    I was looking for a plumber to change out my water shut off valve and other under the sink piping and came across some great reviews for Force Plumbing. I decided to give them a try and I was happy I did. I like the fact that they are local and familiar with the type of plumbing there is in my area. Trevor and Chris were professional and respectful. I was thoroughly impressed by both of them. The job took about 5 hours and at no time did either of them seem to care about how long it took as long as it was done right. I am happy with the results and cannot recommend them enough. Well Done!!

    Thank you to Force Plumbing and Heating for giving me a speedy, fair estimate on replacing my hot water heater, scheduling the installation quickly, and communicating clearly with me the whole time.     Had an emergency on a Saturday. Called and was told they could get to us between 5-8pm but were here so much earlier! Plumber was able to get our hot water heater working but might be a bigger issue. At least we have hot water again. Very happy with the service and will use Force again and recommend them.

    Great overall service! Called day before to confirm appt, called 1/2 hour ahead prior to arrival (as requested), showed up on time plus friendly & knowledgeable techs.Outstanding service.     Second home visit with Force - just as great as the first! Bathroom fixtures in, kitchen faucet in (involved removing a lot of rust to remove the old fixture), and while they were at my house, I discovered a leak under my sud tub in the laundry room, which they fixed while at my house for the other work. Just adore Force Plumbing. Great work, very fair prices! Highly recommend!

    I initially reached out to Force to install a gas line for my kitchen and laundry room. They were very open and communicative from day 1. They obtained the permit, conducted the job, scheduled the inspections and completed the job. They were quick and efficient. I also recently called them for a slow draining tub. They were able to come out the very next day and solved the problem within 30 minutes. I will be sure to continue to call Force for all my future issues.

    Great experience with this company. The first time I called them it was 4:55 PM and I was prepared to leave a message for the next day, but to my surprise they answered the phone! Nicely! Very courteous even though it was the end of the day. They keep appointments, call to confirm the day before, send text messages when theyre on their way... very professional. Oh, and they fixed our sewer issue in the most cost effective way while still giving us a great result, coming in under the estimated amount. Its so refreshing to find a business like this, especially a plumbing business.

    I called Force Plumbing & Heating because my hot water was not working.From the first contact with Sue to my appointment with Joe it was a great experience.Sue was friendly, helpful & got me an appointment quickly since my water heater was down over the Memorial Day weekend .Joe also was friendly, on time & very knowledgeable about what was going on with the heater. I will have sporadic hot water until the heater is replaced. He also did not pressure me into a commitment on the spot & advised the heater had a life of approximately 2 weeks. I believe Joe gave me a fair price for the new water heater which I appreciated.I would recommend Force Plumbing & Heating to family & friends based on my experience of getting an estimate.

    Joe and Company .......The Best. We had two occasions to use Force Plumbing to handle water leak issues. The first issue was an emergency a few years back when our drain from house to street stopped working. Joe handled that one himself with his qualified assistant. A deteriorated drainage system under the slab of our home. Expert work was what we got! Recently we employed Force Plumbing to handle an in-the -ceiling leaking drainpipe which was over 30 years old. Again, Joe and assistant handled the re-do expertly. We then had Force Plumbing do a proactive shut-off valve upgrade throughout our home. Joe has experienced plumbing mechanics. Their pricing is fair, and their workmanship is excellent.

    Force was able to accommodate us same-day! The gentlemen were efficient, tidy and extremely kind. When an issue cropped up the following morning, the woman on the phone was amazing and let us know theyd come right out. They came back in less than two hours to make it right, uncovered a separate issue, replaced the part at no charge and offered to look at the rest of the sinks in the house. They provided excellent service and we will absolutely recommend them in the future!

    These folks came to my rescue back in 2020 when I first purchased my house, and my plumbing wasnt functioning correctly. This time, to service and maintenance my boiler to prepare for winter. Offered an excellent yearly service plan. Plus Trevor explained to me (in understandable terms) how my boiler functions, what was the issue, and another option I could look towards in the future if I wanted to upgrade. Convenient time, affordable pricing, but the best thing is feeling comfortable and having piece of mind as a customer and as a first-time homeowner. Support local business such as this company.     The work was done quickly and professionally. The leak was fixed.But the cost - that is a different story. I tried to fix the leak myself - but made it worst. Noticed their truck 2 houses over. Talked to them, they came over and fixed it. They charged me $150 for emergency visit (had to backup 2 houses ...) and $300 for 15 minutes work. At that price, their hourly charge is on par with NY lawyers...

