing machine without it being replaced. Tony came out and carefully inspected it, he made sure it works correctly and then told us it did not need to be replaced. He even wrote it out for us to give to the installers when they come back. He could easily have done it and charged us for all the work instead of the nominal fee we paid and we wouldnt have known the difference. I commend you on honesty over money. I would hands down recommend you to anyone and will continue to use you guys. Thank you!

    I am so pleased with Bobs work. He came within 2 hours of my call. He arrived with a new hot water heater and all supplies. He worked so efficiently and even had the old tank taken away. I would highly recommend Bob and will use him in the future.

    I needed a wall oven installed in my home that I purchased on Lowes.com. After a month of countless phone calls, waits, and visits to Lowe’s I finally gave up on them installing the unit. I called Bob on a Thursday and he immediately answered my call. He told me he would be at my house the next day to assess the situation and indeed he was. He gave me a proposal for the installation and completed it three days later, the following Monday. He came in under budget, as Lowe’s had incorrectly told me I had a gas unit and Bob verified it was electric. After literally a month of back and forth with a faceless corporation which supposedly cares about customer service, this local small business man saved the day. I am very grateful I found him and highly recommend him.

    In the past 5 years Ive had to call Bob Vena Plumbing several times for issues around the house, including a leaky hot water heater. Even if busy he shows up when promised and has fixed things right the first time. Honest , knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended

    I called two other plumbing companies and the problem was never fixed I even had a carbon monoxide leak. Thank God for Bob Vena ❤️ he Thank God for Bob Vena he saved my families life without him I would’ve continued inhaling carbon monoxide. Remind her there were two other companies at my house that didn’t know that we had a carbon monoxide leak. Bob and his assistant Toni came and figured out all the issues in my house from my sewer to the flood I had that my toilet looked like a volcano irrupting. And no one can figure out the issue but Bob Vena.     I have know Bob Vena for years and let me tell you they are the best! Bob is not only excellent at his job but he is really the most genuine person you will ever do business with. The whole staff especially Tony can get any job done not only efficiently but with the greatest care.     After making various calls to different plumbing companies for a leak in our bath room Bob and his team were the most reasonably priced. They were professional and kind. They were able to fix the problem in no time at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The next problem I have I am calling them first.

    Nice guy. Came over within a few hours of my call. He could not fix my problem but was honest about it and gave me the number for the manufacturer for my tankless heater so I could call for help. I will call him again if I have a different plumbing problem in the future.

    I highly recommend Bob. I gutted and remodeled two bathrooms. He worked with me and helped find the exact products I needed with in my price range. His price was very affordable and the products along with his service and time far exceeded my expectations. He also installed and hooked up my water supply lines for my washer and gas installation and hook up for my dryer on short notice. I called him that day and he was there a few hours later and completed the job that day. I highly recommend him to all of my family and friends!!!!!!

Even during this quarantine, Bob and Tony were here every day until the problem pipes were located and replaced.
