My septic system was not working correctly and I called The Rooter Guys emergency line. The dispatcher, Michele was very kind and connected me to a technician named Mathew who went above and beyond to troubleshoot possible issues. Mathew spent about 45-60 minutes walking my husband and me through our system to see if we could get it working. We were blown away by Mathews kindness, patience, and efforts to help us. We would highly recommend The Rooter Guys Plumbing (especially Mathew). We will for sure be back and are so grateful to have had such a positive customer service experience. Thank you!

We have used The Rooter Guys Plumbing for 10 years in servicing dozens of rental homes, they do great work and show up at all hours and days and get the job done, I highly recommend them! (Update) Our business parking lot uses a dry well for dispersing rain water and it has been clogged up for years and drained slowly, till it finally stopped draining. The Rooter Guys Plumbing techs, Cameron and Fred did a great job of assessing the situation and then did a thorough job of cleaning out the well and opening up the drainage vents. We had a sudden and serious backup in our basement shower. This isnt the first time it has happened but it was definitely the worst. Matt from Rooter Guys came out and gave us suggestions as to why this is happening. We made the decision, upon his recommendation, to replace our downstairs toilet with a toilet that has a pressure flush. He gave us suggestions on the type of toilet and what toilets have the best ratings. In the end we decided to replace all of the toilets in our house plus one sink. Matt and Josh came out to do the replacements for us. They worked so hard and were very conscientious about protecting their workspace and our property. We are so grateful for their knowledge and would not hesitate to use Rooter Guys again for any plumbing needs.

Our business, Hometown Property Management, regularly uses The Rooter Guys, they are our go-to plumbing service, and they are fantastic. They will do odd hours and weekends at a moments notice. They have been able to alleviate major issues we have encountered in a very professional and timely manner. Every time I send them a maintenance request they are on top of it immediately and get it scheduled ASAP. They always let us know what the issue was caused by, so we can avoid it in the future. They are a great source of help to us. We at Hometown definitely recommend using their services.

I had called the rooter guys to find and pumped my septic after I had hired another company to do thw same job. The other company spent 2 1/2 hrs digging holes all over my lawn trying to find the lid of the tank with no success. The Rooter Guys had a crew to my house two days later. Fred and Keenan were very honest, professional, and hard working. These guys treated me and my home as if I was family and it was their home. I will use them for all my septic needs going forward. Septic Tank pumped.Our septic was backing up into the basement early this morning. My husband called and had to leave a message since it was before hours. We recieved a return call quickly informing us she would call us back as soon as she made into the office. Once she was in the office we were on the schedule and our septic tank was pumped within hours of our first phone call.Rooter guys plumbing service was quick, friendly and reliable from the first conversation to the gentleman who pumped the tank and the follow up call this evening.We highly recommend Rooter Guys Plumbing!

Called almost a month ago now josh came out to our house turns out we had a leak in our hot water line under our house, they did not have the parts. Said that they would call us back when the parts came in, never heard back from them. We finally got ahold of them on Tuesday the 19th of September scheduled the appointment for Friday, September 23rd I sat around the house until 11:45am finally heard from Josh, and he said that they didnt have the tool to fix the leak and that he would be out Monday 9/25. My Husband calls monday, Gal who answers said oh, youre next on the list hell be there, its now 5:45 on Monday the 25th and he still has not come to our house. Still have a leak so have to keep water shut off. This is ridiculous over a month to fix a simple leak. Should have had the parts and the tools by now. Its not like Friday would have been his first trip out.Changed review to 4 stars.Update 9/26: Husband calls at 12pm today 9/26 told Josh would be out. Josh gets there, and explains office gals should have called to schedule as soon as parts came in. Apologizes for them and fixs the leak. They did not charge us to repair the leak and Josh was very nice and got the job done quick.

The Rooter Guys made my otherwise anxious & uncomfortable Out of Order bathroom issues a positive, relieving :) experience. I was happy to get even a next day appointment! It ended up taking 2 days but, overall, my 1st experience with a plumber went smoother than I thought! Plus he was professional, friendly, and the total of the bill he handed me was below his estimate. I highly recommend this place.

Kitchen backed up completely on a Friday… call elsewhere first and “try to schedule for next week” … randomly call these guys and the lady on the phone jumps on it like a pro calling her guys to get someone here. A couple hours later a hero arrives, gets right to work taking things apart to find the cause and fix it right with rooter machine and finds some other issues contributing to it that cost little to nothing to fix. Gives me some good solid advice for the future and was very patient and polite around wife and kids.Price was fair for the quality and timeliness of the work done, and I’ve been charged more before for a dude to just dump chemical in a drain for 5 minutes.This place is easily the best plumbing service I’ve ever dealt with!

She rearranged the schedule to send the tech out since I had a house full of people here for my grandsons graduation. Not only as there no extra charge for a weekend call but after inspection the tech found it was a grease clog near the tank entrance and cleared the clog instead of pumping the tank. I wouldnt have known the difference and would have paid 3 times the amount I was actually charged. Their honesty is refreshing. I will call them any time I have an issue in the future and refer anyone else to them.Definitely a 5 star company!