    First time doing business with this company. They respond to my phone call right away and do a good job following up to make sure scheduled appointment is on time. If you want to read my whole experience, feel free to read on.On a Sunday evening, I heard water dripping in my crawl space basement. I went down there and saw my main shutoff valve was dripping lots of water. Then I check on my sump pump and it was broken too. The sump pump was installed by another company 3 years ago and I feel I got ripped off by them. But anyway, I heard Force Plumbing is a good company so I called them and left them a voicemail. I didnt expect anyone to call me back because it was Sunday night, but a lady called me back within 1 hour to schedule appointment. We schedule appointment for Tuesday afternoon.Joe came by and said he is not allowed to turn off the water from the street. He has to call the town. I was bit confused on why he needs to call the town. I was thinking dont you mean water company? I didnt say anything because I dont know if there are laws against plumbers touching utility water line. Anyway, he couldnt do anything and left me a quote for about $1000 to replace the 2 shutoff valves and the sump pump. I had to call them back if I accept it, which I did.Day later the lady on the phone (I forgot her name) said the next available appointment will be a week later on Wed between 9A to 12P. She told me she will call the town to see if they can get the water turned off to my home. Later she called me back and said the town has nothing to do with the water main and that I should call the water company. So I called American Water Co. that I need the water turned off on Wed morning and customer service say they will send someone between 8AM to 5PM. I insisted that they turn off Wed morning and the rep say they cant guarantee that. So I told Force Plumbing about it and luckily they have a contact person at American Water to make sure water is turned off that morning.So a week gone by and luckily my crawl space basement was not flooded. The water was confined to one corner and Im not sure where all the water was draining to. Luckily American Water came exactly at 8AM to turn off the water. Trevor from Force Plumbing came on time at 9AM and he did good job answering all my questions. He finish the job within 2 hours.

    We used Force in the recent past when we had an issue w our main shower pressure and temperature regulation. They were timely, professional and perhaps most importantly HONEST AND FAIR. We secured the part through Koehler as part of our warranty so we didn’t incur that cost! Win! Then when the part came in and they returned for the install, the cost was extremely reasonable compared to other local quotes.Then, yesterday we had them back for another bathroom shower issue (different shower) and they determined nothing significant was going on and DID NOT CHARGE for the visit, even though they did spend some time to troubleshoot.These days when everyone is watching spending, it is comforting to know, when you need a plumber, you can count on Force to be FAIR and HONEST.     Of course my shower faucet comes out my shower wall THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. With the help of Google I found this place and had the pleasure of getting some last minute help.     I called them at 11:30 for an emergency main sewer line clog. They were able to dispatch a techician within hours. The tech was Trevor Welch and i couldnt believe what a true professional this young man was. In todays day and age that standard is extremely hard to come across. Our house was built in the 1930 which would create a challege for anyone, Trevor however had our lines clear and full operation in an hour and a half. I personaly will be call Force plumbing and heating for all future projects.

    I requested three estimates from plumbers that serve my area. The difference between the highest and lowest offer was a about $300 (20% of the average total cost). Force was not the cheapest but I decided to ask Force to do the job. First, the office was very friendly and helpful. The plumber arrived on time for the estimate, took his time, and did a thorough job. A day after the estimate I received a detailed breakdown via email. On the day of the job, again the plumber arrived on time. The work was done well and the work area was cleaned up. There was one part of the job that turned out less complicated than estimated and the plumber reduced the invoice accordingly without me having to ask. Based on my experience I recommend Force plumbing and I will use them again.

    We had a very positive experience with force plumbing. We have used them at least 3 times. Once to repair old copper sewage pipes that was corroding, 2nd time to remove an old leaking water tank, then a 3rd time was to replace our 2 year old 40 gallon piece of junk Rheem water tank (not installed by force) with a brand new 75 gallon tank. Both Joe the owner and his installers were easy to talk to and deal with. We were only out of hot water for one day, and the very next day friendly and smiling installers came to install the tank. There was a small misunderstanding and the installers called Joe and quickly remedied the issue without any questions or issue. The positive attitude from the installers was very much appreciated because there are many time when you deal with a company where the owners are as pleasant as can be but unfortunately when it comes to getting the work done, the employees may have attitudes that dont necessarily match their boss, and sometimes can be argumentative. But with Force Plumbing and Heating you dont have to worry about any of that. Will definitely use these guys again when we finally renovate our bathroom 100% a positive experience from the phone call talking to Susan to everyone else at Force. Thank you guys!

    I called Force Plumbing around 8 PM on a Friday night because my hot water heater was leaking. They returned my phone call right away and immediately sent someone over to turn off my hot water heater and make sure it was drained. Joe went above and beyond in making sure it was taken care of that night, and then had a plumber promptly come out the next morning to replace the hot water heater. Force Plumbing is professional, courteous, friendly and they did a great job.
